App is really great, but held back by the developersI got this app for my partner and I, and we both love it. However, I think its only issue is the fact that its held back by its developers. From what I can tell, there haven’t been updates to what you can actually do in the app in a long time. Why not add more? I don’t see the problem. There’s a lot of creative things you can do. You can add photo albums for specific places. Add more pet customization so that you can change their colors. The messages are so wonky, add the ability to reply and like messages. Why does the name of “Miss you” presents change after you send one? It should stay forever, until you change it again. Why does the count reset on how many you send? You could add past trips you did, and show the route you took and such. Add more widget options, all of the 3 Lock Screen options should have a dark and light mode. Add the ability to add stories on days that already passed. Have a diary or a journal that each person can write in, and share with their partner if they so wish. Add calendar events for the future; not everything is a special day that needs to be a holiday. Just let me add like “go to see parents today” or “leaving for trip”. Maybe leaning into the game stuff, give both of us customizable avatars, which we can customize more with coins by doing things? Like, c’mon. Great appMe and my Fiancé love the app because we can stalk each other which is funny to us and we can always let each other know when the other has low battery which is very funny. One thing I wish the app had was a way to add events to the calendar to count down to. Like I’m going to see her in a couple weeks and we have our wedding planned in a couple months so it would be very cool is we could add things that we are counting down to. Good but a little confusingThis app definitely brought my girlfriend and I closer but I feel the app was a bit tricky to navigate at first. I also think that having to wait for days just to take ur pet to the bathroom is ridiculous. I think there should be more ways to earn coins and you shouldn’t have items to take your pet to the bathroom. They should just be able to go. Unlike food. You need food to eat which I understand. You don’t need other times to poo or sleep. Also, I think it would be nice to check up on my other pets while one is sleeping or out adventuring. GreatMy partner and I have only had this app for a few days but so far it works great. He paid for the premium version so we are able to see each others location/ battery life/ cell phone signal/etc. It also lets you set up alarms with a customizable radius like when your partner leaves the house/ the gym/ work/ etc. This feature I really like because we are long distance and I’m able to know he is safe or the jist of what his doing without interpruting his personal time. 10/10 would recommend..La_MendozaVersion: 2.21.1

Sweet!My boyfriend introduced to me the app and I really enjoy it. I get his battery percentage, and it keeps the data of where we’ve been. As like how I can add import dates! Whenever we have an agrument I see him checking it even more and I love that (it tells you when your partner was last activate) as well as how we can pic the photo. Sleep report does not always work, No response from support.I paid for premium and you would think since a I paid money I would get the customer service like promised. I contacted them last month that sometimes the sleep report does not work on either mine nor my husband’s side. We tried different ways of troubleshooting before contacting support and we received no response. It has been a whole month and I am still waiting for atleast some kind of feedback from them. Wish they would fix the pet issueI love this app for my long distance boyfriend and i but the love pet system is so finicky. once you get to the max level you can no longer earn coins even with premium and you have to wait 24 hours for the most basic stuff to reload so we can’t even buy him more food or supplies due to this. the only way is to use real money to purchase, and i wish that wasn’t the case. i didn’t pay for the love pet option just to have to pay for all of the cafe as well just because I reached max level lol.Zombieunicorn53Version: 2.23.0

At times very inaccurateThis app is always good one moment then bad the next. Before it was pretty much accurate and no problems but now I get notifications that my boyfriend left his house when he didn’t, and it’ll have his icon driving 84mph in the water which makes no sense at all. His icon will shoot back and forth from the highway, to his house, to the middle of trees, and it’s very confusing and frustrating. Constant PopUps with Premium?I really like this app and the unique features it provides, such as (pretty accurate) location sharing, battery life, and a virtual pet. That’s why I decided to get Premium when it was discounted — to get these features at a great price! Here’s the problem. Premium doesn’t seem to work. The features are accessible, yes, but I still get ads and pop ups to get Premium. I even got a questionnaire sent to me asking why I haven’t bought Premium yet, even though I have. 🤦‍♀️So my boyfriend saw an ad on this app, loved it and told me to download it. I said okay and the first thing I notice with this app is that as soon as I open the app, it sends me to the “upgrade to premium”(every time I open the app). I know these people are just trying to make a living from this app but holy smokes. This app is so money focused. Literally majority of the features are hidden, including the battery percentage and needs the premium to unlock that feature which I think is ridiculous. This app is cute I’ll give it that but other than that I’d say this app is just money hungry. There are better alternatives than this. (Basic features aren’t even reliable because you gotta pay for almost everything. The pet, your partner’s location, and like a bit of updates of where they’ve been but not to the extent because 💵 is needed yet again.) FYI, before anyone disagrees on this premium stuff, saying the premium pass is cheaper than others. Well yeah, I know. I got another one with other family, that premium pass is crazy as-well but it gives a lot of free features already, like the percentage. So it feels more like an option than something I need to get from the app. I just strike it as a marketing tactic because it’s a couple based app, but it doesn’t mean they’ve got to make you pay for almost all the features that should’ve been reliable already. Battery KILLERI have an iPhone 15 pro max and this app DRAINS my battery, I won’t even use it and it still sucks the life out of my phone. Me and my partner switched to using FindMy instead, as most of the other features are mostly a gimmick and not really important after a month or two. The only thing that really matters is location, and the Apple FindMy app that comes pre-installed on your iPhone works way better in terms of conserving battery life. My girlfriend bought the premium or whatever it’s called and really regrets it because of this insane battery drain. Also, this is literally like having spyware on your phone. There’s way too much it notifies your partners about. They don’t care about couplesMy partners app had a fatal error and we weren’t able to contact each other for 3 days. We are an extreme long distance couple and rely on love8 to stay connected and the app failed us, and their neglectful customer service has yet to reply to any of our email inquiries or messages on the app, even social media. Also incredibly unoptimized and drains a lot of battery in the background. For a subscription that costs the amount it does is ridiculous for how little they actually care when it comes to actually addressing problems with their app and interacting with couples facing errors.
