Poor Customer ServiceI purchased an item on the app, and they had horrible customer service. The auction ended and the item hasn’t shipped. I called customer service to find out where my item was, and why it hasn’t shipped yet. The customer service rep was extremely rude. He kept interrupting me. When I asked to speak with a supervisor, the rep told me there was one available and would be happy to transfer me. After waiting on hold for 10 minutes, I was informed that the manager isn’t available and then was hung up on. I will never buy anything from these jerks again..Bflex1985Version: 2.1.0

Buyers get way better prices on eBayDon’t get hooked bc of the Netflix show like I did. I severely overpaid for my first order. Once I realized it, I tried to consign the cards back to them for auction but was told my items don’t meet their criteria. What? I just received them from Goldin yesterday. Seems shady. I’m not asking for my money back or anything. Just want to auction the same cards I just bought from them to try to recoup some of my money. Will go to eBay for card purchases from now on. This App is TerribleThis app is so basic and difficult to use! Pictures don’t load right, you have to log back in every time you use the app. It has to take you to the website then log back in. The search filters are just awful. This feels like a child created this app. The interface is terrible. Constantly need to re-loginAlmost daily I need to re-login to the app and it says there’s a “required” update even though there isn’t one. Also the login screen isn’t the correct format with Apple so you need to manually type your email/login ID. Sell on eBay.Horrible. Items post for $10 starting. Had one bid, probably one of their employees, bid on my item. $10 sold for, much lower then what item was worth. Auction on a site that allows you to set minimum bids. Not someone who sets minimum bids that majority sell at $10, then they take $5.
