The major improvement that would make me give it 5 stars is if you had the ability to order food and select table service within the app instead of scanning the table number, then to be taken to their website to log in and then place the order there. Love the improvements!Culver’s - thank you for listening. I appreciate the effort that you are making to address the things that people are bringing up. It shows that you care. My experience with the app has been good and definitely not like the complaints of some of these people. Makes me wonder if they just struggle with technology or are just plain cranky. I have signed up for MyCulvers and love that my recent orders are saved AND I can setup favorite orders. Signing into MyCulvers also pre-fills my contact info and payment info - this is handy. My two centsI like the app. It’s mostly easy to use. A couple suggestions, if I may, to make user experience better: 1) Add option for selecting flavour of the day when ordering frozen custard. 2) Add easier navigation to add rewards points with a receipt (have to hunt for it). 3) Add full custard monthly at a glance calendar to the app instead of linking to website. 4) Add visible store hours for the selected location to the app instead of link to website. 5) Remember last location selected instead of having to select locations each time app is open. An (un-obligated) obligated reviewSo…. I’m mildly obligated to give minimal criticism because I work at Culvers. However, I will say just a few things. 1. This app is rated much lower than it should be. I’m not quite sure why it is rated so low. Every issue that is rated on I have never experienced. The app is functional, contrary to popular belief, and is quite easy to use. 2. Their new launch of rewards has been such a success. As someone who frequented Culvers before I started working here, I wished they would have had this sooner. (After only 4 average orders from me, I was able to redeem free ice cream) In all, this is a great step forward by a company catching up with modern culture. Glitch when customizing food ordersThe app is fine, but the latest update caused the sauce selection and customization dropdown menus on food items to be all glitched out on my tablet. 2 stars instead of 1 because you can order ahead for pickup.I like the food, but not the app. I mean, you can order ahead of time for pick up but pretty much any restaurant with an app can do that. Can’t order delivery and the “Favorites” feature doesn’t work AT ALL. Even though messages keep popping up saying use the hearts to save your favorite items!🙄 I tried 3-4 times but ended up with an error message every time I clicked on the “Favorites” tab. The only reason I wanted to try the Culver’s App in the first place is because my favorite items aren’t available on DD. A lot of things aren’t. Like I can’t even order a large soda (medium size only) or get extra pickles on my burger? What’s up with that?! Finally, it might do a decent job of tracking points for their rewards program, I don’t know, but that won’t do much for me because I won’t be using the app..Annem_7Version: 2.0.4

Ratings Reset. 2 stars to 4.8I was just looking at this app in the App Store early last week, it had about a 2.5 star rating out of 5. Now it’s 4.8 lol I understand “delicious rewards” just started but it’s the same exact app just with the rewards added. Why wasn’t there any effort to making sure the app is better than before? “Error occurred” when trying to verify my phone number, what a great launch guys. Knocked it out the park. This is by far my favorite fast food but at least invest some money into your app. I had to make a new account with my phone # instead of signing in to the account I’ve had with Culver’s for 3 years. Can’t unsubscribeI added the app today and made my first order from it rather than using the website. Two things I noticed: 1. You can’t order the flavor of the day from the app, or if you can I couldn’t find it after spending quite a bit of time looking. 2. I went in to communication preferences and was subscribed to emails even though I did not check the box for it when creating my account. I was also unable to use the toggle to unsubscribe, it stayed stubbornly subscribed no matter how many times I pushed the button. So, app deleted. That’s not okay..Zumba731Version: 2.1.0

BEWARE OF HIDDEN COSTS !!!Click “customize” on everything before you add it to your bag. Ingredients that are “included” actually cost extra!! I’ve found the tomato that comes on a deluxe butter burger is an extra cost. The shredded cheese that comes on the side salad is an extra cost. The two classic sides that are included in the fish dinners are an extra cost. I’m sure there is more hidden in there. I’ve messaged customer service and requested someone to follow up with me and so far I have heard nothing. Not greatAs far as fast food apps go, this one is not great. The menu options and putting an order in aren’t bad. But every time I add a favorite, it disappears the next time I log in… which you have to do everyone time you open the app. You can only order for pick up through the app, not at the tables like the signs advertise. Just doesn’t work?I have used this app twice before to order ahead, and now for whatever reason it just doesn’t work. InconsistentAnytime I want to order while I’m out and about the app seems not to work, it also seems to be down during major dining times (lunch/dinner), almost as if they turn it off to lower the amount of orders. Great food app could use some work...My account on the app doesn't link to their online website. When I scan their table cards it takes me online and not the app. When I start an order in the app there is no option to put in table number. Unable to place orderWill not allow you to place order. It either says the location is out of just about everything and will not let you add to order, or lets you add everything and won’t allow you to enter a payment type. Rewards are limitedCompared to other rewards apps, the Culvers rewards feature is cumbersome and not very beneficial. I had enough points to get all the items for a butter burger basket, but the app only allowed me to redeem one item per order. They need to update the rewards to allow for multiple items per order or at least have a basket as a reward. App doesn’t workThe app has been broken for months. Every single time I try to place an order, it fails with the error: “Error trying to resolve field ‘createBagAndAddProductsByChainId’.” I’ve tried reinstalling the app, changing stores, signing back in, and retrying on different networks. Nothing fixes it. The location loads fine, but the app refuses to add items to the bag. I work only a couple minutes away from the N Cave Creek Rd location in Phoenix and would honestly order from Culver’s multiple times a week if the app actually worked. No way to redeem pts after purchaseMost apps allow you to add order ID after a purchase. This app does not. That’s the main reason for the 2 stars, as the lines are long and busy and the order-takers doesn’t ask; after payment, it’s too late. “Coupon could not be applied@This app’s reward system is awful. It says I have a 1000 points to add a 4pc to it, so I do it. This app relies on the humans that work there.App works fine enough. But in order to get your food, a human employee has to see the order come in, cook the food, see your notification that you have arrived in the parking lot, then they need to bring it to you. Literally the worst food app ive ever usedYou can never sign in, and you can never sign up. I have 2 existing accounts on 2 different phone numbers i cant sign in with either one on either phone.
