Glitchy and Customer Service was HorribleI tried to report how the app is glitchy (hockey stats don’t populate, alternate stat lines for any sport don’t show, etc). The live chat person refused to process the complaint because I would’ve give my date of birth, phone number, and social security number AFTER I had already given them my name and email address. I tried telling them they didn’t need this information to process this complaint but they refused to help!
