Charging without permissionI am extremely disappointed with this app. I have been charged repeatedly for a subscription I never authorized or used. In fact, I didn’t even have the app installed on my phone during the time I was being billed!
When I finally re-installed it just to find a way to stop the charges, I discovered there is no cancellation button or subscription management option anywhere in the app settings. This feels intentionally misleading. If you are looking for a Roku remote, stick to the official Roku app and avoid this one at all costs.
