Love the app and the storeI know some folks had issues with registering and I did for a while. Discovered it was most likely me auto selecting my name which put a space after it. FIX YOUR APP!!!!!I love shopping at Popshelf, but the app’s registration process is a huge letdown. Every time I try to sign up—whether in-store or later on—I run into issues. I even reset my password, which proves I had an account at some point, but I still can’t log in. I’ve seen several reviews echoing the same problem. The app or email doesn’t workI have only been in the store twice, and I love this store. I immediately tried to sign up for the app, but it would not accept my “About Me” information. It also would not accept my telephone number at the register. Both times this happened were at two different store locations. The app definitely needs some work. Worst app I’ve ever usedYou can not use the scan item option! 95%of the scans are unsuccessful scans. It doesn’t recognize the item. Also you can only scan one upc before you have to back all the way out of the scan function and then relaunch to scan a second item.
