Love the workouts!I found Stacey on Instagram while I was searching for a strength workout routine that incorporated weights. I purchased her 4 week program and have really enjoyed the workouts so I subscribed to her 14 day challenge and have now subscribed to her ‘On demand” app. The workouts are perfect from beginner to advanced since she gives several “options” and you can adjust the weights and bands accordingly or just pause and do more or less reps. Just so easy to adjust as you go. She is very personable and chatty and funny and encouraging - so relatable. I love how she tries to have motivating music playing during the workouts. Some of the workouts targeted for certain areas (upper or lower body, core, etc) and others are full body. I like how she has the time length so you can choose a workout for what you have time for, too. Overall, I am very happy I found Stacy and her app and I intend to stick with it as I can SEE RESULTS after two months of consistently doing the workouts (3-6 days a week)..Version: 5.3

Workouts for All at Your Pace!I love this app!! Stacey is an amazing fitness instructor and I have been doing her online workouts for years. I love that I can now have them all in one place with access at any time. The app helps me prioritize working out because it can happen when I need it wherever I need it! Also, Stacey is great at offering modifications so people at every skill level can join in and work towards their fitness goals. I highly recommend this app! Best for strengthI found Stacy on instagram and continued to follow her with her strength workouts. I have purchased her first program and love it. I was excited for her new strength program. I feel like I am working out with a friend. She pushes you and also encourages you along the way. I also bought her nutrition guide which is filled with so much information. Best at home strength training program for women out thereWow, I wish this was available during Covid or maybe it was I don’t know… I’m 54 and in the best shape of my life because of this program. I am not one to be able to do my own thing I have to follow along with programs. Her strength training is specifically everything I’ve looked for in a program. I’ve transformed my body. Workouts for Home that WorkI absolutely love this App. The workouts are effective and Stacey explains everything perfectly. She also gives modifications if needed. The best!I’ve been working out to her video’s for a couple of years and she is great! I hate working out but know it’s so important as I get older to use weights and keep my bones strong. Love Stacey’s App!I first found Stacey on Instagram and the followed her to YouTube. Those platforms were fine but her App is even better. All the workouts are in one place with no ads! I am able to find a workout based on length of workout, style of workout, and what muscle group I want to work that day. Stacey has just announced that she will be posting monthly calendars on the App to help plan workouts if that is something you are interested in. In addition Stacey is friendly, witty, and very supportive. She will answer any question you have through the community board that is part of the App. Staceys App is definitely worth every penny!.Version: 5.4

Great app with an excellent instructorI came across Stacey’s IG page from an Apple News article in the fall of 2023. Since then I’ve subscribed to her IG, YouTube channel, and now a paid subscriber on her app. She’s like my own personal trainer. I love her workouts—she offers a variety from strength to barre, even focusing on specific muscle groups. While the app is new, she’s adding content weekly. And considering the costs of gym memberships and other higher paid on demand subscriptions, this is definitely a great value in comparison. You won’t get bored or have trouble finding a workout with her app (or her free content). And her personality is genuine. She’s passionate about what she does and has fun doing it..Version: 5.4

Changed my Approach to FitnessStacey is motivating! The exercises are grouped by upper body, lower body, core…strength, endurance etc. If you need advice on how to structure your workouts per week, Stacey has information in the app on how to create a schedule that works for your needs. Her programs are easy to follow yet challenging. The app is for everyone since each exercise can be modified by amount of weight, number of reps, etc. Best of all (besides Stacey’s fun personality) is her care in demonstrating proper form…and she reminds the viewer throughout.
