I actually love this app, the only problem i have is $15 a week is a little over the top so i refuse to subscribe. other than that it has great story’s in my opinion!

They advertised it as .99 a week only to discover it is .99 for 1 week then it jumps to 9.99 It is s ridiculous price to pay considering the book I read was not well written and was not edited at all The author couldn’t keep names straight, had numerous spelling mistakes and in some places didn’t even follow through with a thought process I enjoy reading but when I get a headache trying to figure out what is trying to be said because it is so jumbled it is not enjoyable Needless to say I canceled the subscription and will be deleting the app

I read one the stories and paid .26 cents. I knew it was one of those pay by week novels so I cancelled after a day. It’s pretty clear that there are multiple writers to the story. Some parts were very well written, while others parts were not. In addition, it seems like some parts of the story were written by someone whose first language isn’t English. Definitely ESL errors. For what I paid, it was fine but I’m glad I didn’t pay a lot for it.

I downloaded the app in hopes of reading but no, you get five free chapters and then you have to pay real money. I like the other apps because they have a reward system and everyday that you check in you get a certain amount of coins/bonuses so you can unlock chapters without needing to pay if you don’t want to. With Novelzoom the only way to read is with actual money. I’m not gonna pay to read. This is a scam waiting to happen and this is just a money grab.

I’m almost positive I did not subscribe to this app. It’s not something I normally do and there were not stories that interested me. I noticed on my bank statements I’ve been charged $16 a week!! And I can’t even find a way to cancel the subscription. It says I can delete the account but I’m afraid they’ll keep charging me and I’ll be really screwed. Don’t even download the app.

I downloaded the app and subscribed to it. I paired the 130 for the year subscription. I couldn’t even use the app. It kept telling me to pay for a subscription even though I did. You cannot contact support at all in the app. They try to refuse a refund. If I could give this app a 0 I would. If I deleted my account then I would lose all subscriptions I purchased.

There is nothing good about this app unless you want to spend money! After you realize how much you pay a little at a time you suddenly paired $30-$40 for a “book” and then add all the people doing this, it is crazy! I can only assume the 5 star reviews are fake, because there is nothing 5 or even 2 star worth in this app.

This app is theft nothing short! I read the fine print it said but full book i did that first. The i joined and canceled because i just wanted the one book after looking for day for something g to read!! And they took it all! The books i paid for and i cant a read anything

I uninstalled this app two weeks ago and I look on my account and they’ve taken 15 dollars for a subscription that hasn’t been active for weeks! Not worth the hassle for horrible stories you can barely understand!! And they don’t Have a customer service number to dispute charges with…..

There is an advertised rate of less than $1 for your first week and then it increases. I cancelled the subscription and the whole thing 5 minutes after signing up. So my responsibility should be <$1. However, I was just billed $16. When I look in the app, it says it's cancelled and asks if I want to renew. So I requested a refund through Apple. But buyer beware!

I was in the middle of reading a book and then all of a sudden the book started over, but with different character names. If copy and paste was an app, it would be this app. Cancelled my subscription so quick.

I paid to read the books. I get 3 chapters in and it says failed to load. Reset the app and restart my phone, still nothing changed. I changed books and a few chapters in and the book won’t load. Waste of money .

I would love to read the books but $15 is a bit much for a week in my opinion so i will be deleting this app especially when not everyone has a job

I was interested in a story but it’s not worth it. I would rather go to another app that allows me to watch ads for points or coins to read one chapter at time or more compared to this app. It’s not worth it. Especially if you’re trying to budget your spending.

I didn’t even subscribe and it charged me I don’t have the money too pay it does anyone know how too cancel the subscription and if you do can you reply too my review or right a new one lettting me know how

It won’t let u browse new books, it just seems to go from one short story to the next. Your stuck flipping pages until the next book. It ducks. How do I cancel this?

I have attempted to read multiple books and I can’t seem to get some of the chapters to load after a certain point. The book I’m attempting to read now, it started on chapter 2.

I thought that I’d get to atleast read the advertised story with a few ads, but they don’t even give that option. You have to pay. It’s not worth it tbh.

Books are poorly written and edited. Stories jump POV without rhyme or reason. Just not worth wasting money on anything in this app.

Where do i go to cancel this before they charge me again?

I’ve tried to cancel 4 different times but they keep charging me $14.99 a week. When you try to cancel again, they’ll just email you a picture of how to cancel. They won’t try to actually look into the issue to realize you’ve followed these steps.

I subscribed for the less than a $1 the first week and unsubscribed the next day I got it. I just got billed $10.28 as if the new week cycle renewed itself but when I checked my subscription it was canceled. I canceled well before the first week was up. Now I need to try at get Refund because I shouldn’t have been charged that.

You can read the first few chapters of the book but than you must subscribe. It’s $.99 cents for first week than 9.99 every week after that. Or you can subscribe for a year for 129.99. I saw that and deleted.

I originally got this app months ago and deleted the account a while back. Since then I have been charged for multiple months without reopening the account. I cannot find a way to delete this account as it does not show on the app. Do not subscribe!!! This app is not worth the headache.
