I wish I could give this negative stars. I saw a clip on tiktok so thought l'd check it out. You get a couple free clips (maybe 3 minutes). Then you have to use points or watch ads. You can only watch 5 ads, each ad being 95 seconds long (and each clip is about 80-90 seconds). There's a couple free things you can do to collect points, but it will only get you 1 or 2 clips further. And when a movie is 76 clips, that's next to nothing. So then you are either forced to pay a crazy amount for points ($10 for 1k points which gets you 11-12 clips. And when a movie is 76 clips, that means you'll pay $60 for just 1 movie) or $20 A WEEK to get everything "free" for the week!!!!! And the wording they put makes it sound like you get a free week before they charge you, but you don't (thankfully I didn't fall for it, but it would be SO EASY to do)! On top of that, the one I was watching (and I heard the content others we're watching as well) is easy to find elsewhere where you can just watch a couple of ads and not have to pay $80 a month! So it's not even like it's exclusive content. This premium price is 100% NOT for a premium service. I have no idea how it has so many 4 and 5 star reviews!

I think I like watching the ads in a huge lump, and investing about 25-30 minutes in ads and glancing through some articles, and I just get the 100 points racked up with a few 80 point rewards, and then I get about 3500 points at one time. Then I can watch about 39-40 episodes. Sometimes I can get enough bonus points and get through a whole show with no interruptions. Then if you have a couple episodes left, just watch the ads to get the rest of them at one ad per episode. It’s a better deal to do this than watching one ad for 50 points in the regular rewards area and you need almost 80 points per episode. But check it out, and you’ll find a lot of the same shows that are on other app platforms. It’s hard to locate them though because each show has a different name for each app. But a couple shows that I’ve watched have been on every app. They eventually show up. And shows come and go quickly and move around, so you can see what you want if you give it time to rotate in. Have fun watching!

I have only been watching one story (She Slept, They Wept) because of an advertisement I saw on Facebook. Although the production and acting could be improved, it is entertaining and can be captivating. However, like in most cases, you have to spend money to watch the full series (for the one I’m watching, one exclusive episode = 128 coins, and I don’t even know if each one costs the same). I haven’t experienced any intrusive adds yet; you can rewind and skip; you can like and save episodes or any series in general; there are subscriptions available: $30 weekly and $50 monthly, as well as deals for coins (which are used to watch exclusive/locked episodes); the app gives you recommendations based off of your activity; there is content specifically made for either males or females, while some is considered unisex; daily check ins = free coins; new user benefits are available but temporary; and finally, you can watch maximum 20 ads daily for 10 coins each (they are painfully long💀).

First off, it gives you a lot of opportunity to unlock different chapters or you can pay for a subscription or you could pay to unlock I like the animated stuff better than other stuff but I’m hoping they get more dub versions I recommend this one more than other apps other apps don’t give you the opportunities to unlock like this app does so I highly recommend this one. I watch it every day since I seen it on Facebook. So far since I downloaded it, I watched it every day. I wish they had the option where if they see what you watch it they just like added it that category words just automatically show you where at all the stuff that you like even if you like anime to stuff, they just automatically show you that that’ll be even better.

I’m sorry, I love your stories and love the time to watch and relax. But, when I recently paid for the month, I still checked in and sat through those horrid commercials so I would have a little extra after the month ended. I ended up with over 3000 to keep enjoying the story I was enjoying. I was 42 in of 60 when the month subscription ended. Thinking I had that 3000 I worked so hard for, I logged in. The time was stuck on one more hour until I could check in. In the meantime, my subscription ended, and my story started all over from the beginning. Little did I know that in the process of finding my place again, it used every bit of my 3000. The 3000 I worked so hard for disappeared just trying to get where I left off. What a rip off

I got sucked in while I was scrolling on tiktok. I honestly love the episodes, the drama and how they have subtitles. I do wish there were more variety of options to earn more coins in order to unlock the episodes. I’m not a fan of the ads but ads are everywhere at this point but I feel like that’s the only way to earn coins and also doing tasks but most of it is for following. So yeah, I would like to see other way to earn coins besides the ads. Oh I also don’t like how short each episode is, I mean I don’t know if other episodes are longer but I just started watching the beggars kingdom and i feel like the episodes are only a few seconds. Absolutely have no complaints about this app. I love it if I can’t find any of the shorts that I want on my other apps, I come to NetShort and they absolutely have it. That’s what I love and I love the simple fact that it’s easy to get coins that’ll make it hard. They don’t make it difficult like all the other apps do and I love how when you’re trying to find a show ads don’t keep popping up like on other apps, the only thing that I do wish is that they had better endings to some of their shorts like I wanna know if they had a baby later on or like what happened to them afterwards you know but other than that, I love this app

Best app to watch movies on… I recommend it to everyone the movies are so good… it’s 10/10

I want to start this off by saying that the app itself is very nice. The stories are great, the app is easy to navigate, and the ability to earn coins is a huge plus. My issue is the ads. To earn coins, you have to sit through ads, which I understand. However, the ads are almost two minutes long for not even half of the price of one episode, which is so short it’s not even worth the price. I understand needing your app to make money, but shortening your episodes to make it to where each story is 50+ episodes long and then making people pay coins to watch every episode after the free ones is excessive and cuts down on the quality of your app. I know this is done to encourage all of your payment options, however some people can’t afford the options you’re offering and the only way to enjoy the app for themselves is to sit through obnoxiously long ads just to watch a 45s clip. Please, shorten the ads, or make them worth more. There’s no point in watching two minutes of ads for 30 coins (the amount of coins earned also goes down the more ads you watch) when one 45s episode is 78 and there’s no other way for you to earn without paying at least $10. You have a good app and the stories are captivating, but your money-grab approach is ruining what you’ve made.

This app is exactly as I expected: a money pit. The ad I saw on FB intrigued me. It was the story called “The Beggar King’s Bride”. I love a good K drama and didn’t see any bad reviews so I downloaded it. One review mentioned that they start you from the beginning of the story instead of letting you choose, and this is true. I do wish they’d let me start from where the ad left off, but I kept on watching. They allow you to watch up until the same point where the ad ends, and then they tell you that each “episode” costs 78 coins. I usually never pay these story apps money, but I was genuinely interested in the story, so took a chance. I spent $15 dollars for 1500 coins thinking that I’d enjoy finishing the story. Unfortunately, each episode was only like 2 mins long, and seemed to get shorter and shorter the further I got into the story. By the time I got to the last of my coins, the episodes were as short as 60 seconds, sometimes repeating parts from previous episodes. As you can imagine, this made my coins run out VERY fast. Now they’re asking me to spend more money. I’ll be deleting the app instead. I don’t appreciate the scheme, and I agree with the reviews that recommended a better system for the coins. All in all, you could spend that same $15 on a Netflix account and watch unlimited k dramas!

It’s just keep on adding those things where I have to keep on like looking at so I can get points, but I don’t like doing that back-and-forth because soon as it tries to show me the good part y’all keep on interrupting it so y’all please stop and just make it like after, you get like like after you get like a certain part when you start like have way more instead of every episode just when like after like 10 or eight episodes can y’all do it just don’t do it after every episode because it starts getting interesting y’all always mess it up so please make it longer so that way I’ll be able to watch itwithout interruptions don’t watch it but what makes me want to watch it so can you please stop doing that you want to go to and try to find a different one of another app that has the same thing as yours so please don’t do that because I don’t wanna have to go to another

The series may be interesting, but you have to watch a ridiculous amount of ads to get anywhere in them. Paying for the service is incredibly expensive at $50/month as compared with Netflix at $18/month. The ads are also the awful ones where you have to click through multiple layers and keep watching those same annoying videos about the king getting burned or drowned if you don’t finish a puzzle in time or that woman and child freezing to death if you don’t pick the right resources. To watch all the episodes allowed in a day, which really isn’t that much, you need to get through 50 of those ads per day. Also, you can’t select episodes, you have to unlock them all in order, so if you switch from subbed to dubbed, for example, you have to re-earn all the episodes you’ve already watched. Best just not to start.

First of all why do I have to pay money for coins if I already read through half the story. Second of all there should be an optional section for shorts that dont make you watch ads for the next episode or pay coins. Thirdly there needs to be a recheck of how much each episode costs 74 coins for one episode is insane in terms of having to pay 20 bucks to ensure you get the next 20 episodes. Lastly the shorts are good quality and have very unique story telling that makes you want to watch more however for those who cannot afford it you either have to wait for dailies or do dumb in app things like right a review that only gets you about 15 coins. Lastly 2 ads for 25 seconds for one episode makes me want to delete the app altogether. Respectfully find a better way for engagement that isn't such an obvious cash grab please for those who may not be able to afford coins or just got the app and need a free story there are better ways to go about it.

I liked the one about the sister getting put through a humiliation ritual because her siblings found that other girl stella or whatever so she just casually freezes herself alive and donates her eyeballs, but the issue is, the app is advertised to let you see the rest right? they don’t tell you you need to buy these coins or watch ads. so i download it and im sitting and watching 70 ads just to watch the next few episodes all because your little coins HAVEEE to cost money and HAVE to cost more than they’re worth. its genuinely so annoying and i lost interest way too fast because of it. i feel like im the one being put through a humiliation ritual now, its actually absurd the sheer amount of ads ive had to watch. not only that but as you watch the ads they lower the rewards you recieve from the ads with every single ad. all for 50 second clips that barely have any story in them. insanity. we went from recieving 30 coins per ad to 10 … mind you a single 50 second clip costs 78. real fun, real productive.

.Overall, it got three stars from me because it is a good concept and could be something great, however, it does have its pros and cons. The pros… You can search for a title (warning… these are not major movies, short films, only) and watch episodes one after the other and get through the story line. The other pro is that most of the episodes are about one to two minutes long and it doesn’t take a whole a lot of time if you only have a couple minutes to watch a few. The plot lines are pretty interesting, somewhat predictable, but all in all entertaining. Now for the cons… Each two minute episode cost about 7 70–90 points to watch and you can get points for free by watching ads. But you end up watching about 5 to 6 minutes worth of ads just to get a two minute episode. If you do not want to do that, they do have the option of buying points but the cheapest you can buy is 1000 points for $10. That doesn’t seem like much but when each storyline has somewhere between 30 and 50 episodes and two minutes at piece, you’ll end up paying somewhere around $30-$40 , or watch hours of the same three or four ads just to get through the short film. Lastly, the acting is no better than the ad you have to watch to even watch an episode. Most of the actors are the same ones you see in ads and it’s pretty bad. It reminds me a lot of a Darhma short film. Subpar, at best. That said, if you’re willing to watch hours of ads, you can get through this without spending any money, but personally it’s not worth the effort to me. If you want to spend the $30–40 $ to get through one storyline you’re better off going to the movies to watch something with much better acting.

Out of all the drama apps I have this is the only one that makes you watch an ad upon loading it to start. Also in order to do a daily check in you have to watch an ad. There are plenty of other apps where you can watch ads to unlock episodes and don’t have to watch ads to check in. If you want the show with it I recommend GoodShort or drama box. If you just like the story line pocket fm is great they give you 30mins free everyday of what ever story you are listening to. I just don’t recommend either having to pay to listen to anything past the first 10 episodes, or having to watch ads constantly with limited rewards. If your episode cost 85 coins to unlock and your daily check in is 60 coins (after you watch the ad) then you will always be struggling to finish the story. Just not worth it in my opinion.

So, in order to watch the shows, you have to sit through ads, which take forever and are super annoying. I was planning to pay eventually because I actually liked at least one of the shows so far, but I just wanted to try it out first. I worked so hard watching ads all day which was a pain, and got my coins up to 1000. But then, when I came back the next day, they had taken coins away, about half. That kept happening, and it was so frustrating. Still, I pushed through and watched all those long, annoying ads again to get back up to 1000. Then I didn’t log in for five days, and now it’s back down to 500. If that’s how it works, it makes me nervous to spend real money, because if they’re already taking coins I earned for free, what’s stopping them from doing the same with the ones I paid for? And honestly, I can’t afford that.

The stories are great and I love that they draw you in but after the first few videos you have to unlock everything single video afterwards to watch the rest of the story, you either unlock it with coins or by watching two ads that's longer than the video themselves and the amount of coins to give to unlock it is way to much, if you use them to unlock one you don't have enough to unlock the others unless you pay for a subscription and it's to only unlock one video, it's just more ads than actual video and if you don't wanna pay for the coins you have to do things to get 10-15 coins or you just have to wait for the next day, I understand they have to make money but I feel like it would be better if when you unlock a video it's for 5 videos instead of having to unlock every single one

I love the stories and the app interface. One thing I dislike is the money grabs. They get you hooked in with the first 10-15 episodes and then all of the other episodes after you buy more tokens (I’m watching the Beggar King’s Bride) are very quick. I’ve noticed the next couple of episodes after purchasing more tokens are much shorter than the previous ones. I understand and fully agree with supporting the app, but in this economy a simple pleasure like this shouldn’t cost consumers so much. I expected much more but that will be my last purchase and I won’t be able to handle sitting for over 3 minutes per ad, which typically seems to only get you 1/2 episode watches. So I don’t see myself using this app long term until it becomes more affordable.

The price is too high for what you offer. $30 for a week and $50 for a month when you only have mostly Asian novellas? Seriously? I wouldn’t mind watching the Asian novellas if the subtitles weren’t so fast which I often have to stop and pause the show to get through it or if it’s dubbed the woman’s dubbed voice sounds like a 12 year old girl and all I can think about is does this culture like the idea of their women sounding like children…just disturbing if you ask me. So for the few English speaking that you do have available it’s too much money. Your coins are a joke ranging from $10 to $100 with the $100 being the only purchase to finish one novella. Really I could go to an expensive theater to watch 5 two hour movies at that price. No thanks …. Thumbs down on your app 100%.

Really into two different shows and on both of them had to pay double because I watch it for one day and then the next day after just started over again not cool which I don’t mind watching ads to unlock but when you’re making me watch ads after I’ve paid to unlock it as well as not cool and the fact that you guys are making me restart the shows from episode one and pay for them again is not cool. Don’t even feel like finishing the episode I already want to delete will not spend money on this because they just screw us over do not download when you complain to them. All they say is it’s not their fault. It’s a waste of time you pay more to watch the movies and you’re supposed to and they don’t care so if you’re reading this review, turn back now.

If you are going to use this app, do yourself a favor and just subscribe from the beginning. Otherwise, you’re going to blow $40 as you keep buying coins to just watch 1 drama. The episodes are extremely short (like some are under 1 minute) and each episode costs money. While the drama I watched was good, it never finished. At the beginning they show you part of a scene of the end, but after paying to watch all of the episodes, it never got to that scene. In fact, where it did end seemed like the story cut off. And it wasn’t even like “to be continued” or “see part 2”, it just cut off and ended. I was so mad because I paid about $40 to watch it and it’s like I never got to see the end of the story. And I have no idea what episode it stopped on because they just keep running back to back with no scene counter on the screen. As soon as the last episode ended, it immediately took my credit and started a scene from a different drama, without asking me. I thought maybe it was a bug and desperately tried to get back to the drama I was watching because like I said, it had not ended. When I went through the menu and found it again, I tried to click on one of the last few episodes (there were 60 total), but it wouldn’t let me do that. I only had the option to start at episode one again and pay to rewatch the entire thing, which I wasn’t about to do. 2nd issue, I never subscribed to this app. I was so mad after the debacle I told you about, that I never opened the app again. 3 weeks later, I get a $9.99 charge from them. Thankful that Apple refunded the charge, but now I have to wonder if they are going to charge me again at some random time. I’ve triple checked I am not subscribed, so no idea why they charged me that out of the blue. I deleted the app and will keep my fingers crossed that they do not try to pull that again. So this is your warning. I used Drama Box before this app and did not have these issues. If you like dramas, these aren’t bad and keep you wanting more, but unless you subscribe, it’s a complete drain to your wallet. While the subscriptions aren’t cheap, it’s WAY cheaper than buying credit to get through a drama.

As a Black active reader and engaged in the short story apps, the stories are amazing, but readers deserve more representation too. We want to see Black women, Brown women, Dark skin, Textured hair, different cultures, and diverse beauty reflected as main characters — not just side characters or not represented at all. Romance, fantasy, and AI story apps should reflect the variety of people who actually use and love these platforms. Representation matters because everyone deserves to see themselves as the lead. All I am seeing is the Caucasian, blonde haired, blue eye heroines. It is exhausting not being able to enjoy the series and stories anymore. The ages always being under 21 is not appealing in the least. Can we change the ages as well to mid to late 20s and main characters in their 30s.

The movies are too expensive when you can find them elsewhere such as daily motion. The app is shotty with many issues such as closing randomly and not being able to pick the episode you would like to watch. It seems if you loose your space you will have to start all over from the beginning. Looking through other reviews it seems that many of the “high stared reviews” seem fake and as if it is people from the company just making a chat GPT response to make it see like it is worthwhile. Again looking at other reviews, the only comments from developers is the 5-star reviews. There are random reviews that are highly rated on products that have nothing to do with the streaming service. In another note, the developers never seem to address any actual issues. Seems like a con to me not going to lie so will be giving this one star.

The App has very entertaining short films to watch. I love the Korean dramas and love stories. They really draw you in and then once you get into the film you run out of coins. Although coins are needed, this app allows you to earn daily coins plus gives you the option to watch ads to gain more coins for more episodes. I would give it 5 stars if it were to automatically release a few episodes for free on a daily basis verses watching tones of ads. However, it is better than other apps that do not give you that option to even earn more coins but try to force you to buy. The episodes are not that long and take up 70+ coins each episode, therefore you have to watch or buy lots of coins in order to watch is the con for me.

Trying to use the slider to move the title along ends up having you swipe back the title to the previous screen instead. Any amount of lag within the servers or your own Internet or any lag within your device causes endless amounts of frustration. The entire philosophy or idea behind the swipe to go back is undone by so many other obstacles. The developers should really use their own product instead of coming up with these brainless ideas without any actual utilization by their own teams. If you gave the option to toggle these functions on or off or to choose between swiping left or right to trigger such options this would be much better. I still go by the philosophy: if it ain't broke don't fix it!

I’m not sure if this happens with money you spend in the app and I’m not going to find out. I’ve watched several ads for the “coin” currency to watch some episodes. The episodes say they are 78 coins to unlock but are taking more than they should be. At one point I had 201 coins from ads, watched one episode, and I was down to 45 coins. Whatever. I watch another two ads and end up at 95 coins, watch one episode, and now I have 12 coins. I should have 17 coins. I’m wasting my time watching ads and giving the app ad revenue which is probably worth more than the coins they allot for my doing so. Then they take more coins than they stated they would? I hope they’re not doing that with purchased currency. Keep track of what you put into it so you can, at best, hold them accountable. TLDR: not worth the download, the currency pricing is likely deceptive.

I kept seeing this pop up on my for you page on TikTok and finally decided to get it to watch the full stories. I was excited to but then realized it’s not at all easy to watch. I thought it would be a matter of downloading the app and selecting your video then watching like Netflix or something. NOPE! I went on and found the video I was watching to which it sent me to the very beginning and I had to keep scrolling to get to the point where I was but unfortunately once I did so, I ran out of “coins” to watch?? So not only did I download the app to see the ending but wasted time to do so, scroll to find my spot just to not be able to watch?? Not to mention, you have to PAY with really money to get coins to watch whatever you’re trying to. definitely not keeping this app idk how it has 4.6 stars. It deserves 1, 2 at very most.

The advert is too much and it comes too often most times we the viewer spend more time watching adverts instead of the movies you need to do something about it, am in Nigeria and the app doesn’t accept my debit card so I can’t join your VIP I would love to, and also after watching an add keeping me more than indeed time on a certain interface is boring funny enough I spend more time seeing an interface of advert than the main advert that is suppose to have a particular timing please do something about it. I recently tried this app, novels are good but the way of bonus coins collection is very lame. I need to watched several add & more to gain 1 episode. I feel wasting of my time to watch those advertisements but only 1 episode is free as I need to collect 58 coins before I open the next episode. Compared to the other short drama apps, I don't need to gain 58 coins or open several adds to access the next episode. There's bonus 10 episodes in 10 ads. I only need to collect 5 coins to access the next episodes. I don't need to wait for tons of ads to access 1 episode. Though the novel ur showing is good but I feel my time is waisted for watching lots of ads videos & collecting bonus coins with just 1 episodes.

Everything new is really bad AI. I tried to give it a fair shot, so I watched 4 different new “western” shows and they were awful. The characters would randomly have accents, in one scene a woman would be heavily pregnant and the next she had a completely flat stomach. Like if you are going to go the free route and make everything with AI you could atleast have someone watch and fix the oddities in the videos. I can get over with things like clothes disappearing and then reappearing, but random accents really were atrocious. I wish there was a way to get my money back, I paid for a year membership and unless they start doing a better job if they are going to be using AI, I will not be renewing. I’m actually pretty mad I wasted my money. If I knew they were going to turn to AI I never would’ve gotten a year subscription

I have two other apps that are similar to this one. First thought is the amount of commercials and the length of time they take (often around 2 min to completely finish) to reward ratio is terrible for the watcher. Having to watch 2 ads to unlock one episode that is 1-2 min is worse than the other two apps I have by far. Then, today when I logged in to watch the final 10 episodes of A Begger King’s Bride all the episodes I had unlocked over the last week or so were suddenly locked and I was going to have to completely start over. I did see warnings for the bonus rewards going away after a week but it wasn’t clear what that meant and I sure didn’t think the show would reset. I’ll just make up some fake ending in my mind and be done with this app. Just thought people should know.

I wanted to try out this app. It has good movies. But it steals your coins. I had 188 coins. Each episode cost 78 coins. I went to watch an episode my coins disappeared. It said need to recharge or purchase coins. Do not download this app. There’s better app like DramaBox

DramaBox allows you to watch up to 10 or more episodes free daily but this app I can’t get enough coins after 2 days to watch 1 free episode

It’s far too expensive to watch any more shows, sure you get to watch 10 episodes with each of them being 2 minutes long but then you’re asked to pay or to work and do all this work for coins. This makes it very unfun.

Downloaded to watch one short and I can watch 10 minutes of it before the app starts asking for $30 weekly subscriptions.

Dumb shows

Every time i download this and I go into the app it says there’s a connection error to my wifi. I have 2.0 of connection wifi so it’s really really good wifi for a household of gamers. every time I hit refresh it says the same thing over and over again. Fix your app or I won’t use it again.

This is 100% a scam. You have to spend nearly $50 to watch the whole thing. It’s such a poor and awful app

The prices of coins are crazy as well as to pay for episodes of coins too. Sure the dramas are good but not good enough to be this pricey. I have downloaded this app before and only been in this app for about few minutes before I deleted it due to the prices.
