NONE OF THE FEATURES SHOWN IN THE PREVIEW ARE AVAILABLE??!!I originally got this app back in September 2025 and it DID have all the features and customizing tools shown in the preview screenshots and I used them and it was AWESOME! BUT IT ALL WENT AWAY!?! Now all you can do is just pick two songs and you can only combine a 30 second part of each, and you can’t do any customizing whatsoever not even move the vocals or the instrumental back-and-forth literally nothing. Cash grabI downloaded this app from an advertisement on Facebook. I see it has in app purchases which naturally I understand that means I would have to buy a subscription if I want to have full use. I thought I would give it a try to see if it would be worth the purchase.
Upon the initial setup it is immediately trying to get me to sign up for a subscription without even trying the program. Through the multiple taps they make it seem like you have to pay for the subscription to even use the program. I finally figured out how to get out of the initial screen to use it. I tried to do one mashup which never was made while it says should take 2-5 minutes. There is a button that says you can speed up the time if you pay for the subscription. But I am not paying for something that doesn’t even work in the trial version. Needless to say I am giving this a one star as it is clear they are trying to bait and switch you into buying a subscription without even trying the program..ZelbicVersion: 1.1.9
Unfair Billing After CancellationI canceled this subscription before the renewal date, and my account clearly showed the subscription ending on August 7, 2025. Despite this, I was charged $7.99 on August 10 for a service I no longer had access to and did not use. Apple refused my refund request twice, even with proof of the cancellation. This feels deceptive and unfair to customers who take the right steps to avoid unwanted charges. Not greatI tried to generate a remix and watched my phone overheat for an hour with nothing to show for it. I then paid $7.99 for a week subscription with the promise of the app generating project faster, but the app just kept “generating“ for an additional 30 minutes while my phone got hotter. There was no way to cancel generating the project, so I uninstalled the app. When I reinstalled, it asked me to pay for another subscription, so I paid $7.99 for nothing. Reviews are right. App is a scamOn installing this app you can create a mashup of just a few songs they’ve curated. Then you have to pay and it’s essentially garbage after that. This is a money grabbing scam and I would be surprised if they even have licenses to mash up what they show you in the trial.
