Reach is MARTA’s new on-demand micro transit service, offering curb-to-curb rides within 12 designated zones, and easily connecting you to MARTA’s fixed bus routes and rail lines for seamless travel beyond the designated zones. Learn more about MARTA Reach at www.itsmarta.com/reach
Fare: Fare is free until the implementation of the better Breeze system on March 28, 2026. Thereafter, fare will be $2.50 one-way. Same price as a fixed route bus or train ride!
Ways to Pay: After implementation of the better Breeze system, credit or debit card in the application, or credit, debit, or Breeze card onboard the vehicle, and cash onboard the vehicle will be accepted.
Hours: Approximately 6 AM – 12 AM daily
*Hours of operation depend on the zone and are subject to change.
Wait Time: Pickups will occur within 30 minutes of your request.
Zones: Reach operates in 12 zones across the Atlanta region. View maps of each zone in the app. All rides must begin and end within the designated zone. Rides cannot begin in one zone and end in another.
Accessibility: Reach vehicles are ADA-compliant and equipped for wheelchairs, scooters, and mobility devices.
More Details: Reach is a shared ride service; other people may be picked up and dropped off during your ride.

So far, great. But…This service was a great idea, but it was implemented horribly. I love the fact that I don’t have to use Uber anymore and pay 15-20 dollars just to go 8 minutes up the street; however, there are a lot of kinks and issues that must be addressed. One major one being the designated stops need to have signs on them so people will know exercise where to stand to find their Reach bus. There is too much confusion in that arena right now..Version: 4.11.0

Not acceptable to pick riders up at there door.Pick up should be at a Marta Station in the zoned area. Let’s say I got a pick up time at 7:00am and there is 5 more pickup I will have to wait about an hour before I get dropped off at my destination.THAT IS NOT ACCEPTABLE. PLEASE WORK OUT ANOTHER WAY.
