Designed for bakers above 3,500 feet. Ingredient and bake adjustments begin at approximately 3,500 ft elevation. Humidity adjustments apply at all elevations in very dry or very humid conditions. If you bake at sea level in a stable climate, this app may not provide meaningful adjustments.
