Absolutely perfect!I love this app. I originally started using it about 5 years ago and when I started a separate business recently, I was extremely happy that I could add a second business for a reasonable cost. Everything else was not cost effective. I’m not a big business but the professional look is important. They have it all. Invoices look great! The tracking of all your sales in every fashion that you could imagine is awesome as well. I work from the phone and the ability to print, email, or text is extremely valuable. I hope to be using Tiny Invoice for many years to come! Side note, I was able to import my logo to the invoice, size it and make it personal. Thank you for such an easy tool that I can use and stay focused on working and not “office working” I probably spent more time on this review than I do billing clients! But that’s ok, it’s worth it! Almost perfectI’m a self employed music teacher, and needed something simple to generate and email invoices to my clients. It gets the job done, no hassles, easy to set up, and dependable. The only thing I would like to see is that it would be great if the iPad app and the iPhone app would sync together; in other words, set up the business one time, and then have all of the invoices and settings sync from one device to the other over iCloud. They do sync now, to a degree, but it’s not real seamless, and sometimes things fall through the cracks if you, for instance, generate an invoice on your phone, and then expect to see it on your iPad. It will eventually show up, but not immediately. Sometimes also you can take a payment on one device, apply it to a specific invoice, but the payment won’t apply to the same invoice on the other device. For the time being, I have just avoided using two devices. Stick to either iPad, or iPhone, and you’ll be totally set..Doug NortonVersion: 4.1.3

Almost 5starsIm really happy this app is available and I hope it never goes away or starts charging to use it. I would even pay a little for it if asked. A few things to address that would change my rating to 5 stars: —I’d like the option to remove the due date. —I can’t figure out how to remove items from an invoice... so far I’ve had to redo the whole thing if I mistakenly add an item. —when I add an item, at the top of the screen are ITEM, TIME and EXPENSES tabs, but if I click on time or expenses it says “not enough information”. I wish I could use those functions , if only cuz they’ve put it out there, but at that point I just think “this is dumb” and add the stuff in items, which would be fine and probably easier overall but not being able to use these functions just makes me wonder what I’m missing out on. This seems kinda dumb. Either make it easy to use and/or functional or take the option out cuz every time I get to that screen I’m compelled to click on the time and expenses tabs just to see if I can use them, and I never can so it’s just wasting my time. Other than that, this is a great app. I only make a few invoices a month so it’s not worth paying what other apps charge. I don't need anything fancy. Great for Self-employed & User-friendly!Used for over a year now and it’s been so helpful! There are a couple of small changes I’d like but this app has exactly what I was looking for AND need as a self employed person. It was very easy to upload my logo. I like emailing right to client for estimate and invoices and being able to customize amounts and add as many different options as possible for items. Also has a standard email & notes template you can customize. I’d like to create a few of those to select per client but otherwise it is excellent. It also gives you running totals for outstanding invoices and that’s great for keeping on track of receivables! Love this App!I have a very small seasonal business and I don’t earn enough to spend it on an to keep track of money in and out. This app does it for me and it’s free! Really easy to use and I can send pics with my invoices as well as send duplicates to my email. Would be nice to send an invoice/estimate/bill without prices to a customer and if they want a break down I could select that option and send a new one. It would also be good if in the app I can put my cost of the item and what I make on each sale. I will continue to use the app and watch it grow and improve. Business Restart“So far so good” this app has help a start up with little to no start up budget look professional to my clients I am interested to see how long these guys keep up the good work and interested in seeing what’s next. Very professional and easy to useI started the general construction company several years ago. I struggled looking for an application to do my invoicing that would also keep track of my progress and customer contact list. It just works!I was looking for a simple app to do invoicing the didn't involve a monthly fee so I gave Tiny invoice a try ... and I haven’t looked back. Many invoicing apps are bloated and built in a way that makes if difficult to make changes to your information. With Tiny Invoice if you want to change the date, amount, name, address, or anything on an invoice you can just do it, before, during or after you have created it. It saves it just like you want it. You never have to start over because you made a mistake. And it’s fast. My only wish is that you could text the invoice when done. Right now all you can do is email it. Has it’s downfall but good overallUpdated review: I basically had to start over but so far so good. I’m still terrified that I’ll lose all data again. Issue was never resolved. I had been using this app for 6 months. Everything was great until yesterday when it prompted me to renew my AUTO subscription. It could not find my information so I deleted the app and reinstalled. Life changingI was clumsy learning to use it but man! This is awesome for my catering business. All my menu items are in one place and its push-of-a-button easy!! Suddenly invoices are on hand all the time. Estimates are available on the fly. So so easy. Update: her we are, a year or so later, and we still love it. We use the clover for the restaurant purchases and this for catering when people need to turn in an invoice. They’ve updated the app so that an email is needed in the customer field to send the invoice, but I usually just put my own in, and forward from my own email. 5 Years and Still The Best!I’ve been using Tiny Invoice for over 5 years now and still absolutely love it. I’m a freelance filmmaker so I often have to send an invoice for labor or rental fees to a production company. This app makes it very easy and lets me send off a simple, custom, and professional invoice. Since I’m often not at my home office while working in the field it’s super helpful to be able to quickly make and send invoices right from my iPhone. I use other apps to help me with my freelance bookkeeping such as QuickBooks Self-Employed. I love that app for record keeping but their invoice system is horrible compared to Tiny Invoice. This app has only gotten better over the years and it’s always been great for what I need. I have tried a few other invoicing apps over the years and none have ever been as simple to use and free of charge as Tiny Invoice. Takes the stress out of keeping track!Tiny invoice has made the process of generating invoices so easy! The process that was once an annoying task has become more of something that I look forward to. The templates available make it easy to send professional invoices with minimal effort. Almost greatThis app is almost great, but a few things leave it wanting, hence a 3 star rating. Almost all the issues revolve around syncing. Sync is soooooo sloooooow. It takes forever sometimes, even on gigabit wifi. I suggest that If sync is going to be that slow, ad a sync indicator so you can tell it is syncing. Also, it needs to sync the business settings over. Otherwise you have to manually recreate the templates on each device. Some things are a bit unpolished, like it forces you to enter data in some fields before you can cancel. Finally, I cannot tell how to add more than one business (I’d like to track several non profits on this). So helpful!This app has really helped me be more responsible by seeing how much money I’m bringing in, and which invoices have not yet been paid. I am now able to follow-up and enforce my policy of payment within 30 days. Very unhappyUpdate I’ve sent 3 emails with no response, save your money and use a different app their are plenty out there, and ones that will respond back when you have an issue. I used the free version of this app, and really liked it. I decided to upgrade the app and paid the $30 and it still says I need to upgrade and will not let me create any invoices. 🔥EASY🔥This app is a breeze! It’s so easy to send off invoices as soon as I finish with a client! Many times I write it up when I get back in my car! One of the features that help me the most is being able to easily look and see what invoices are still outstanding by client. Great app with a few “ I wish it could”Love this app for mobile invoicing! My business is mobile and I can show up, quote a project and email them a estimate on the spot. Great app, Dashboard needs a little work though.This is a great app, however, I have one major gripe with it. In the main dashboard, it displays “outstanding” balance as the original total of all my invoices, rather than accounting for payments I may have received. For example, if I have two jobs of $200 ($400 total) and collect $100 in payments towards the invoices, rather than displaying $300 as the “outstanding” amount, it still displays $400 as outstanding. It should account for the $100 I received. That pretty much makes the dashboard useless for me, when I can’t easily look and see how much I am being owed (NOT the original amount)..Yung BachVersion: 4.1.3

Works great for a small businessI’ve used it for the past three year in a small one person locksmith business. It allows you to customize work product and merchandise, figure sales tax and send invoices both paid and due. Only glitch that I’ve found is in the reports section; it misses some payments and shows amounts due that aren’t actually unpaid. Good except for one really annoying issue!This app is great for making invoices. It has made that process so easy and it’s hard to believe that it is free! The only complaint I have is that if I press the home button or do anything to close the Touch ID window, it logs me out of the app and then I have to log back in with the password and wait for it to redownload all of my information. It is a real pain! No other app I use does this. On other apps, you just hit the Touch ID button and then the Touch ID window will pop up and I can scan my fingerprint and still get in. So far, so good.I’ve been using a free version of this for a bit, but I wish some bugs will be worked out. There has been a couple problems so far. For one, it seems like another users client list has ended up on mine for some reason. That is a bit worrisome. And for two, I’ve had an issue with it not syncing all of my information when I transferred the app and signed in on a new device. The perfect on the run App.Doing maintenance work around Kauai. On several days you might do a dozen different jobs, trying to keep track of labor ( time worked) materials was a big pain. Glitchy and unhelpful with trying to sync with other devices and signing in with other devices.I used Tiny Invoice for a few weeks. I set it up on my ipad initially while my laptop was being repaired by apple. When I received my laptop back from being repaired I downloaded and installed onto my laptop and tried to sign in using the password I used when setting up the account on my ipad. No luck using the same password with app or on the tiny invoice web based app, but the password still worked with my ipad. I reset the password to start over and to get all devices synced together since I had a few invoices on my ipad and weren't reflecting on my laptop tiny invoice app. Reset the password 5 different times and still cannot login to sync with any other device besides my ipad. I then paid for the subscription to see if that would work to help sync and login between my devices. No luck with that either. I can only say that this app is garbage, won't let me use it as described, can't sync, and can't even login after resetting password 5 times. Don't recommend this app nor it's services since it doesn't work correctly. Good thing I didn't rely on this or my business would be a nightmare with keeping track of invoices. The app erased all of my invoicesI’ve been a customer for over two years and have loved this app! I’ve used it daily to help grow my business. I have loved the detailed reporting and projections I can make with this app. Then it crashed on me and erased all of my data for the last two years. I have zero information on my Pro account now. I’ve reached out to the developers before leaving my review, but haven’t heard back from them. I’m so upset about this, and right before tax season too. Now I have to scramble to recreate all my unpaid invoices, the ones I still need to send out, etc... and find a new app that was as great as Tiny Invoice as well. It really has everything I’m looking for. I’m giving it two stars because up until this happened, I would have given it five stars. Was great, terrible nowI’ve been using this app since March 2018 and have found it to be incredibly useful… until the last update. I entered time and expense to create an invoice this weekend. When I was done with the invoice I previewed it and when I closed the preview I was logged out of the app. Upon logging back in, the invoice I had created was gone as were the time and expense entries. Today I reentered the same time and expense and recreated the invoice. Upon completion I once again previewed the invoice and once again the app logged me out. When the app finally relaunched it had erased everything I had entered since March. 8 months of time and expense from multiple projects. I have reached out to support in hopes that they can help me retrieve this info. So far their response has not been promising. Great conceptsThe app is a great concept and convenient to use on the go. However the usability needs work. Such as the ability to change the email within the application. As my business develops as does my professionalism in wanting my email to match my business, Tiny Invoice cannot offer that. Customer service is poor, they have no direct contact to answer a question via phone, it’s all email. That process has taken anyway from three days to a week plus. Great for getting your business started but as it grows I have little confidence the app can keep up. I recently got a new phone, the data didn’t transfer properly from old phone to new phone. After not hearing back from customer service I had to manually correct each error, which was very time consuming. A Small Business Owners Worst NightmareI initially loved this app. Used it for a complete month. It was on auto renew, and of all days for it to not work, during my busy time of the year. It kept up with sales, customers and their purchases, and even expenses!! I was super excited. Today I went in to create a new invoice and a message kept popping up saying to renew or restore subscription. I went in Muriel’s times and updated, renewed, resubscribed, updated app.... and nothing........I then decided to log out and log back in, and now it is saying my account, which is only a month old never existed.😱😱😱 Good thong I downloaded all the excel files and screen shooted all my customers and invoices or I’d be screwed. So good, they upped the priceI’ve used this for a while since a good girlfriend recommended it to me. Makes it easy to keep a client roster, add and modify line items, and quickly send a PDF of the invoice. I guess they recognized it was a decent system, since now I suddenly can’t add any more invoices without paying $5/month. Is it worth it? Well, it was when I paid my flat fee for it some number of months ago. Now that I have to pay monthly, I’ll definitely be looking at options that offer more customization. They had a good thing going, but considering that the majority of users are like either small businesses or self-employed (like myself), this is a frustrating change. Completely corruptedAll my invoice data has multiplied countlessly Items inside of closed invoices and new invoices keep multiplying randomly. Every day I realized that balances have gone completely bananas. Reached out for support three times have gotten two responses in broken English claiming it was fixed. Still no resolution and have no recourse to correct re-assemble previous invoices. This developer is active in updating the app but for very vital support it is non existent. Also at one point random items have started appearing in my inventory list. Items I never created random costumes for women and children. No clue what that is. I changed my password to be safe. Still waiting for my data to be restored.I have been using this app for 3 years. I love how easy it has made invoicing and doing proposals on the fly for my clients. Unfortunately, I opened the app to do some invoicing last month to find it was signed out. When I signed back in, everything was gone! All my data, everything...gone. I contacted the app developers who have promised to fix the issue with an update. Almost 2 months have gone by and I still have nothing but empty promises that they are going to get my data restored. No customer serviceIf you forget your password, you will get a message that says change your password I your email. However, you will never get an email in which to change your password. I sent several emails to the only address I had for tiny invoice, and they asked for my email so they could look into it. After sending them the email address... I NEVER heard back. Now I have lost ALL of my information for (invoices, expenses, all of my business data). At least I have hard copies of everything and haven’t totally put all of my information into this program. What once was good.. is no longerI have been using the app for years and it made things so much easier. Until recently when I got a new phone and it suddenly didn’t work properly at all. All past Invoices show unpaid and where discounts were applied they have now been removed.
