The core concept of Paleo is to avoid grains, sugars, dairy, and artificially processed food and replace them with high quality meat, fish, eggs and vegetables. Going back to a time before processed food can be difficult, so we’ve created a compilation of delicious recipes.

How about some new recipes?Started with the free version 2 years ago then paid to access the additional recipes. Have been pleased with all the ones I've tried but wish new recipes would be added more frequently. Also, need to improve the print interface. Have no problem printing from my other recipe app, when I try from this one, I only get the photo. No text. Lastly, recipes need to be better proof-read. Have had several where an ingredient was listed but then not used in the directions. All in all, much easier to just search online and import a Paleo recipe into my recipe app..Pdragonfly40Version: 1.7.1

It's great but...I love this app, the recipes look delicious and the ones I've tried are awesome. However, I find that there needs to be more detailed instructions for some recipes. For example, in one recipe it just says to make crepe batter. I have no idea how to do that and would need to go outside the app to find a Paleo recipe, same with the one to make hollandaise sauce. That defeats the purpose if I have to leave the app. It also says to use special equipment like a donut maker? What the hell is that. Anyway, I just wish they had better instructions. GoodGood app with great easy paleo recipes. However I wish when you hit add to shopping list for multiple items it added all of them together. If I have two recipes that each need 1/4 tsp of Chili powder, it shows up twice as 1/4 tsp or Chili powder instead of just saying in total I’ll need 1/2 tsp of powder. I’m torn! Wish I could give it 5 starsThe only reason I can’t give this 5-stars is the instructions. You have to be an experienced cook as there are A LOT of crucial missing steps. I’ve done 5 recipes & almost all had me really frustrated so I had to either just guess or google other directions. However, I LOVE the shopping list feature & many of the creative recipes.
