Perfect for my needsThere are soooo many calculator apps on the AppStore. After a lot of trial-and-error, I finally found this one which is exactly what I was looking for: a ‘better’ version of the iPhone’s built-in calculator. Specifically, what I was looking for was: 1) show the calculation as you type (to avoid typos) 2) history tape (so much easier than Memory keys - although they’re available too) 3) ad-free, even if it costs a few dollars 4) no subscription purchases 5) not bloated with currency converters, unit converters (the same developer makes a great converter app, by the way), graphing, or other advanced features I don’t need 6) attractive interface 7) active development with frequent updates This app has it all! Best Calculator for seeing your previous work!This one suits my job figuring needs perfectly. I love the history tape because it stores your calculations forever and you can even track down calcs by date. They also listened to my feed back and put insert Calc back in. Dual-line arrangement VERY usefulCompared to a financial, algebraic, RPN calculator I use every day, this is simpler. So far, I have not performed algebraic functions, only simple math. Wow! Great CalculatorWow! This is a great calculator! I don't know how people use the default Apple Calculator. The big difference? This has a tape so you know you didn't mistype any number. It's like using a business calculator but works like a regular calculator. I love the default color scheme and the tape on top of the calculator in portrait mode and the tape on the left in landscape mode and the rounding to 2 decimal places and the 00. The rotation from portrait to landscape mode is kind of neat. I wish Apple would allow you to change the calculator that opens from Control Center..The Guy Behind The GuyVersion: 3.1.2
