Excellent food management worst I ever seen.I’ve been going to the Subway and White City for probably about 3-4 years now. I have seen some of the hardest working employees there. I would hire them in a matter of seconds. If you want a good sandwich, those employees will make you a good sandwich. They’re polite. They’re responsive and they’re fast. Only problem is whoever the manager is is the worst I’ve seen. I’ve heard her cussing out employees on the telephone when they’ve called to ask for help. Those employees are left one there at a time during a dinner hour which is plain stupid for business. So I don’t know what you’re stupid. The person that owns the store for having them stupid manager first is the manager just stupid but the White City Subway the only reason that it thrives is because of the employees the manager is rude to customers employees. The manager needs to be removed. There’s been some excellent candidates for manager that comes through there. Andrea was there for a long time. I believe she might’ve been the manager. Job we’ve had Ivy who would’ve done a great job as manager 21 year-old person smile on her face roughest day in the world as she was still smiling. But we’re losing her too. She’s going to Medford store the same as Andrea whoever owns the shop or store whatever you wanna call it. You need to unload that manager if you want that thing to fly otherwise it’s gonna be the biggest sink hole in White City..Version: 30.15.0

West Columbia LocationI use the app to order my Subway sandwich. When I arrived, there was only one person at the counter working. He asked me if I had a online order and I said yes. He said I apologize, but I am behind three phone orders and then I have this customer.. I asked him if he had any more coworkers and he kinda nodded to the back and said yes. At that point, the lady came out and she had a very and looked at me and got my phone order and took out the bread and started smashing down the bread. I asked smash down my bread. She looked at me and walked out. She walked out on the coworker. And he was the only one there. He became frustrated and was mad because she had not been helping him all day. Evan was very professional and calm and apologize to everybody in the restaurant. At this point, there was five people waiting for their sandwich and two other people that was waiting for their online order. He was very frustrated, but was able to get my order made. And started on the next one. He was very calm, but you could tell he and said that he has had problems with her all day. I did not get her name, but she was very unprofessional and she walked out on this young man. Which was uncalled for I was not ugly. I just asked her not to smash my bread..Version: 101.2.0

Better Than ExpectedI got a text from Subway promoting their ‘new’ app. I go to Subway often, so I came here to get it - then I read the reviews and almost didn’t install it. Morbid curiosity and a desire to see ‘how bad it could be’ made me download it and set up an account. There were some glitches setting up the account - my cursor didn’t seem to want to go to the next field on the MasterPass setup, but I eventually succeeded. One star off for that because it wasn’t clear if it was an issue with Subway, MasterPass or Verified by Visa (or the interface between). After that... it worked fine. The user interface wasn’t immediately intuitive until I realized they were sort of replicating the interaction between the customer and the ‘sandwich artist’ going down the line in the store - which probably works well from the perspective of the people receiving the orders and making the sandwiches. And it worked fine for me once I figured out the metaphor. I was able to order my sandwich on the bread I wanted, with the cheese I wanted. I was able to delete the lettuce and add spinach and banana peppers. Placing the order and paying were seamless, something I was concerned about because of the setup clunkiness. When I went to pick up my order it was ready and correct. That pretty much covers what I want from this app. I haven’t tried the favorites function yet or tried ordering from a different Subway. Maybe those will present some challenges; time will tell. But from what I’ve seen so far- I’m quite satisfied..Version: 7.3.0

Utilize the special instructions!!I'm giving this three stars simply because I happened to have a good experience. I was able to customize my sandwich the way I wanted it but then again, I didn't order anything fancy it was just a cold cut combo. However they did not have my preferred chips option, they only have five options listed on the app even though subway stores have way more options than that. I went ahead and selected lays original flavor chips even though I intended to get lays salt and vinegar kettle cooked chips. So I just put in the special instructions that I wanted the salt and vinegar chips instead of the original flavored chips and the employee that was there saw that and was able to get my order ready the way I wanted it. When I got to the store to pick it up the employee mentioned how the app should include all the chips options that your specific subway has to choose from. Otherwise you risk losing business because people won't know what options they can choose from and may not like the options that are listed on the app. But aside from that, I had a good experience. My food was ready on time so that was good, I'm not too hard to please. I just suggest anyone using this app to utilize special instructions so that your sandwich or whatever else is a part of your order comes out the way you want it to if the app doesn't list the options you want. We shouldn't have to rely on the special instructions though, I really hope the makers behind the app are listening to our feedback and working to improve it.Version: 7.1.7

No wordsEver since I laid eyes on my Subway sandwich. I knew this was the app for me. Its extraordinary presence in my phone has given me the chance to receive points and rewards that I couldn’t have ever imagined. I hope this will be the same for other subway customers. The subways in my area have either close down or too far away to order the freshest of the fresh . It was a real heart break for me, but I knew this would be the biggest comeback of the year. When the subway left my mall… My heart was torn to shreds, the people there are so fat that they had a Subway sandwich kicked out of the food court of the mall… it was really really hard for me to even comprehend this amount of fatness that America has provided for our citizens. But I knew subway would come back with an even greater and grander approach. Then they would have the first time. Unlike any other, Papa John’s, McDonald’s, Chick-fil-A, and so forth. I hope future customers would read this and think wow this person was enlightened by the many things this company has to offer… Thank you so much for you and your sandwiches. A beginnerI just signed up and it was pretty painless. I’m typically very frustrated by the time I’m finished unless I Chuck my Phone out the window before I’m done. The application/ sign up process was easy. Ordering sandwiches was a step by step process and the pictures make it easy to follow. I forgot to order my choice of cheese but in the checkout yiu have one last chance to add or subtract items. Also the locations chapter was easy to follow and subway allows Apple Maps so I’m not forced to download another map app I don’t necessarily want, thanks for that consideration. To summarize; my lengthy review; signing up is breeze just read the instructions & follow the steps. If you’re not on your own turf Locating a store is a cinch if you know where you are. If you don’t know where you are it’s likely you need more than a sandwich. I found this app to be problem free. Besides there really isn’t a Cadillac problem that can’t be fixed with a stomach full of Subway is there? Slow your roll (wheat , Italian, or artisan lol couldn’t help it ) slow your roll you’ll be unwrapping that delicious 12 inches of Yummy in no time. Cant eat the whole thing? Where’s the RewardsThe app is convenient when it works. I say that because so often I go through the pains of buying online and I get to the end and get an error. This happens frequently. I resubmit, start over , etc. same stupid error message. And there is no one to call and ask for assistance. I keep the app current on my iPhone. The next day it may or may not work again. I also think going through the menu is slow and clumsy. I also try to get my order straight in advance so when I am ready and I hit the purchase button I know it will be fresh. This is typically the time I am hurried and do not want to step through the menu. But I still want Subway Fresh, right. But today something changed and when I went back to my order to submit payment it appeared to be missing. So I ordered all over again and then noticed I had two subs in the queue. So I had to figure out how to cancel one of them. My order changed slightly and I couldn’t tell which one I was canceling. So what is my reward for continuing to use the app and buy from Subway. There is none. No rewards for buying your subs 3-4 days a week. No extra discounts. No buy 4 get the 5th free. Nada. And I don’t expect anyone will respond to my input. Casey storeI done my online order. I was there 45 minutes the girl working there didn’t know what she was doing. It was the day of the eclipse. I didn’t see a lot of cars in the parking lot, but she said her lobby was full when I looked in there I saw one table, some guy pulled away because he was waiting. I was supposed to have curbside service. I was tired of waiting so I pulled up to the drive then I asked if I could go ahead and drive through for my order they said yes when I got to the window, she was so frustrated. She didn’t know what she was doing. Didn’t have my order, and she starting talking very loud She said it was $33. I said I’m sorry I’ve already paid. I have an online order. She told me to stop screaming at her and I just said it in the calm voice then she said she wasn’t gonna serve me. I didn’t say anything I just sat there. She said my manager is coming in. I just sat there. Finally she came to the window and said now what was it you had and my manager said I had to give you your food. I finally got it. It was 45 minutes later. I would give this app 0 stars but the app, doesn’t allow u to that, like everything else in itThis app never works. I can’t pay with it, and I put funds of 50$ on previous version that had been working great. After I put funds sometimes at the beginning of 2017, somebody at Subway decided that they need to change the working app, with this one that don’t. After that for almost 3-4 months, my funds were stuck with no option in the app, to pay with it. After that this app came along and I tried to pay at least 30 time with it, and I did only few times. Sometimes the app is not working, sometimes the employees doesn’t know what to press to charge me. So today was the best: On international Sandwich Day you can’t use the app, because there is ad over the app when you open it, and it doesn’t go away no matter what you do. I still have some 4-5$ stacked in this app, and I wanted to use it, but I can’t. So Subway, would you do something about it? No customer service, just ripped off!I downloaded this app because they had any sub for 6.99. I ordered two subs. Both should be 6.99. I took screen shots to make sure I didn’t misread anything. Even my receipt says the same “any sub $6.99.” I went through the app because I was over charged! The app says it works send me an email to reply to. 1 week later, still no email. I went through the app again, still no email. I V googled the company complaint number, finally getting somewhere - Not a chance. Referred back to their faulty chat bot. Third time - still no email. I called the local store. Explained the situation and was asking for a phone number for customer service. They have the same info I already have but son w it was with the app they cant help! Which I didn’t think they would. Just had hoped for a phone number. Three weeks later, my good sandwiches are gone, but the app has left a bad taste in my mouth. Not even an electronic middle finger. Just a whisper on the wind of their laughter about how they take our money and don’t make anything right. False advertising - check! Faulty app- check! Ricky is the Absolute Best!Ricky works at the only 24 hr store in the heart of downtown pigeon forge, I’m a regular late at night as it’s the only quick convenient healthy place to grab a bite to eat late after work and Ricky is always so slammed. He’s got a line out the door and tickets lined up 2030 tickets lined up on the counter and he’s always on the only man there by himself, and he manages to get everybody in and out in a timely manner. He has a positive attitude that man deserves a raise. I don’t understand how he does that job. I don’t understand how he performs that job that should take at least three people in the amount of time that he does that man deserves a promotion. Very buggyAre used this app about three days ago and it worked fine. I was able to go to my recent orders and replace the same order without any problems. Then I upgraded the app. When I tried to use it today I was unable to re-order one of my orders from previous days. I had to start an order from scratch. When I got to the subway restaurant about 20 minutes after placing my order, they could not find my order then they found his body had a hard time because they did not find my name on the order even though I had placed the order using my Subway account with my name on it. Now I am trying to test the app again and I get a screen that says I need to update it when I press the green update button at the bottom of the screen nothing happens. I went to the App Store to download the update but I am having the same problem. When I open the app, I get that same screen that says that an update is needed and it’s giving me an option to press the green buttonTo update, but that button is unresponsive. Marinara, foot-long, meatball subI went to location in Pageland ask the cashier if they were advertising the foot long for 6.99 she was very nasty and had the other cashier acting like her because I asked a Question about a special that were advertised on TV her words was we are not manager we can’t override this special without a Coupon which wasn’t necessary at all because on the app you can scan or order on line so as she proceed to make my order she was handling my sub roughly with attitude and gone say once again I can’t override this I didn’t need for her to keep saying that so I asked her are you having a bad day she rudely said no In a loud tone as customers looking shaking there head I responded it’s no cause for that type of attitude I am a assistant Gm at Zaxbys and we wouldn’t dare treat a paying Customers in this such manner and I’m also a Minister I really wanted to Pray for her my suggestion is to retrain her with Customer Service because this was the worst and will never return to this location😡😡😡.Version: 30.11.0

InconsistentThis is a good app and that I have been pleasantly surprised with two dollar rewards on several occasions and have gotten accurately made subs in a timely manner from locations I have ordered through the app with. However, glitches are to be expected and if it acts like a jerk, I usually default to avoiding Subway altogether and coming up with a different meal option (wasn’t meant to be mentality). And- payment process is a beast, namely if you have a gift card that does not cover the balance due. For some ridiculous reason it does not allow you to pay with a remaining gift card balance and a credit card to cover the difference. I attempted to “reload“ the Subway card with a couple extra dollars several times so I could get rid of the gift card balance, and after two attempts putting my cc info in (it doesn’t allow autofill), finally getting the information to save…clicked reload card to no avail and nothing happens aside from a click. Bleh. The purpose of the app ordering is for convenience and this is the complete opposite, resulting only in frustration and just paying with Apple pay..Version: 29.16.0

Re:Counter EmployeeI understand that it is hard to find people to work these days but if you are going to put someone on the counter who has to interact with customers they better speak clear English. Multiple times while your employee was making my sub he asked me questions & I just could not understand him. He had to point to what he was asking me about. Definitely not good customer service. Prior to this store being bought out by new owners the employees were very diverse & you could definitely understand them. I have been to this store multiple times with the same results. I would like to see more diversity, hire more Hispanic, Asians, Blacks & Whites. If this is a family owned business they need to hire outside their family. On a side note, the Dunkin Donuts around the corner from Subway falls into the same category, hard to understand the employees & all look like they are from the same family. Subway support helped solve accessibility issue with VoiceOver! Might have been iOS version issue.THANKS to Subway phone tech support, we figured out what the issue might have been. I'm running iOS version 12.4.1 on my iPhone. I was impressed when the support person with whom I spoke actually knew how to turn on VoiceOver, and try the app using it with his phone. He was running iOS 13.3, and I heard the app working as it should, getting past the first screen. He also had a coworker try it with iOS 13.3 on an older phone. So, we arrived at the solution that I would update my iPod Touch, and see if I can get past the first screen with it. When I tried that the next day, sure enough, it did work! And now, for whatever reason, it's again working on my phone at iOS 12.4.1, too, when the other day, I could double tap until the cows come home, and it wouldn't go anywhere past the initial screen. MANY THANKS Subway tech support! You've restored some of my faith in app developers and tech support people who actually have an interest in app accessibility! THANK YOU AGAIN!
