FastHabit Intermittent Fasting App Comments & Reviews

FastHabit Intermittent Fasting Positive Reviews

Simple, effective. Apple Watch is killer featureI was surprised how hard it was to find an app that could work as an effective ‘glorified timer’, Fast Habit is the best of the five I tried. It doesn’t try to bilk you for subscriptions, and the free functionality is more than enough if you’re just getting started (though I paid up for the pro upgrade after a week because the app is so good). My fave view on the phone is it’s calendar; it’s like using Jerry Springer’s ‘don’t break the chain’ productivity hack to keep a streak going! So saying I’m addicted to my phone so have taken to keeping it powered off in a drawer in favour of the watch, so having the watch complication + modular watch face is just perfect - it’s pretty much how I use the app daily now. If there was one thing I could add to the pro version it would be for a reminder option that counts down from when you end you fast, rather than a fixed time of day. So if I’m 16/8 but I end up doing 15 or 17 instead, I’d like to set a reminder when my 8 hour window is up (though I can ask Siri to do that anyway so not the end of the world)..Version: 2.9.4

Simple, effective fasting appI tried all the popular IF apps, and this is the only one I stuck with. Why? It’s simple, and the Pro Upgrade is a one-and-done payment not a subscription. Very worth the $2.99 upgrade. It’s a tracking clock that is completely editable, a weight tracker, and a few different ways to view your progress, including a graph that superimposes your fasting times on your weight chart, so you can see which fasting schedule works best for your weight loss. The fasting clock lets you view your progress by counting down (time remaining + % complete), counting up (time fasted), or just % complete. You can set a fasting window, but can edit it on the fly in the main screen, which makes this a truly useful app for those of us who do not stick to rigid fasting windows, plus you can add or edit fasts any time (if you forgot to start or stop the clock). No social media, no need to be connected to the internet to use, just a simple, well designed fasting app. I’ve been using it for over a year now. Love it!.Version: 2.9.9

I like it so much I paid!A fasting app doesn’t need a ton of complicated features. I downloaded a few and the others didn’t work out for me because of their rigidity with times/schedule. Sometimes I eat on accident or sleep late, or I want to fast longer than I intended. Other apps made it hard to adjust for those things “on the fly” while you have a fast going. This app shines for its simplicity and also its versatility! I’m new to fasting (few weeks now) so I can’t always make it to a “set time”, but that’s ok! You can set a goal (16hrs for me) and then click start when you’re done eating. The app will remind you when you’re close to reaching your goal, but you can easily go past the goal or stop early if needed. You just click stop. I don’t know why other apps make it harder than that. Seeing my fasts on a weekly timeline has really helped me see the overall picture of how I’m doing and motivated me to beat my best times. ALSO THE WATCH APP IS PERFECT! I can easily check my wrist for time elapsed/time remaining if I’m driving or when I need to quickly set a mealtime with friends. I don’t want to always drag my phone out to do that. Also, being able to START and STOP a fast on the watch is invaluable. If I didn’t have the watch app I would likely forget what time when I went to add it in my phone. Edits are easy too. I would pay MORE for additional display options like: different style timers analog/digital Color options Different graph options.Version: 2.9.1

This app is underratedThis app doesn’t get the love it deserves in fasting app listicles. I bothered to upgrade because it’s not a subscription and I think the service is worth it. The interface is lovely and clean (I like blue, personally) and easy to use. It’s not cluttered with tips, “inspiration”, or weird chat groups. If you’re looking for a simple, clean, fasting app this one is for you. My only wish would be that I would like a small Apple Watch complication. I like the large one with the time left, but it takes up a lot of real estate and requires you use a specific type of watch face. I would love to see one that gives you your hours left diagonally (to fit in the corner of a circular dial face), as well as just a normal, small “hours left” complication. Also if there was a widget for the iPhone, that would be awesome (okay, that’s two wish list items I guess!).Version: 2.9.10

Fantastic app, but one glitch needs to be addressedI tried many apps to help with fasting, and this is the one that fit the bill. Very easy to start fasting or to adjust it if you forgot to start it right at the moment. Also, the alerts and reminders make it very simple, and it’s great to be able to see a graph chart it against bodyweight. Does exactly what it needs to do, without being over-complicated. One glitch needs to be addressed, though. After you finish your feeding Session for the day, naturally you’re going to start another fast. When tapping the button to start the fast, an error alert comes up and says that you have already had one fasting session started that day, and starting a new one will erase the one prior. Of course, the earlier one is the one that started yesterday. I was able to go ahead and start it anyway, and it did not erase anything. However, it was unnerving. This should be addressed. There is an option to contact support from within the app, but it goes to some strange email that bounces back an error to my email system. Sadly, this means the only way for me to provide the feedback is through this review. So maybe that’s two glitches that need to be addressed :-). Nonetheless, it was the best fasting management app that I have found. Worth the money for the pro version..Version: 2.9.1

The Perfect Fasting AppI have tried 5-6 fasting apps and didn’t really love any of them. Sometimes they put extra fluff in there (that you had to go premium to access) and usually that fluff seemed to be knowledge that you likely know through books/blogs/forums already. They also wanted you to sign up for their service at $10/month or something. Ew What makes this app so amazing is its simplicity. First let me start with saying if you want premium it’s $2.99 flat…no weekly, monthly or annual charges. Three bucks and your done. So use that Starbucks money you are saving by fasting and pay for the premium on this app. (You can use the app without going premium) The app obviously shows you were you are in your current fast. You can change your fasting goals as often and for how short or long as you want. They have an Apple Watch app so you can check your progress or start/stop your fast using your Apple Watch. My favorite feature and one I didn’t even know to look for in a fasting app but makes perfect sense to have…they have a graph that shows you fasting history in comparison to your weight loss/gain progress..Version: 2.9.10

Works for me… needs a couple of new featuresI’ve been using the app (paid version) for about a month and have not found any bugs. The interface is clean and the app is very easy to set up and use. A couple of caveats. I do not have an Apple Watch so I cannot comment on any syncing problems people may be reporting. Things that could be added include better tracking and display of the target fasting goal. The current version limits this to one target. For example, I started by trying to fast 13 hours per day, but I’ve been increasing the time fasting (now at 16, but had tried 18 for a brief period). The app would be improved if it could track both the time fasted and the target fasting time entered. The app would also benefit by syncing data with the cloud. This would allow the user to look at the data using different devices..Version: 2.9.10

Love this app!I love it! I tried a bunch of different IF apps and this has the simplest, most intuitive interface with no glitches so far! I also SO appreciate that there is no paid subscription, just a one time pro purchase. My favorite features are how easy it is to time your fasts based on start and end times AND/OR duration, and how the weight loss graph overlays with fasting hours! I wish this app had only three additional features... the ability to set a weight goal, and the ability to see which fasting zones you’re in, and the ability to add exercise minutes as needed. I’d love to see these features toggle on and off in the app settings so I could have the option to keep the interface as simple as I’d like. Love it!! Keep it coming..Version: 2.9.4

Love this app, wish it was for longer fasts.Easy to use and customize. Great selection of foods in the menu. I can add my own recipes and decide whether or not to publish them. The timer is simple, which I like almost as much as the privacy of my information (meaning there is no social media like attempt to connect with others who are fasting.). The only change I would recommend would be the ability to program longer fasts. However, when I complete a 5 day fast the timer keeps counting. I just lose the countdown to my end date, which could be 7-15 days depending on how I feel. For this I would give 4.5 stars but it isn’t inconvenient enough to knock the rating down to 4..Version: 2.9.1

Simple but greatIt’s one of extremely few apps that aren’t asking for a monthly subscription for its premium features. The free version is reasonably useful and the premium version is well worth the one time $3 charge. I mean… it’s honestly a glorified timer/alarm clock. There’s no justification for a monthly subscription. I would’ve deleted it if it asked. It’s exactly what I needed for my intermittent fasting journey. The first time I fasted I didn’t use any apps and it was too easy for me to lose track of time and mess up. Now I have this and reminded that my fast is supposed to be starting AND when it ends. Love it. Great app and I’d recommend to anyone..Version: 2.9.10

Simple, Sensible, Clean and the Best of the Many I TriedI’ve tried many IF apps but ended up canceling my subscriptions because of all the clutter, upsells and daily noise. All I was looking for was a clean, pleasant-to-look-at timer with sensible, intuitive features that I could tweak when necessary, and a reporting dashboard to help me navigate my daily fasts. I’m hoping the developers will add a widget and reduce the annual subscription from the nearly $60/year to something far more reasonable. I will not be renewing at that price though I love this app very much. A good price should be in the $15-20 range for an annual subscription..Version: 2.10.1

Does what I need it toOn the day my nutritionist mentioned intermittent fasting, I went looking for an app for that. It needed to be free, it needed to be easy to use, and it needed to look good. I didn’t need bells and whistles, just start/stop fasting info and a few stats. Two out of three ain’t bad. It’s free - I don’t need more stats than the last few days. It’s easy to use (but hard to remember to start/stop, but that’s MY issue!) But the looks keep it from being a five star review. The stat page bar graph is good but too big while the averages at bottom need to be larger. Same with front page - the circle is too big at expense of other, more useful info. It won’t take much to make the free version a 5 star in my mind..Version: 2.9.4

Best for just trackingI’ve practiced intermittent fasting for quite some time now and this is the BEST app if you just want a time tracker. I don’t need recipes, articles, etc. that the flood of fasting apps feature. Personally, I find all that excess a distraction (it’s like excess calories imo). I hope this app stays with its simple yet elegant user interface and keeps all the fluff out. I mean if you’re fasting you are practicing to go without so let’s keep it simple folks. I supported the developers with the nominal fee to get calendar and Apple Health integration. It’s the least I could do to thank them for this app..Version: 2.9.10

Great app - need more features!I tried other fasting apps and this one is the best. I upgraded to pro and loved the additional graphs and other features. One thing I wish they had built in was a way to also track water consumption with reminders and such as being hydrated is very important when fasting. This would’ve made upgrading to the pro version much more appealing. Also, how about making it fun with badges and achievements when hitting high fasting marks? Or comparing data from other users. Another great addition would be a small area within app explaining/showing fasting health tips/advice/physiology/diet..Version: 2.9.1

The bug was fixedI have used this for years and it was by far the most amazing app there for intermittent fasting until something broke. After one IOS update last November, it wouldn’t allow me or the others, based on some reviews, to change the start time. I wanted to start intermittent fasting again and tried several apps and they are either crowded with ads or want me to pay 30 dollars a year to remove adds. I decided to give this app another try and so pleased to find out that they have fixed the bug..Version: 2.9.10

Not a happy “camper”I learned about this app from reading reviews on a different app. I downloaded it because they said it was free and very user friendly. Well it was the exact opposite!!! I tried to do the free version... no such thing! Every time I tried to set up a basic fast period in the free version, it kept saying “update to the $2.99 pro version.” So out of pure frustration I finally updated to pro. This app is very buggy and it’s not user friendly. I am still not able to set up a fast and get reminders and all the other great things that they promised. Now I will have to look for another fasting app... very sad! I am requesting a refund in good faith because the app is not delivering on its promotions and promises. Thank you..Version: 2.9.4

Great and Simple Fasting AppI started trying out intermittent fasting a few weeks ago and I was writing in a little notebook what time I started and stopped eating. It was a pain. I did buy the upgrade for this app and I love it! So easy to log my start and stop fast times and to see how much longer I have to go to complete my fasting window. I also love how you can adjust your fasting start time if you forgot to click the app when I have stopped eating for the day. The calendar view is great and I love how the app tells you your current fast streak (how many days). I highly recommend this app for intermittent fasting 🙂.Version: 2.7.9

Just what I wanted and moreThis is perfect app for intermittent fasting. I just wanted to keep track of what time I start and when I want to end. I find it motivating to just check the app at times and see how much time I’ve fasted and how much to go. If I think about eating I just check the app and keep fasting. I also found the streak tracking motivating. I upgraded and didn’t find it much different but the calendar view helps and the one time small charge was no problem. Now I’m looking for an app to track sleep in the same way..Version: 2.9.7

Problem logging multiple fasts starting on the same dayIt’s pretty good, but there’s an issue if you try to store two fasts that start on the same day. Say you start a fast just after midnight. Maybe you got off track or your schedule is weird. If I fast for 16 hours then that fast would end at 4pm the same day. Now I want to get back on my usual schedule so I want to start my next fast earlier than midnight. The app will only store one fast per day though, so doing this would overwrite my fast that started after midnight because they technically start on the same day..Version: 2.9.10

Favorite fasting timer recent update issuesHey there! Love this app essentially because of the timeline juxtaposed against being able to track weight changes against my fasting results. ***** Recently I upgraded to new iPhone and new Apple Watch, the spacing of the pop up windows on the phone makes it difficult to close those windows with even a thin protective case and the watch app isn't spaced out enough to be able to accurately see your information/timer!.Version: 2.10.1

Simple to use, with all the features I needI spent a few days testing different IF tracking apps. I wanted something simple that had an app for my Apple Watch too, since I often don’t have my phone handy. I didn’t want to have to pay a monthly or yearly subscription for a glorified timer. I used the free version for a day before committing the $2.99 one time fee. Totally worth it in my opinion to support the developer and unlock some more graphs, notifications, etc..Version: 2.9.10

Love this appThis app is simple and easy to read and use. It’s not congested like the other apps. Everything you would want to know is a type or swipe away. Kudos to you all so people don’t have to fumble through everything to find what you need. It was definitely worth the purchase. I loved it at first but now my notification of fast ended is not working after I purchased the app and no one will respond to resolve the matter.Version: 2.9.10

Good app, except for a couple bugsI rely on this app. It is the major reason that I have kept to my fasting. You won’t regret purchasing it. Two bugs bother me: the weight vs. fasting time graph is wildly wrong; but more importantly, if you change time zones you will retroactively lose fasts because the times get recalculated. I had a 23 day streak going that turned into a 12 day streak. Seems to me once you lay down a fast it should be immutable in terms of goals met. Store the contemporaneous time zone with the each fast, instead of remapping local time. Also please make weight record exportable..Version: 2.9.1

Pretty goodThe free version is adequate. It would be nice to be able to go back and edit previous days, or to see more details about previous days, but I'm content for what I am doing and what I need. This app is good enough. Update: For $2 I upgraded to premium, and it does everything I wished the free version did. Free is very adequate, but I don't regret upgrading. It's a useful app. Now, if I could just remember to log when my fast starts instead of trying to figure out when I quit eating 3 hours later….Version: 2.5

Great tool for intermittent fasting.I love this fasting app because it really encourages me to hit my intermittent fasting goals. Some days I don’t think I can do it, but I can quickly check my time, and that motivates me to push forward. If I could suggest one thing I’d love for this app to do is to be able to change my fasting goal mid-fast. If I’m at 18 hours, but I’d decide to go 20, I’d love a quick, easy way to extend it without having to end fast, and reset. Other than that, this is the best fasting app out there to me!.Version: 2.7

Still has a serious flawI love the app and it’s great as long as you don’t fast for too long. This week I had two fasts that started one day, continued through a day, and ended the next. My most recent fast was 51 hours. It doesn’t show that I fasted at all during the day in the middle. I see someone else reported this a year ago, developer replied and stated it’s on their list, but it’s still not fixed. Other than this issue, the app is great. I have the pro version and it’s worth every cent. I’d pay more to get the long fast bug fixed..Version: 2.9.1

All I wanted was timer and tracking 💙Update… it does have an apple watch app. I must have just missed it. Removing that remark below. All I wanted was timer and tracking, other apps were absurdly non-intuitive and unnecessarily complicated. This Fast Habit gets the basics done very well and simply… *unlike* the other app with the name simple which is not simple. Simplicity in UI and UX is so much more important than too many features..Version: 2.9.10

4.5 functional, fairly priced and relatively easy to useI would give this app 4.5 if i could. i wanted an app that just kept track of my time - this does the trick. i would like it to sync across more than one device, a little more support on how to use the app would be nice in the beginning, and it would be helpful if you could have more control on ending a fast at a different time if plans change. my only other wish would be to know what the body is doing at each hour of the process and what of any effect exercise has. that said I’ve had at least some of that from other apps and they were WAYYYYY to noisy - so of the two types …. i prefer FH!! And there is no crazy monthly fee madness with FH which I like A LOT!! fairly priced and functional..Version: 2.9.10

Best IF App!I’ve researched info on many IF apps, and this is by far, the best one out there. I loved it so much I upgraded to Pro after only minutes of getting the free version. Easy to use interface, well-designed graphics, and above all, upgrade doesn’t cost much compared with others that want you to subscribe for an absurd amount of money. Great tracking features come with the upgrade and is well worth it! Thanks for this awesome app!.Version: 2.9.4

One fix and it’d be a five star app!I love this app, the design and easy is beautiful. However, (and unless I’m doing something wrong) you can’t log more than one fast in a 24 hour period. I usually fast from 10pm until 10am. But once I finish at 10am today, let’s say, I couldn’t start my next fast at 10pm tonight without erasing my previous fast because only one can be logged per day. I had to alter my window of 12am until 12pm so I can be able to use the app I paid for. If that was fixed, this app would be amazing..Version: 2.9.2

Excellent and practicalI have tried many fasting apps and they focus on so many things at the same time that you get lost. This app is direct and simple to use. Clean view and easy to the eye. You just want to be motivated by looking at one thing only. The clock. Amazing app i recommend it for new and advance users because it’s a lifestyle so you want it to be easy for yourslef. To the creators. Thanks you !!!.Version: 2.9.10

Fantastic! This is the second app I have tried, and I instantly knew it was right for me! I love the ability to reset start/end times, how it visibly links weight vs fast, price, and it’s ability to link with Apple Watch, etc. The only wish I have right now is some kind of color stars, words of encouragement or something in color to give me warm fuzzies! At 71 I am still 7 years old!.Version: 2.9.10

Works well with Apple Watch.I got this to use with my Apple Watch. I like how it’s displayed on my Watch. You can start and stop a fast on your watch but you can’t change the times. You have to use your phone for that. If I could make changes, I would have it track my 2 or three day fast on the graph better. The app records your fast each week, but it displays a 3 day fast as one day. Other than that, it’s worth it..Version: 2.9.1

Needs a new optionI work 3 12-hour night shifts a week. Therefore, many of my fasts will start one afternoon, end the next morning, then restart that evening. However, when I try to log the fast, it states I have already logged a fast for that day and to log this new one will cause me to lose the previous one. My days/nights are not the same as others’ so the option of setting my “normal” wake/sleep times so that I can log “more than 1 fast per day” would be helpful for those of us without standard 9-5 type jobs..Version: 2.9.2

So Easy to UseI wasn’t sure if I would like this app or not. It seemed pretty basic and “under-complicated” as if that were a thing. I wasn’t sure if something so simple could do the job. I was pleasantly surprised. For the first time since last spring, my weight is going down. It has made staying on track so much easier. I simply do not eat outside my designated time and I have lost weight. Well done app. It’s a keeper..Version: 2.9.10

Has this flaw...I do infrequent but regular fasts that extend over 24 hours. The pro version now allows for fasts up to 48 hours. However, if I schedule a fast beginning, for example, on Sunday evening and finish that fast on Tuesday morning, the app will tell me that I have not fasted at all on Monday (when in reality I fasted 24 hours on Monday), I will not receive any credit for that, and my streak will be broken. This means that accurate streaks cannot be maintained without artificially tweaking the data, which completely defeats the purpose of collecting data..Version: 2.1

Nice! The best feature of this app is the ability to see my fasting hours for more than 10 days at a time. I want to be able to look at the month and see how I did. It would be helpful if we could change the number of hours we want to fast during our fast, but that is a small thing. I’ve contacted the developer with questions and he is very responsive. Great app!!.Version: 2.7

Simple, clean. Only what you need.I love this timer. It keeps track of my fasting. That’s it. The timer is clear with three options to think about your fast - time elapsed, time to go, and percentage complete. There’s a helpful log so you can hold yourself accountable over time. And that’s it! No cartoon characters, no pop-ups, no $$ subscription to video series or constant promotions. Just a timer. I’m so appreciative..Version: 2.9.10

One fast a day is a problemI really liked this app.. and wanted to keep using it but only allowing one fast a day is why I am looking at getting a different IF app. I would have a fast end at 4pm and then wanted to start another at 8pm and the app brings up an error message that only one fast allowed per day. So every day I’m having to edit from midnight. I really loved everything else this app had with screens and options. I am at a loss as to why the main function of this app (fasts) would be limited?.Version: 2.9.4

Efficient and effectiveI have used it for a month and will continue to use it daily. The app does exactly what it says it does. The interface is clean, attractive, informative, and simple to use. It tracks fasts, weight, and streaks. It allows you to correct a mistake or change your mind. It interfaces with Apple Health flawlessly. $3 one time. No ads. No intrusions..Version: 2.9.10

Functional but mediocreIt’s fine. Been using for five years. It’s basically a timer which is what it’s best for. Issues include: can’t start two fasts in a day. So if I have a late night (which I often do, I work nights) and start my fast at 1am, then next day I’m done eating at 10pm, it won’t register that fast without canceling the previous fast. Makes no sense. Currently annoyed that I just got a new phone and it’s wiped my stats from my old phone. Come on..Version: 2.9.10

Wish it tracked up to 7 days.I love the app and have my whole family use it for prolonged fasting that we do twice a year with just water but for 7 days. However, this app only tracks up to 5 days. I wish it done at least 7 days, that would not make me want to download any other app - as I love the UI of this app..Version: 2.10.1

New to the app and loving itI’ve been using another IF tracking app for a couple months, but got frustrated with the excessive features, articles, and subscription plans that it kept pushing. I’ve only just started using FastHabit, but I can already tell it’s a winner, so I decided to spring for the pro version right away. That being said, it looks like the free version would be perfectly usable. The simplicity is central to its appeal for me. It’s a tracking, clean and simple. And the design is appealing to boot. My only request so far is for one of the smaller complications to be added for WatchOS. The current one is decent, but I’d rather use the larger real estate for more detailed reminders and the like..Version: 2.9.4

The best fasting app I’ve usedIt’s just simple and works. Most fasting apps I’ve tried have so much going on in them. This one, it’s minimal and focuses on its purpose - to track fasts. Not a bit of clutter. It’s also fast. I’ve noticed other apps are slow to launch but not this one. It’s just right and I love it’s a 1 time purchase for a reasonable price..Version: 2.9.10

Good app but can’t extend fastsI like And use the app but it does have one major flaw: once you start a fast, you cannot extend the end time. For example, let’s say I started fast that I anticipate being 18 hours. Come bedtime I’m not really hungry and I decide to extend the fast to 24 or longer. There is no ability to extend existing fast. You’ll even get a message when it’s time to start your next fast even though you are still fasting from the last one. Fix that, and it’s a five star review..Version: 2.7.7

How to restart a fast that was accidentally stoppedI’m learning it still. But I’m frustrated trying to figure out how to restart a fast I accidentally stopped when I touched my screen. Is there a way to resume a fast you are currently on when that happens? Or could there a way to add a pop up question like “are you sure you want to end your fast now? You have such and such hours left to reach today’s goal.”.Version: 2.8.2

Intermittent Fasting ScheduleI have been a proponent of the Intermittent Fasting lifestyle for over 5 years. I have written numerous articles about the health benefits of this particular lifestyle. After testing this app I have recommended it to others since it simple to use and it incentivizes people to maintain their particular IF schedule..Version: 2.10.1

Perfect fasting tracker for my needsI have been tracking my eating window for many months now, and there are many subtle but important design use cases that help me: - it just tracks your fasting time, nothing else. No fluff! - it allows you to edit the start and/or finish time of your fast if you forget to start or end it - it reminds you when to start with a notification- again super helpful while you build the habit - it has a watch complication you can use to show your status Overall, it’s a 5 out of 5. I will add that getting into the habit of mindful eating was really helped by having an app where I can click “Start Fast” which has become a simple trigger for no more eating until WHEN -> When Hunger Ensues Naturally.Version: 2.9.10

Good appEasy to use and basic all ya need A+.Version: 2.9.10

Best fasting app periodThis app is incredibly simple to use and gives you everything you need for successful weight loss and wellness. Other fasting apps maybe flashier but the learning curve is much higher and I found you don’t use half the functions. Additionally you don’t have to mortgage your house to pay for it..Version: 2.9.10

Simple and goodVery easy to use and track progress. It is simple but all you need. Nice job..Version: 2.9.10

Nice and simple!!This app is just what I’m looking for. Something to countdown my fasts and log my success. It logs weight loss at the same time! One time fee for the plus but it’s cheap. It does not try to sell you anything either. I highly recommend if you just want a timer and stats!!.Version: 2.9.10

KISSSo simple and free to try it. I like that.Version: 2.9.10

Love the simplicity!I love the simplicity of the app. If you ever want to add any features to the app, please CAREFULLY consider whether it’s beneficial to your beachhead market. Thank you <3.Version: 2.9.10

Simplicity - rare these daysLove the simplicity of this app. Just the basics that easily accessible. Thank you!.Version: 2.9.10

Great! No adds. Easy to understand and use. Really recommending! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.Version: 2.9.10

Great!Thank you for this wondrful idea. It motivates me everyday no matter where I am in my weight loss journey..Version: 2.9.10

Losing data on syncWas working well but now I’m losing fasts done on my watch so the watch app isn’t terribly useful if it’s not reliable..Version: 2.9.10

Great app that keeps you on track! Thanks for fixing the issue!! I've used this app for a full year now. It's helped me keep organized and kept me on track as well with the notifications. I lost about 3 kg and maintained that loss which is nice. Always good to do research before you do IF but this app def helps!!.Version: 2.9.6

Excellent ToolFasting habit has allowed me to track my dadts with more structure and accountability. I am confident that I could not go this far in my fasting journey without using this app!.Version: 2.9.4

Fun appI like it more each day. User friendly and very simple to use. And easy to adjust the fasting times. I love it.Thanks FH.Version: 2.9.4

Good motivator! After ten days of using FH I have to say that I am almost fully satisfied. It pushes me to keep my schedule which is the main goal of this app. Why not five stars then? Well, it is not compatible fully with the IPad meaning syncing data between IPhone and iPad is not possible. Also syncing with Fitbit Versa2 does not work. If those two issues were corrected FH world be ideal for me, worth paying twice as much for the app!.Version: 2.9.4

Good overallI had been using this app for about two weeks. It is easy to use. However, I hope it can allow me to enter note when I fail my goal. I think it can help me to track what happened..Version: 2.9.4

Perfect.I downloaded and tested all IF apps that were free or upgrade-to-full, which was about thirty apps in total. FastHabit was in my final three, and although it lacks the ability to add a brief note or include difficulty/mood, it provides what you need to record your fasts in a clean UI and great UX. It doesn’t include any information on fasting but it’s doesn’t need to; IF information is available from many, many sources. If you’re looking for a great IF app at a reasonable (and non-recurring...) price, FastHabit is the one..Version: 2.9.2

WeightIt would be really nice to have an independent from Apple Health weight registry. I bought the app not knowing that I would have to cross them. I prefer not to keep that data on Apple Health..Version: 2.9.4

Data disappearedWorked really well at first, but then, recently, several days of data disappeared from earlier months. I had fasted 12 hours every day for a few months in a row, and the app had originally accurately recorded those fasts. But then the calendar suddenly showed multiple days per month of “no fast,” which wasn’t true. So it seems the app removed data randomly (even though I’d made no change in my settings)..Version: 2.9.2

Loving this App & Great Support!A flexible way to track your fasts no matter your routine! Intermittent or extended? It’s got you covered. It also displays your fasts cross referenced with a weight progress bar! Super cool. The only issue I had was trying to figure out how to change the units of measurement. One email and an hour later their support team gave me the info to do so. It’s linked with iPhones Health App, so the change needed to be made there and it auto updated in Fast Habit! Perfect! Thanks guys!.Version: 2.9.1

Great appLove the app. Would be 5 star if the end fast button showed the date of the end fast not just the length and time. Just helps for scheduling extended fasts and incorporating them into daily life..Version: 2.9.2

Basic app, issue with Apple WatchThe app isn’t syncing well with Apple Watch. I would be more than half way done the fast but the dial on watch doesn’t move. Only fix so far was to uninstall the app in watch and restart reinstall but then the issue comes right back.Version: 2.9.2

Love the app, but fix a bug please! This app is great. I bought it because it allows me to see trends longer than a week like some of its competitors. One glitch though - when I start a fast and need to adjust the start time it doesn’t respond. I have to close and restart the app to adjust the start time. Pls fix! It’s why it lost one star from my rating..Version: 2.9.1

Inspiring FeedbackThis is a fantastic program for letting you know how you are going in your transition into a fasting lifestyle..Version: 2.9.0

Simple & PerfectTo the point & not overly complicated..Version: 2.8.0

Long fastWish this app could go longer than 120 hours. I would like to try a 21 day fast which is 504 hours. Unfortunately this app will stop your fast at 120 hours and it’s up to you to restart if you wanted to go longer..Version: 2.8.2

PrometeI am looking forward for more improvements to the app. It is very straightforward, but I think it could add a weight input Thanks.Version: 2.8.2

WeightI wish there was a spot to enter weight.Version: 2.8.0

Experiencing issuesThe app closes and will not let me tap on the add time 😢help.Version: 2.7.8

Great app, nice widgetNothing more to add. I recommend..Version: 2.7.2

Great appGreat app, does everything I want it to do, but how do I change my target fast?.Version: 2.7.6

Simple but helpfulIt is simple and easy to use and helps me with fasting remarkably well. The dedicated timer is just enough to motivate me and frame my fasts..Version: 2.7

Simple and easy to useThanks for this app. Makes it so much easier to track fast successes. I gave up food tracking and only track my fasts..Version: 2.1
