Consistently Reliable & Reasonably Meets + Exceeded ExpectationsMy experience with the app is decent. The drivers are great, their compensation is better than Uber. Drivers are happy to drive with them and even prefer driving for rideco. They outline clearly when it's a peak period, and also provide timely options with various price points. In general they are a more cost effective option. Over time I hope they continue to improve the UX making the search for address/locations even more intuitive and smart by offering multiple options or preferences of ways to find locations but also to save favourites. Wishful thinking would include Apple maps integration. I hope they are sustainable and expand into other markets such as Toronto and other major cities!.Version: 0.7.4
Affordable rides!!This app allows you to set a time for when you'd like to be picked up, so that's a cool feature that Uber doesn't have. All the drivers I've had so far have been professional and nice, and he app is relatively easy to navigate. The only con I would say is the time is takes to get somewhere, and pick up times with short notice. Generally if you want a ride right away, you won't find one. Generally the soonest you can book a ride is 10-15 minutes from the current time. And also, it takes about twice as long to get anywhere because you may have to pick up someone else before being dropped off. The cons are totally worth it if you're not in a rush though because it's the cheapest ride company I've used! I'll usually Uber if I'm in a rush, but otherwise I'll use RideCo..Version: 0.6.0

Just a better overall alternative to uberI've been using rideco for a while now and I really like the design of the system. It's significantly cheaper compared to uber when we're talking about distance. The service is really friendly. So far I haven't had a single bad experience with rideco since most of their drivers were taxis. There are times where the drivers weren't as chatty but they were professional. There are only a couple of things I think it could still improve on. For one, the map in this app is still kind of glitchy. It sometimes would be inaccurate. When you zoom in on the driver, if he is moving, it will automatically zoom you out. That was a little annoying when you're trying to find his location. Sometimes I would prefer uber to rideco because rideco takes quite a while to get to your location. They might pick up other riders and take a detour before reaching your place. I wouldn't use rideco if you are in a rush. I wouldn't mind if they had a feature where you pay a little more for a rushed cab/pick up as long as it's still cheaper than uber I would take it. Overall, the price for rideco is slowly growing but I would still take it for the excellent services and the safety I feel in their car compared to uber. Although sometimes it might take longer it's definitely cheaper. The app itself still needs a little work! I can't wait to see it expand outside of waterloo.Version: 0.5.15
