New Update Same Old AppThis App has been antiquated forever. Shocking that the largest sports betting company would allow themselves to hold on to such a terrible and ancient programmed app for so long. Well here comes the update with all its bells and whistles. New look, new platform, what could go wrong! App is definitely a step above what came before but just don’t expect to be able to use any of the services without running into a litany of technical issues. I seriously doubt they had many users test and then troubleshoot any user issues they had. And don’t try to withdraw any money from the application because you will be approached by a message of “please enter valid credentials for us to verify” over and over and over again. William Hill Sports Book brand new look.I’ve been using the brand new William Hill app. I don’t know what to say about it. I liked the old William Hill just because it was easy to use and easy to do betting. I still have it a Five Stars. Not too sure if the other agree with me but it has slot of new betting options and people might see it confusing. It’s not that complicated but it isn’t that simple either. My favorite mobile Betting appI am so glad that I ever signed up for the mobile wagering program. It has been so convenient to be able to place a net from the comfort of my home or work. Great platformExcellent options for in game maximizing potential. I will say it would be nice to see Vegas get with the times with the bonuses. While there are promos present about once a week, the season long point redemption isn’t too satisfying when draft kings is giving out massive free bets far more often. The platform does have issues every so often but that is to be expected with a wide array of sports to choose from. Best Sportsbook App in the ValleyHUGE update. Horrendous Website !!!In-Play betting is not always available as with most sites. There app doesn’t show you how much you have in undecided and outstanding bets. Very limited action/prop bet options on games/matches. Parlay tickets don’t show how much you win on open tickets. All in all this site is archaic and out of date. Does not pay when u cash out! Do not deposit hereI made a deposit and played on their sports book then cashed out to my checking account and it never showed up, I contacted support and they kept saying they would look into it, 2 weeks and multiple calls later I contacted gaming control and opened a claim then finally got a call back and they said we sent it nothing we can do, contact your bank, which I did they checked all transactions and there wasn’t a single deposit made by William hill. Better after update but still prefer FanDuelFanDuel is way better. It’s worth driving to the Arizona state line to do FanDuel if you live in Henderson. There are way better options to get. William Hill seems to limit what you can SGP. Also, I notice William Hill pays out significantly less for certain types of bets vs Fan Duel. Just way too many problems. Screws Over Users.This sports book is here to screw over its users. Nevada keeps a monopoly against other online sportbooks and corners the market so they can make terrible rules. 4 leg SGP was placed and a player on the ticket was ruled out prior to the game starting. Bet showed pending the entire game. I assumed the bet would be good to go minus the one voided leg. The bet won on all the legs. The bet was void after the game due to the one leg being voided. I was screwed out of 500 dollars. This sportsbook will find a way to screw over its users. Do Not Use. If my session times out and I have to log back in, I receive an error every time. I have to close the app and refresh before I can log back in.
