New Update Same Old AppThis App has been antiquated forever. Shocking that the largest sports betting company would allow themselves to hold on to such a terrible and ancient programmed app for so long. Well here comes the update with all its bells and whistles. New look, new platform, what could go wrong! App is definitely a step above what came before but just don’t expect to be able to use any of the services without running into a litany of technical issues. I seriously doubt they had many users test and then troubleshoot any user issues they had. And don’t try to withdraw any money from the application because you will be approached by a message of “please enter valid credentials for us to verify” over and over and over again. App is an upgrade on the surface but at the heart of it, its the same old application and effort put forth by William Hill. Sad for such a prestigious company..Ninerforlife92Version: 7.5.2

William Hill Sports Book brand new look.I’ve been using the brand new William Hill app. I don’t know what to say about it. I liked the old William Hill just because it was easy to use and easy to do betting. I still have it a Five Stars. Not too sure if the other agree with me but it has slot of new betting options and people might see it confusing. It’s not that complicated but it isn’t that simple either. I mean it’s straight forward in betting and all. I’m still giving it a Five Stars. I liked the old William Hill why not that’s why I’m still giving it a Five Star review. My favorite mobile Betting appI am so glad that I ever signed up for the mobile wagering program. It has been so convenient to be able to place a net from the comfort of my home or work. I took a break from betting for a few seasons and now I’m only having a little bit of trouble learning how to navigate the new updated system from the one I was previously used to. Best Sportsbook App in the ValleyHUGE update. By FAR the best app for NevadaYOU WILL NOT REGRET GOING FOR THIS SPORTSBOOK COMPARED TO THE OTHERS. Options are very limited here in Nevada and out of the few that do work, this is BY FAR the best Sportsbook to use. Lines are fair and the SGP's are perfect. Betmgm(Nevada) and other Sportsbooks here in the state don't even allow for SGP's. My only wish is that they had more Alt's for the NBA like they do for the NFL, but as I've stated before, this minor complaint compared to the other Sportsbook is like a grain of salt. Horrendous Website !!!In-Play betting is not always available as with most sites. There app doesn’t show you how much you have in undecided and outstanding bets. Very limited action/prop bet options on games/matches. Parlay tickets don’t show how much you win on open tickets. All in all this site is archaic and out of date. Does not pay when u cash out! Do not deposit hereI made a deposit and played on their sports book then cashed out to my checking account and it never showed up, I contacted support and they kept saying they would look into it, 2 weeks and multiple calls later I contacted gaming control and opened a claim then finally got a call back and they said we sent it nothing we can do, contact your bank, which I did they checked all transactions and there wasn’t a single deposit made by William hill. Do not deposit on here your money will be “stolen” when u try and cash out. Thankfully it was only a couple hundred dollars, now I’m filling a fraud report with my bank.X7x7x7Version: 7.7.0

New App BugsEver since they updated to this new platform. Which they essentially just copied out of state platforms like draftkings without offering the same variety of wagering. The amount of issues it has is absurd. You click on a drop-down menu to view different wagers and it immediately disappears. I can’t even view a whole list because it constantly disappears and I have to go back into it. Incredibly frustrating.
