Seamless Ordering ProcessI love how the app is super user friendly! I have little to no patience at my age so auto-logging in, making my selections, and then clicking on Apple Pay makes it more than easy. Love this! My location no longer available!Love the app and use it quite often, primarily to join the waitlist. Recently, within the last month, my home location has stopped showing up as an option when trying to join the waitlist. Not sure what happened as it worked fine for the last year. Excellent customer service and staffThey get the orders out fairly quick, considering how busy it can get. And if there’s anything wrong with the order, they’ll go above and beyond to make sure that it gets fixed . Everyone makes mistakes. Great chicken wingsWe love the habanero heat traditional chicken wings at Bubba’s. They’re always crispy & the sauce is delicious. The salads are also great & fresh. It’s a nice place to go if you have friends with kids as it’s okay to make a little extra noise. Poorly worded welcome emailSigned up for an account and then received an email for a free 12” pizza. The wording in the email is very poor and makes it seem like they’re giving out a 12” pizza so I added this and drinks to a cart and kept getting an error when trying to check out. Eventually I figured out in the very bottom of the email in small print it’s really a BOGO offer instead of a free offer as advertised. That’s not the best welcoming experience and actually comes off as quite deceptive. You’d be better off re-wording this as a BOGO offer which is essentially what it is..Mytw0b1tsVersion: 2.28.0

Flaws in the appThe app won’t let me make a sign in to keep my info stored. Always have to use it as a quest. Won’t let me sign up for the fan rewards. It messes up when I put in my birthday.
