Delicious food at an excellent price.I absolutely love Bubba's! This app makes it so easy to order the food that my kids and I enjoy every now and then. Every order I've placed has been delicious. If they happen to mess up an order, you can call them and either return to the restaurant or they will note your name so you can receive a replacement the next time you visit, although I've never gone back to check. I trust their word. The only thing I'd like to see is some freebies for ordering a certain amount..Version: 3.6.0
Great Ordering AppI appreciate the convenience of your online ordering app. My husband and I started texting about dinner at 10 this morning, but we both have busy jobs with loads of interruptions, so I was able to start our order at 10, and just finished adding his food to the order that sat on my phone screen all day. Dining DivasAwesome food, awesome atmosphere and amazing customer service. We order from Bubba’s quite often. We’ve only had one bad experience and that was with the quality of the food. My steak was overcooked, but the manager immediately comped my meal. We did not use the comp that night, but came back a few weeks later and had no difficulty with getting the comped meal. AppExcellent and easy! Only change that could be made is when you try to add who an item is for, it covers the add the item to the order section. I had to start over. With a two person order it’s not bad, but would be easier for orders with several different people. Otherwise, easy as can be..Version: 3.6.0
My location no longer available!Love the app and use it quite often, primarily to join the waitlist. Recently, within the last month, my home location has stopped showing up as an option when trying to join the waitlist. Not sure what happened as it worked fine for the last year. Great Family RestaurantWe’ve been coming here since it opened and let me tell you we try to come at least two or three times a month. It’s a great family atmosphere and best of all you can watch sporting events with all the TVs around. Great customer service and great food is the cherry on top! Seamless Ordering ProcessI love how the app is super user friendly! I have little to no patience at my age so auto-logging in, making my selections, and then clicking on Apple Pay makes it more than easy. Love this! Excellent customer service and staffThey get the orders out fairly quick, considering how busy it can get. And if there’s anything wrong with the order, they’ll go above and beyond to make sure that it gets fixed . Everyone makes mistakes. Great chicken wingsWe love the habanero heat traditional chicken wings at Bubba’s. They’re always crispy & the sauce is delicious. The salads are also great & fresh. It’s a nice place to go if you have friends with kids as it’s okay to make a little extra noise. Consistently ExcellentBubba’s has been consistently great food and service. Not sure why they changed the app and the color of their logo. Didn’t see anything wrong with it.
