Unrealistic demands for verificationI am a legally registered company in Mexico who buys wholesale smart electronics from China where WeChat is popular. This app refuses to recognize my Government issued company registration paperwork identifying my legally registered company name, ownership, VAT number ( in Mexico it’s called RFC) and import license. It is difficult to get support. Their response was that the format of the paperwork México supplies is not the way China registers and I must comply with their format. Completely Inflexible however they want to attract foreign trade.
WhatsApp for business is far superior but it’s unfortunate that some areas in China forbid the use of end to end encryption software and WhatsApp is forbidden.
