HalfThis app is ridiculous, and not in a good way. I’d like to be able to see my debt balances and reports, but can’t see that here. I’d like access to the full suite of information reporting, but don’t get that. Just get a list of transactions, without any meaningful reporting. I thought to myself, well that’s okay, I’ll just use the desktop website via my phone (didn’t have internet access via computer at the time). Nope! When attempting to use Intellix from a mobile device on a browser, you just get redirected to use this half-*#^ app that doesn’t let you do much at all. No utility and mobile UI on iPad?The fact that CapitalOne is a billion dollar organization, its 2019, and the app doesn’t have an iPad interface is insane. Additionally, there is almost no functionality to speak of. The app essentially lets you view balances. No longer gives token codeI got a new phone (iPhone 13 Pro) and it’s a good thing I haven’t wiped my old phone yet, because on the new phone, the app does not give a token code.
