Very cool igThe app is incredibly easy to use and appealing to the eye with the customisation options and it’s similarity to the Settings app on IOS. Along with this the app icon can be changed to many things and I believe that this adds a thin but nonetheless a layer of security by being able to mask the app as a game as with some icons like the halloween app icon and the rocket icons. Furthermore this app not only is easy to use but has many safety precautions available such as a fake PIN as well as a fake album to go along with it. I am most impressed 2 safety features which are the ability to change apps when the phone is played facing downwards and the app’s break-in alerts which takes a picture of when a failed log in attempt occurs and logs the time. I think that is very cool. One option I wish the app had was a longer passcode such as a 6 digit rather than the standard and only option (not including with touch id) 4 digit passcode. Poor technical supportI’ve reached out several times and initially I did get a response with a ticket# and some instructions on how to fix my issue. Also advising if I still had an issue to share a screenshot video. It took me a bit to get the video to send as it was too large for my phone. When I was able to get the video on my computer, I was able to email it (2-3 times now) and always referencing the ticket #. My issue is my basic subscription and account are gone- along with my pictures and videos. AwesomeThis app is so amazing if you want to hide pictures and it’s free! My most favorite parts are that whenever someone tries to break in to the app and they have the wrong password it takes a picture of there face so when you get back into the app you’ll see the date the time and the face of the person that tried to break in. Also I like how whenever your on the app and you don’t have enough time to exit it whenever someone is snooping over your shoulder or walking past you you can set it to were you out the phone down and it automatically switches to a different app. Over all 100% recommend.Augie102Version: 1.42

Frustrating Experience with Missing FeaturesI initially purchased this app due to its promising features, especially the slideshow function that allowed seamless blending of both photos and videos. Before committing to a 1-year subscription, this feature worked perfectly. However, after the purchase, the slideshow button mysteriously disappeared from my screen. I suspect this might be due to a recent software update, although my iPhone 6 with iOS 12.5.7 still retains this essential function. The absence of the slideshow feature, despite an active subscription, is disappointing and affects the overall usability of the app. Additionally, a significant inconvenience arises when I attempt to simultaneously log in on three iOS devices. One of the three devices consistently auto-logs out, forcing me to re-enter my credentials and wait for synchronization to complete. While I understand that synchronization might take some time, the automatic logout disrupts my workflow and is a significant issue. I hope the developers can address these concerns promptly through an update or provide guidance on potential solutions. Does a Good Job, just needs more featuresThe app works great and able to access my photos on multiple devices. Its hard to know if everything perfectly secure regardless of what app you might choose, but I have no reasons to doubt SA cloud backup. Previously solid, but new annoying glitchI've had this app for over a year now, and have never had a problem with it until recently. It’s good but I have one complaintI got it last month n it’s good n I like I can use my fingerprint ID to open the app. I also like that each folder has a lock but I wish it had the option to use fingerprint ID. Good app, one glitchHad this app for over a year now.. I love how you can make folders to organize everything and had no problems. But recently if I want to export more than 5 pictures at a time back to my camera roll it will not export all of them. It deleted all my photos and videos.I subscribed to the yearly plan and the app was working fine for about a month before it started crashing on me and abruptly kicking me out. I didn’t think much of it and trusted the developers to work the bugs out. Unfortunately all they managed to do was delete all my photos, videos, and albums. I signed in one day to retrieve some videos for a project and everything slowly started getting deleted. One by one. And there was nothing I could do. Ok, so then I emailed them. I explained what happened and they requested screenshots. Cool, I sent them what they asked for. What isn’t cool though is that it’s been a week and I have yet to hear back from them. Their “customer service” isn’t servicing anything! And I am highly disappointed with their product. They have been giving me the runaround big time. No-Pin Reset/ Completely locked outI loved the App, no I was in love with this app, until I got locked out of it. A friend of mine changed the pin without telling me, there was a unexpected turn of events with my friend and I’m not able to get that pin from her. I had already registered my email with the app, but there is not a known way to get back into the app, without losing all my stored data. The premium subscription has expired since I’ve been locked out of the app, the only way to get what I have stored, is through the app directly which the developer does not provide the option to reset, that I have found. It’s been over 6 months since I’ve been locked out, my stored data is inaccessible, so therefore pretty much gone.. All Photos deletedThis could be such a great app. It was awesome to be able to store private photos. Unfortunately, like many people in the other reviews, all of my photos and videos are gone. I opened up the app and saw all them being deleted one by one and disappearing forever. I contacted customer service with no luck. They said it could be on another email, but I only use one email.
