I had spent a couple days and dial their customer service number, and chat online with their online support people, on deleting my account but no matter what way and how long time I spent, they just said they could not delete my account based on their company’s policy. And the delete account button on their app is a malfunction, which will lead you to another website and could not delete the account for you. Victoria Day Weekend Promo code malfunction and terrible customer serviceI wanted to use the $10 off of $15 purchase victoria day long weekend promo. Upon entering the code, an error message says that the code has been used. I made my account a couple days prior and had no history of purchasing anything on the apps. I called customer service who after verifying this mishap, told me i had to buy something so there is a transaction history for them to credit me $10 for the next purchase. As a result, I bought a hotdog on the app and waited for the credit, but they were rushing to get off the phone before i even finished the purchase. I used the chat support later that day to clarify when the credits will be awarded to me and I was told they will be escalating the case. I was told i would receive an email regarding this situation in about 4-12 hours. Its been 4 days and no resolution. Terrible app and terrible customer service. Customer service sucksHad a driver steal part of my order, even caught it on camera and customer service basically did nothing. This is what’s happeningIf you place an order for a combo(for example), it ends up empty in the basket. The only thing that works is if you put a non-promo item or combo in along with it. But then it also doesn’t let me check out. I’m wondering who tested this app? It clearly doesn’t work. It’s a shame because I was excited to place an order. Pickup order especially doesn’t work. Even non-promo items won’t go in the basket if alone. Also, “one time verification login” requires me to go through this every time. Seriously problematic app, and shouldn’t be on the app store. Edit: my husband is an app developer. He looked at it. The errors are related to specific deals. For ex, the 2 big gulp and hot dog deal. It works if you put in another deal first (2 for $4 pizza). If you try to check out(even with the other deal you didn’t want), the deal disappears.
