Golf Shot Tracer Customer Service

This app has the most edit ability and overlays over the rest of the ball tracers. Few things that would make it perfect would be the ability to come back to a previous shot trace and edit it without having to retrace and save a new video! Also maybe a zoom in zoom out feature to get more accurate with placements of traces would be great!!

The 3D map feature is very cool! Great way to see the shot from a bird’s eye view. Love sharing the map videos along with the tracer videos on my instagram page. Those videos get a lot of views and great feedback!

This app is not good because you can literally make the ball do whatever you want like it’s fake bro

You’ll have to pay a monthly subscription to try to use this app. I tried a 14 second video. While the app was attempting to save the video with the tracer to my phone, it crashed. Now when I open the app, it won’t even give me the option to start over and add a video again. It’s a very buggy app, with possibly the worst user interface I’ve ever seen on an app; definitely the worst I’ve seen for a paid subscription app.

I took a great Tee shot and the tracker showed it in the next fairway. It didn’t catch the draw back. I tried editing and now had 2 lines instead of one and I couldn’t get around their automatic line even though I put it in manual. So frustrated with this, I’m on the hunt for a new app.

On the first day, after you take one video, the app doesn’t allow you to take another. Rather, you must close and then reopen the app. On the second day of trying the app, I couldn’t take any videos- because the app would shut down before any videos can be taken. Good idea for the app, but pitiful application

Not worth even the $3. The tracking ability is okay at best, but the user interface is just awful. To the point it makes me wonder if it ever went through any sort of testing.

Like what the other reviews mentioned - it advertises itself as a free app but the minute you open it, YOU HAVE TO to sign up for a 3-day trial. I’m guessing the purpose of this is to really get more income from those that would forget to cancel the trial after a few days.

Terrible app, crashes every time you try to export to camera roll. On the upside they had a free trial which allowed me to try out the product and discover that it was a big pile of garbage and for that, we thank you.

This app seriously needs to be revamped. This is so terribly made. I believe this app and the other shot tracer app are made by the same people. This one wants to charge $2 a month for a useless app that doesn’t work.

There’s a free 3 day trial, but in order to start the “free trial” you have to pay $5. The app also has a bunch of bugs. Horrible app

This app does not work. It doesn't analyze your swing. It crashes every time it tries to run. It never saves to your camera roll. It is broken.

I will not buy and request my money back if there is any charge. The app is filled with bugs, editor won’t work properly and most travers are not accurate. Don’t waste your time.

Terrible tbh. Paid the fee with high hopes and it’s probably traced one ball accurately after 50 attempts. Incredibly frustrating.

Can you provide a instruction on how the measuring works. I tried following what the app says on measuring but it does not work.

Do not bother getting this app. I used it for about 15 mins and then deleted it. It didn’t even track my ball all the way it just decided to create its own path after the ball was about halfway through its trajectory

This app is very frustrating, if you are exporting the video than the tracer will not trace the ball. It will simply shoot a line across your screen nowhere near where the ball landed or the trajectory it took.

I never ever wrote reviews for anything but this app is a joke please do not waste your time or money embarrassing
