The App is awesome but the only issue is that when the new year model reveals they take the identical older year off of the list while we are still selling them and we need to have quick access to the incentives upon customers request while we are demoing the vehicles, That would be awesome if we had both year at the same time.

So we are all wrong. Now you need to log in with you Dealer daily log ins to get all the info on the vehicles.

Love this app super informative gives me great content love the flexibility love the comparison tool makes my job easier

This is a great source to reference all of the models of Toyota and keep up to date with the best brand on the market

With some minor adjustments the application is running great!

When I get the notification to update the app, instead of performing the update (as I have chosen and allowed), I just get a series of looped messages giving me the same update screen over and over again. Hope this gets fixed soon!

The app itself is simple enough and has many features i like including full manuals to use. However actually using the app to start the vehicle remotely is largely hit and miss. Usually have to re load and log back in To use the feature. Making it way more complicated than simply using the key fob. It has saved me a few times where i have went to car without keys and was able to unlock without running back in to grab them. However i have recently discovered that unless i keep subscribing to this service my remote start will no longer work at all. Even though the key itself in no way uses the internet to remote start your car toyota requires you to pay a monthly subscription to this broken app to use this feature, which is a selling point to the vehicle. That is jot only wrong but unethical. I love toyota and their business model and am shocked they would stoop to such things. Don't plan on subscribing to this service even though it will eliminate a feature I've already paid for, not worth rewarded scrupulous behavior.

I was pretty excited to download the app, hoping that Toyota had decided to remove the dealer-only access. I was wrong. The other reviewers are correct. This IS NOT intended for the public. Even clicking on benign seeming categories, such as “SAFETY”, will take you to a login that requires Dealer level access (even though the login looks as though it will try to use your Toyota customer account to login). It feels pretty clear that they don’t want the consumer to become an ‘expert’ on the vehicle they purchased nor do they want potential consumers to have an at-your-fingertips place to easily compare different models when considering a Toyota as a vehicle. (After having spent several months on websites, clicking back and forth, looking at and comparing different vehicles to decide what exactly I wanted, before buying my vehicle, I truly would have appreciated what this app seems to offer.) All of the other *business* apps that Toyota has appear to be clearly marked as such; I’m unsure why they did not change the category and description of this app to reflect that it isn’t a consumer driven app.

It would be great to get information but it never works for me or any of my co workers. I’ve been using third party information.

Most recent update has made it more difficult to navigate incentives/ primary differences between trim levels when navigating the various models. Worked fine before.

I updated this app, and can’t log on. I looked for a lost password feature, but there’s no button that says lost password.

Just like all of Toyota’s internal web resources, this app is built on shaky foundations and is hugely unreliable. Every day there will be a new and baffling software issue and each update will only add more to the pile.

Can’t get anything to load when a customer is asking me questions about nitty gritty details about vehicles.

The worst part is logging into the app itself, menus aren’t clean like it used to be, they need to keep it clean and simple

Nothing functions, I can’t use a single feature on the app. I have offloaded, redownloaded, does not work.

I sell for Toyota and this app never works. You go to use it as a tool to help sell and it never works. Go to do your engage trivia, never works.

Nice app for current model years if your customer knows exactly what model they want. But if I still have last years model to try to sell I can’t look that information up anymore because I can only see the current model year. Also what ever happened to the nice chart with standard and optional features listed for all models? Now if they want a particular feature I have to find all the models that might have it and individually search if that is an option or not. Rather than look up that feature and immediately see what models come standard with it or as an option or not an option. Faster to just walk around the lot to find it now.

I am trying to open my app on my iPhone 12 max and it attempts to amd then just disappears. It bounces right out the open. Can someone try helping us with this issue please. Thank you Jaime

The latest update has really messed up the app. I can no longer see the color codes and other details. Please fix!

Le plus highlander has standard BSM, you need to fix that on the app. 2020 Corolla SE CVT 8 inch rims with low profile tires? Bring back the old set up were the app told you the differences between trim levels. Having 3 features differences between each trim level is pure laziness when there’s more differences. You’re setting up the sales person for failure.

After choosing any of the vehicles listed I only get “Overview, MSRP, Incentives” as options, no trims or any of the other information advertised. If you search anything the app automatically closes. I’m using version 9.6 on a iPhone XS. It’s 2019 figure it out.

Would be a more useful tool if the bugs were resolved

The app used to have competition information, now it doesn’t even offer the color codes. Very disappointed in this app. Updates should be to improve the app and help the salesperson. Instead it’s taken information away!

This app is terrible no information in the app what’s up with that. Please update the app to reflect all information pertaining to each vehicle. All you that’s in the app is overview, MSRP, and incentives. When an app is launched it should have all the information. Like I said terrible get it fixed.

Like it but nine out of ten times will not start my truck locks it every time

Previous versions had trim levels, and colors, now these features have been eliminated. They were the only reasons I used your app.

Please fix

Looks like a great app but on the main screen where there are all the Toyota models, if I pick any car, it just kicks me out of the app

App has been uninstalled and installed multiple times. Does not work please fix was very useful in a pinch

This version of the application is non functioning . It needs to be fixed.

Any command in top left display either sits on clock display or to high and prevents accessing it properly.

Since the update when I click on a model the app crashes.

It will not allow me to login. Uninstalled and the reinstalled. Not sure what’s wrong with it.

This new update makes the ap virtually worthless

Currently will force close when selecting a vehicle.

No info on the app

I downloaded the app 23 May 2025. When opening, it asks to allow the app and Toyota.com to share login info. Nope, can’t login. My login is the same on Toyota.com and the other Toyota app, but Engage doesn’t care. Unfortunately, most apps I’ve downloaded this year have serious login problems.

App needs Dealer Daily username and password

I loved using the app to explore and compare models I’m considering. But the app is no longer available to the public. A dealer password is required. Toyota.com is a good alternative, but this app was convenient and fast.

There must be a bug in the system it’s been months since I’ve been able to log into the app. I can use my desktop version just fine. Every time I go to log in, I get put in a continuous loop of pressing log in, and going back to entering my username and password. I fill it out, press log In, and nothing back to the same screen. I’ve deleted and redownloaded several times. No improvement and there is no one for log in help.

Every time I start app it crashes. On my iphone SE2 as well as on Amazon Fire Tablet!

Since last update on 11-8-19 every vehicle I select boots me out of the app. BTW I am logged in. Running latest I OS. Using iPhone 6. I need this to make a living. Help!!!

This app is good for only one thing, quick specs. Ex, fuel tank size, cargo space, length, etc. What it’s bad for... literally everything else. Impossible to find differences between trims (what it does show is the absolute most basic items, nothing actually useful). What’s much easier is download the brochure off the site, easier to see differences between trims. And same for comparing with other brands.

This app is not near as functional as the previous, please activate the previous so we can have the best information, if needed call me on my cell 202 409 4748
