Well doneWorks great. Easy to use. I don’t understand the negative reviews. My guess is that some folks are not reading instructions. I learned it very easily without watching the video. That alone should show that the app is intuitive and well-done. Transfers are actually much faster than I anticipated. FYI: if you wish to remove the default pics from the que, you need to manually remove them from the que list within the app. This is done by cycling to the picture you wish to remove, and click the “x” in the top right of the screen. Worked easily as advertised on Ionic with iPhoneContrary to all the negative reviews, I found it easy to use when you follow the instructions. The only reason I didn’t give it the 5 it probably deserves is that I am picky about the data I would like displayed and how it is displayed. Having greater control of the color and placement of the time display would be nice (though for the default they did as good as as one could reasonably do). Just anticipate white time numbers in the upper left when selecting and cropping your photos and it should work and look great..ErgoAlaskanVersion: 1.0.2

Very goodI was unsure wether to buy this app or not because of reading all the reviews. However, I have a Fitbit Versa and if you watch the video and follow the steps, it is very easy. I had no trouble at all and it took me about 5 minuets to complete. The only thing I wish was different would be to be able to move the actual digital clock around instead of it having to be at the top right corner of the scree. Works great!Definitely a tricky app to figure out at first. I initially added about 20 pictures to the album and downloaded them onto my Fitbit. It kept reverting back to the default images. After going to their website and reading the FAQs I figured out the problem was too many photos. It’s ideal to have about 5 to 10 in the album and to follow the instructions! Tried 29 times finally work, but now deleted my photosI tried 29 times then it finally worked, very odd, I am assuming internet lost speeds? Took maybe 3 minutes to do amazing job, so any clue what faq error , but it did work yeah. Btw as disable veteran who can use Fitbit health items and this one, May I ask Everyone in developers to go pass a newbie and do never had internet, never had watch mobile and do not have computer, therefore so many of us here do, but Fitbit watch mobile does more and needs clear simple lessons for 34 million disable folks to learn all the tools you need to be where we are. The solution to life is access, teach and share. Here trying until it finally worked means something interfered then stopped, conclusion, never stop trying as I do and my millions friends we do together to BE BETTER. THANKS FOLKS FOR YOUR HELP. That did not last very long all photos was there, then wham all my photo was not saved had to go get them back. Photos Don’t SaveI tried giving this app a chance with multiple attempts, but unfortunately I can’t recommend it because it doesn’t work. I was able to download the photos and see them as they were being uploaded, but right after reaching 100% and the app going back the watch’s main screen the app goes back to their three default landscape pictures with my photos erased. I get that maybe there is an issue on Fitbit’s end or maybe it’s an issue for the developers - but the developers’s responses saying it’s Fitbit’s fault isn’t an excuse if we ended up paying for an app that doesn’t work. Is this really how this is supposed to work?After playing around with the app for a few minutes I figured out how to remove the stock photos and add my own. I then synced the phone app to my watch app and it worked fine. However I didn’t realize that the photos don’t actually show as your default watch face - you have to keep the app open & running on your watch, and the app running on your phone, and then you can see your photos on your watch (with a clock added in the corner). Waste of time and money - doesn’t work as advertisedFollowed all the instructions to get the pics to show up on my watch, which took forever to finally work. Please improveFirst of all this is just constructive criticism not meant to be mean . 1 the ability to move the picture into the adjustable frame is awful you can’t go to on side or the other it bounces back . 2 you can’t shrink picture to fit screen, that should have been an obvious one . 3 the time is so annoying stuck up at the top of the screen and the tiny x in the left 😖 There are a few other things but there trivial compared to these, they should be fixed ! How disappointedFirst u can’t delet the other pics. Second, it doesn’t allow u to Shrink the pic to fit or ability to move frame around better.
