Changed LabsI used to go to another Lab for blood work which was further from my home as a few places closed. So I called to see if t Lab Corp took my insurance. They did so I went there for the first time. What a difference. The front desk person was VERY helpful and made it simple and quick to sign in. I had a short wait as a walk in and the woman who did the test was so efficient and nice. This is where I would recommend to anyone needing those services..ShadesofbrandygoldVersion: 4.4.1

Can’t pay my invoiceWhen trying to pay my bill, I enter my name and it states by selecting next I’m agreeing to the terms and conditions. There isn’t a next button. I only see a cancel button. I’ve used the app to play my bill before, so I assume there is a temporary issue. I gave 3 stars because of this problem. I like the app to see my lab results. It’s easy to use and I see the results the day after my test. When this issue is fixed, I will give a 5 star review. Update- I still can’t pay using the app. Labcorp had the nerve to email me saying the company has made it simple. I realize I’m doing this from the convenience of my home, but I had to try several ways before I found a way to pay online. I checked to see if my app was updated and it was. DisappointedLame that when you’re scheduling an appointment, app kicks you into web browser to do that. Then what’s the point of the app? I downloaded the app specifically because I did not want to use the web browser to schedule my appointment ! Everything should happen inside the app. Also, all the capchas when I’m checking if appointments are available at different locations…I signed in with my password…that shouldn’t be necessary. Also, showing my birthdate, but covering my email and phone number. Labcorp App is nearly useless!I have a Labcorp account set up and can log in. I got the app to track and manage my lab work - it does neither! I cannot see my doctor ordered labs to verify the are “in the system” to make an appointment or show up for blood work! I cannot see billing information for my personal account without first entering a reference number from some paperwork! If I could actually get lab work completed and paid for, I might see the results- but no one answers a phone to address questions! Totally useless app and companyI was sent for labs and was told they would be ready in 24 hours. In a few days I received an email that said labs were ready but the app and on line show nothing new. It’s been 5 days now and they said labs were sent to the provider but their office hadn’t received them. We can supposedly get results in several more days. Totally useless and untimely! Greatly improved but…….I tried the app a couple of years ago and it terrible. They have improved it now and it’s really great for getting your lab results. Does a good job of letting you see trends. It has the same problem with scheduling that the web site does. You are logged in and say you want to make an appointment and select the name. But then you have to reenter all patient data including insurance. And the app does not work if you are on a vpn. So much for security..JakeindcVersion: 7.3.0

Still needs workThe display is nice. The issues is that you have to manually login every time you use it. C’mon, add biometric logins. And what’d be great would be to line up scores year by year to see if you’ve improved or gotten worse. Updated reviewI like using the app overall but a couple of suggestions: Let users save their preferred lab in their profile, with the option to change it if necessary. Scrolling through and searching is annoying and this would be a great time saver. And when I went to enter my insurance information I had to enter my name, address and phone number again! Hmmm someone forgot to finish their codingHey dev, so when I go to pay under billing, both options credit card and bank account both have the same problem… the option to continue/next aren’t available. The only option that is present is the cancel button which returns you to the billing page. This isn’t an issue on your website though. Decent app that teaches the patientFinding reports and making appointments is extremely simple. The reports are really easy to understand. I was having major problems logging in to the app when I realized that I had Safari blocking all cookies. This relies on cookies heavily, especially for the logon process. Missing basic functionalityThe most basic requirement for getting labs drawn is having a written order from your doctor. There is no way to upload an order when you schedule your labs. It was a tremendous hassle to get the order my doctor sent me via email to Labcorp. FaceTime and Bill Pay Doesn’t WorkI can’t log into the mobile app using FaceTime. I click on the icon at login page and nothing happens. VPN must be disabledI had been frustrated with being unable to log into my account via the web or app. Through trial and error over the past week, I figured out I had to disable my VPN first. It would have been very helpful for this limitation to be disclosed at any point during the account creation process or anywhere on the website. Overall goodOverall good, but a bit confusing when you have multiple pending lab results. Also ordering exams is problematic when you have multiple duplicate exams between different order sets. DuhIn order to make an appointment you have to do it in internet browser not in app. They do not display pending physician orders which is what I need. I make an appointment, wait 3 weeks, go to lab, no physician order. Would have been sooo much nice to view orders BEFORE MAKING THE APPOINT. Y’all can do betterOne of the more annoying apps I use. Checks twice or more to make sure I’m human (I am). Even though it asks me who I am when I sign in, it makes me fill in my personal information, starting with my name. Nothing but a poorly working web browserThis is nothing but a poorly working web browser. It looks and shows the exact same info as if on the website. And just like the website, it doesn’t show any info. You have to have the exact billing info to make payments, but it doesn’t show you anything but what is owed. No explanations, no details, just what is supposedly owed. I cannot search bills to see if I have received them all or get more into. Very deceptive business practices. Then, there is the appointment creation option. Neither the website or the app work to make appointments. They allow you to find local Labcorp locations, but once the appointment button is picked, nothing is listed in the service so the choose date and time box is grayed out and you cannot progress. I have tried this on the app and the web and got the same results even after shutting both down and restarting my phone. Nothing works..AdegrisellesVersion: 6.1.0

Inconvenient BillpayThe login and bill payment process is poor. On iPhone it's difficult or unsupported using iOS passwords app to insert contact details and Apple Pay or other payment information. App does not play nice with integrated features. Every time I login I have to accept cookies which is ridiculous. It should remember since I always say yes. trying to pay an existing bill is laborious. I have to re-enter the Bill invoice number instead of simply selecting the existing Bill. Have to type in my contact information and birthdate and all of this which should already be in the app and understood since I logged! Doesn't support Apple Pay. Not worth the effort. Seriously buggy on iOS 16.6The developers seriously need to address interface issues that make the iPhone experience unusable. The popup admonition to review their new user agreement is non-functional; you can’t click the link to review it, and multiple clicks of the X to close it has no effect. In fact, the interface acts as if it is not there because selecting the review button or the X highlights text behind the popup! Also, the banner at the top of the page shifts to the middle of the page as you scroll down and ultimately blocks the bottom of the page when you reach the end of the scroll. Glorified version of the website - functional but not much moreSo the app is functional, but appears to be more like a mobile friendly version of their website rather than anything imagined as an app from the ground up - which brings me to my biggest gripe - why on earth does it need to be over 600Mb in size? Useful but is very buggy 🐛Your login an password change process is very buggy. It has a criteria that pops up only sometimes and goes away so fast it’s unreadable. You don’t allow pasting passwords which is understandable but probably unnecessary and when someone logs out their password is immediately unusable. Also, the face recognition feature doesn’t work or invalidates my password. When it finally works the results are great but way to difficult and the user experience isn’t good at all. Glorified wrapper for their websiteThe LabCorp app is not a whole lot more than their website made into an app. In many ways it looks like they hired a couple of developers willing to work for the lowest amount possible and it functions that way too. For example, I tried to pay a few invoices in the app but the “submit” button on the review payment page was missing. I feel like being able to submit payment should be one of the primary purposes of an app like this? I also don’t like how it kicks you onto Safari to enter payment info. Can’t tell what orders are pendingI can’t tell what orders are pending. Also they basically have a monopoly on testing so the market isn’t deciding which company should be being used. I very very very passionately hate this company. I’ve also seen them being incredibly rude to people in person. They ask for physical sheets of paper for orders but make people check in digitally and get results digitally but to drop stuff off they won’t have you in the system. I had to drive an extra hour because apparently I needed this sheet of paper and they couldn’t look me up. I am more than infuriated with them. Badly written App released without being property testedWhen trying to enter a password, the screen scrolls to the bottom of the screen.... had to try 10 times before the cursor finally allowed me to enter the password in the proper field.... When trying to make an appointment, at the question " will you be fasting", selecting NO generates an error message So I had to select Yes to be able to move to the next step : " Choose Date and Time" Alas, selecting this button opens a new window with a spinning wheel that spins, and spins, and spins and never gives me a date to choose from. Lazy webview appThis app is very obviously just a webpage with Face ID functionality, and slower initial load times. If you leave it for too long, and then come back, it loses state, and only forces you to log back in once you start clicking around. Additionally, even with a really fast connection, the app always takes at least five seconds to initialize, not sure if this is a programmed delay, but a website would load much faster. Not able to edit pdf in app, not able to use apple pay through patient portalWhen I try to fill out pdfs on my phone a box pops up that says “Without the owner password, you do not have permission to save this document. Enter owner password to unlock saving”. When I went to pay my bill while signed in as a patient, it only offered card and bank options, not apple pay/paypal/google pay. I had to log out and pay my bill as a guest to get access to these options. Kind of crazy how little attention to detail is shown to things like paperwork and billing. Poorly made. Feature thin.Missing test results. Multiple “profiles” in the Labcorp system, and from various ordering doctors, means bloodwork orders constantly missing. Leaves customer service reps confused and unsure how to fix. We’ve tried ensuring mailing address is perfect. Didn’t work. App says things like “ your profile and make your notifications are enabled!“ But there’s nothing in the profile page that says anything like that. Amateur hour app. Missing features. It’s just a viewerBasically the app acts like a browser so it makes it extra bad when it doesn’t work properly. Face ID doesn’t work at all. And the site is down half the time so the app doesn’t work and when you go to an actual browser, it won’t work because the website is always broken. These seem like simple issues to prevent. Crashed my phone, Get rid of the gen ai stuff!Where I used to be able to just read my results when they came in, there is now a ton of useless AI stuff that offers to read and interpret my results for me. I don’t want my data being fed into some random ai, and I definitely don’t want a glorified autocorrect trying to interpret my medical data. I have complex health issues that need consistent managing- I can’t take a risk that it’s gonna interpret something incorrectly. The latest update is terribleThe latest update for this app made it barely useable. FaceID is no longer a thing it seems like. Other times the app asks you if you want to resume your session only to then show the sign up page for a new account if you say yes. Not User FriendlyThere are buttons such as view my bill that don’t work when pressed. Also it doesn’t allow you to paste your password from a password management app for example. Worst Lab App PeriodSo far I have tried multiple times to create an account. It just sits there and spins forever telling me not close it. I set it down and walked away. Made food and walked my dog and the app was still spinning. I have a gigabit connection and everything g else works fine so I have to conclude their app is just terrible.
