Amazing companyI have been using free tiles along with free prints and free Photobooks for awhile now and have taken advantage of the free tile plus the low price extra tiles you can purchase as well as the free prints. No matter how many you order the shipping remains the same making them great value for money. I’ve had 5 of the smaller tiles and one large one done and all are wonderful quality with vivid colors and they are fully customizable you can have names added to them in any color and in various writing styles for a truly customized keep same either for yourself or as a gift. I will be ordering from them for all my photo needs in the future. The free photo gifts are beautiful with the option to purchase other photo gifts at low prices without sacrificing the quality of much more expensive places. Excellent quality, pricing and shippingI am a new customer to free prints due to my soul dog recently passing away I decided to go ahead and of all of my dogs up in my home as a memorial to my little soul dog and I chose free prints instead of Shutterfly and I’m very happy that I did I love the quality of the prints that I receive. Best photo app ever!Full disclosure....I write reviews ALOT and so often that it’s like a hobby now lol. However, I rarely write 5 star reviews bc there are always something wrong and I knock off a star. But these photos are so amazing that I have ordered TWICE now totaling 2 dozen tiles. So I figured I will write a review. For starters the tiles shipped quickly both times(I assumed the first time was a fluke). I ordered on the 4th and received them the 10th! Second, the tiles are an amazing quality and they really are reusable and can be placed and removed over and over with zero damage to walls or losing stickiness on the tiles. I really really love these and they are now and forever my new go to for photos being displayed throughout my home! This is a MUST BUY item even though they are a little on the pricey side! One very happy customer!I recently redecorated my bedroom and was looking for photographs to hang on the wall. Nothing seemed quite right. My sister suggested I use some of my own photos. There are many photo tile apps but I decided to try this one because of pricing and great feedback regarding their customer service. I was not disappointed. My tiles came out beautifully. The app was very easy to use. Delivery was fast and FREE! I was so happy that I ordered a second set of tiles for my studio. Again, service was fast and the tiles looked great. However, one tile was slightly damaged. I reached out to customer service right away and they sent me an email reply within the hour. After sending them a picture of the damage, they apologized and offered to send a replacement tile. Outstanding. My only suggestion would be to give the option of a different size. Maybe 8x12? Photo TilesI was absolutely amazed at the professionalism and quality of these photo tiles! I had two made for myself which were so beautiful I seriously cried a little. Then one of my friend’s favorite grandma passed away and she just happened to text me photos of her grandma and then of her grandma and her together and immediately I knew I had to have Photo Tiles made of her beloved photos. Amazing!I have order photo tiles from others places before, but what I like about FreePrints photo is the quality of the tile; in some places the tiles are light weight but the back is foam, but FreePrints is a durable plastic it doesn’t look cheap and still manage to be light weight tile. I am amazed with the customer service. I got my first order and I just sent a message with a concern that my pictures my look dark... and guest what!!! I received a box with new tiles from FreePrints apologizing about my previous order. When I didn’t even follow up their email, since I am a mom of 2 super busy. Tiles received!Just got my first tiles today. I was a little apprehensive after reading some of the negative reviews but was curious enough to purchase a few to start and test out the product. I am SO HAPPY!!! The pictures I chose were all taken with my phone and were heavily doctored/filtered with apps that I use. I didn’t expect quality to be high, but they really were. The materials don’t look cheap, the cuts are clean... I never write reviews but I am just so stoked by something so convenient and affordable coming out this well. I have yet to hang the photos on the wall so it’s entirely possible I could run into problems with the adhesive (and if there are problems I’ll write a follow up), but so far so great. Finally, Getting pictures out my phone!I love this!!! With my busy schedule I don’t have time to go and print out the 1000’s of pictures that have already accumulated in my phone. Exceptional photo quality, but needs some workI ordered 18 photos for my wall, and when they arrived I was ecstatic! The print quality was fantastic, and just what I needed. HOWEVER... when we tried putting them up, they fell right off and were hard to get out from under the couch. We had to make a run to the store to buy new adhesive, as the adhesive provided was cheap and didn’t work. We had to take the adhesive off of all the backs of the pictures and apply the new stuff, and now they’re ultra sturdy! Like I said, good quality printing, but needs some work and thought. The new adhesive wasn’t expensive, just a big hassle as we live out in the middle of nowhere and had to drive 2 hours round trip to get new adhesive. Better than expected***Update: not sure what’s happened to the quality, but the more recent photo tiles (within last couple years) are not doing as great. The images have been regularly popping off on the edges so we have to glue them down. Best Mother’s Day Gift Ever!!!!I ordered four tiles just a few days before Mother’s Day thinking there’s no way they will come in on time but oh well, I think my mom will really like these. Great tiles but the app lacks featuresThe tiles look good but feel lightweight and I’m not sure how well they will come off the wall - they’re made of plastic and I’m worried they might break. And I’m not sure how I feel about how deep the back is - the photo sits more than an inch away from the wall. My big problem though is the app itself. It lacks enough features that I probably won’t be continuing to use it. Which really bugs me because I invested about $100 in tiles and I hate to change to another tile now. So what do I mean about lacking features? Well, for example, you can’t see the tiles you have already made when you put in a second or third order. I can’t get this app to workI have ordered several times from this app. Never had any problems. I have recommended friends to this app. They all love it and purchase from this app. However after the update(s) I can not use this app. I have deleted and reinstalled and it tells me that “something went wrong”. I have since moved on to another app. I hate it because their tiles are made of foam. Tile PictureThey turned out just beautiful, but watch out you have to make sure you edit the pictures before you checkout or you will have tiles with heads chopped off. Some said the pictures may turn out blurry but I kept the picture anyway & it turned out just fine not sure what the return policy is if it doesn’t turn out right. I love the pictures without the frames . The tile seems so much more natural. So far they have stuck just fine & easy to move if you change your mind where you have placed it on the wall. You will never find a better deal!I have been using this company for several months and I can’t say enough about what a wonderful deal this is. You get an unbelievable amount of pictures for a very low price. They offer anything from wall picture tiles to picture albums where you set up and pick out the pictures for the album. When I placed that order the confirmation said shipping on all other items would be only $3.99 until the end of the month - which is great because your shipping cost more than your products cost most other places. So what happened next was I put together a photo book to order to take advantage of that great shipping- it’s not as fast to put together as you would think- then at checkout guess what? It wouldn’t apply the discounted shipping. So I contacted customer service thru email. I received an email back 2 days later saying nothing about my issues but that I forgot something in my cart and when I clicked it it popped up & said I’d received a free upgrade to a 6x8 hardcover. Wow! Bet you’ll never guess what happened then! I used a picture from my iPhone and it had plenty of dead space to just get my granddaughters face and they blew it up so much that it cut her whole chin off and it was blurry. They said they could not remake the tile due to their processing. If you want to try it be sure that you don’t have a close up picture because it will get cropped by the company. Very disappointedI just spent over a half an hour with a representative that could not help me in anyway. I was so disappointed in the picture I received. The coating on the photo wasn’t even completely covered. The edges were rough and sticking out. I called for help all they could say was sorry and for me to send a snapshot in. I love the tilesFirst of all I love these. They stick well and look beautiful. You can move around, (as long as you can find extra double stick tape) to change things up. The colors are not fading in any of my tiles so I am a happy customer. Problematic, but FreePrints Photo Tiles came through and fixed the problem.I ordered 45 photo tiles in black and white from color photos. The first set arrived with a distinctly green tint in every tile. I let FreePrints know, and they immediately reprinted all 45 tiles eliminating the green tint. I’ve not hung the new improved tiles yet, but I am excited to see how they look. I am a bit hesitant to stick the tiles to my newly painted walls, but hopefully they will stay stuck and not remove the paint should I decide to rearrange them. Great Customer ServiceI placed an order for some tiles, but when I got them the color was off. They were over saturated. I emailed customer service and Kendall immediately emailed back asking me to send a picture of the product. Once she received it she emailed back and said "I see what the problem is...we'll immediately reprint and send out your new tiles at no cost." This was all over the course of about 15 minutes. Endless Possibilities Capture Memories or Create StyleThe picture quality, of course, depends on the quality you send to them. it seems to be well made, they even included a card with directions and extra wall mounts, just in case I decide to move them. Free Photo TileI recently began accumulating these photo tiles and couldn’t be more pleased. I order 2 at a time which includes my free one so that I will have an equal number of them for my layout. I now have 6 to make a photo wall. I always go with the gloss option and each tile has been beautiful and the image crisp. I love them!I just got my first order in the mail. I can totally see these things being wonderful for gift giving ideas. They are just so great. They are stuck in timeI created 3 different folder with multiples tiles in each. Tried to combine all 3 folders to order as one order. There is no way of doing that. Contacted customer service and their reply was “ I see, the issue is that our reorder feature is still not that advanced, if you want to order all the tiles together, the only best option to pay shipping once is for you to make the items all over again and add each to your cart as a new order” “. I would assume a fairly new company would have an option to order all 3 folders or even have an option of moving the tiles to different folders but they do not. So be careful, if you know you want to place a big order than I suggest adding more tiles in one folder. And if your like me and have over 40k of photos your looking through, then be careful because otherwise you won’t be able to order more than 1 folder without having to pay for shipping once. Their response is to add the photos to one folder, maybe that would of been fine but that means I have to look through all my photos and do all necessary adjustments again. I thought this app was supposed to be easy and save time but i guess that isn’t the case since you can not order multiple folders. No where on the app does it say to put photos in one folder if you want to order in bulk. And it probably should..Xkacha00xVersion: 7.41.0

Nice Product/Terrible Customer ServiceBought about 20 products. Good quality and always happy. Then a problem surfaced. Live chats and emails accomplished nothing. This company will not be accountable for its shipments. When what they send is lost, rather than fessing up and making it right, they advise the customer to be more patient. They show delivery dates and, in my case, the photo was lost. “Wait another day or two then write us again if you don’t get it.” This should not be the customer’s responsibility. They ship the product and select the shipper, but the customer must wait when something goes wrong! I’ve closed my account! Be forewarned. Follow-Up. After 20 days, still haven’t received what I ordered and paid for. PlanetArt refuses to issue a credit. USPS website has the tracking number but indicates item has not been received from sender. I’ve protested the small charge. The many reviews about this company’s poor customer service never appear under the “Most Helpful” banner that you see when opening reviews. Used to love, not anymoreI’ve used these tiles for awhile now... I’ve bought a dozen or more over the course of a year. I was consistently buying 2 tiles a month to slowly fill a gallery wall until my issues started and I stopped ordering in March. First, even if you follow the directions perfectly they do not stay on the wall. I have a pile of 6 right now but have had every single one fall off at some point even tho I stuck them and never removed them. Secondly, the pictures don’t always stick to the tile either. I’ve had at least 3 bubble up in the middle so you can’t press it back down without leaving an ugly crease, or they start peeling and falling down off the corners. Customer service was ok. They sent me one new tile but I was SOL on the other two because they were out of the time frame they allow even though all my tiles were less than 6 months old at the time. I had planned on filling an entire wall which could’ve easily been well over 150 tiles but it’s not worth it when they don’t even last 6 months....MandaPantZ72291Version: 6.0.2

Damaged wall / customer service didn’t careI purchased template tiles and when I hung them up two tiles kept falling off the wall ultimately damaging the tiles. So I decided to remove the tiles from the wall and place them in a different room. Upon removing the biggest tile the sticky part stuck to the wall and refused to come off. Now I have sticky residue on my wall that I cannot get off… I reached out to customer service hoping they would give some advice on how to get the sticky residue off and a refund since two of the three tiles were now damaged. I received an email back that basically said they are not responsible for any damage to your wall and sorry for the inconvenience… no tips on how to remove the adhesive or I’m so sorry that happened to you here is a credit for the next time you come back or here’s a refund for the tiles that got damaged.. absolutely nothing. Cool Idea, reality not so muchI was skeptical about the whole and have now ordered 5 tiles total. Neat idea, quality is fine. Unfortunately my skepticism was related to the tiles staying on the wall (key to the whole idea) and for the second time it has been validated. I cleaned my wall, and used the square they offered for an additional $2 to square them off when placing. The first time I used the supplied foam squares and followed the instructions to hang. They fell off one by one, naturally in the middle of the night, and the corners were damaged. Then I used another brand of foam sticky pads and put on triple the amount, cleaned the wall, and they still fell off (4 am this morning). I give up, I do not want to try and hang them some other way (the whole point was to have them flush and squared as tiles) and have wasted $50 or so on pics I could have printed much more cheaply as 8x8s and hung another way. Love, but ANNOYED ..I used to LOVE these apps and NOW I’m so annoyed… yes I enjoy a free tile every month and the other cute personalized items they have, BUT I can’t add multiple items to my cart… I find that I have to check out each item at a time…. Which led me to have an issue with the app….. apparently you can get $1 shipping on additional orders after placing an order and then as I was about to place an order, it gave me an error message and I missed my $1 shipping on a mug I was intending on getting… I messaged and told them what happened and nobody replied to my email… so I chatted with someone and NO HELP… “I can’t honor that” … all the continuous business I give , MONTHLY , and they can’t honor $1 shipping for THEIR app messing up …… THATS PATHETIC. Photos delaminated from tilesI saw Mixtiles in a friend’s office and liked what I saw, but was put off a little by the price. Then I came across the Photo Tiles app which seemed much better value, so I ordered 4 of these tiles back in Jan/Feb 2019 and placed them on my window at work. I got several compliments on their appearance but that didn’t last long. By the end of March, the photos had begun to completely delaminate and separate from their backing plate, peeling away from the corners and hanging down. I might have understood if it was very hot outside, but this was New England - in March - so overheating is hardly an excuse. I took photos and sent them to their Contact Us email link, but have never received a reply. Since then, they have fallen off the window anyway, and are completely unusable. Used to be goodI ordered about 30 tiles or more from this company. I liked them enough to recommend these tiles to my parents and my sister. Recently, I noticed that three of the tiles puckered (had air bubbles between the photo and the tile). This makes the tile not attractive at all; it’s very distracting. I contacted their customer service and there was no response at all. After ordering this many without any complaints, you figure there would be some level of customer service when you need it. Disappointing. Also, coincidentally, some of the tiles are beginning to fall down. The stickers they include don’t seem to hold them up now than 1 year. I believe this company used to be better. I’m disappointedI ordered 4 tiles and eagerly anticipated their arrival. Upon opening the package, I was surprised at the material from which the tiles were made. However, the pictures were excellent in quality. I decided to mount the tiles on the wall but the mounting of the tiles left a lot to be desired. The tiles are intended to be mounted with included double sided tape. I followed the instructions meticulously. The tape does not stick well. The tiles kept falling off the the wall, which caused them to become dented, chipped and damaged in various ways. I love the quality of the pictures but the product has not lived up to it’s advertised expectations. I ended up using easels to display the tiles. It is a very nice concept but I would not advise purchasing these if you expect to create a wall design as advertised..Ms. DABVersion: 3.3.1

Quality has TANKEDI recently ordered about 12 or so photo tiles and I must say that the Quality has TANKED! 2 tiles were detached from the foam block ON ARRIVAL and the company solution was to send me sticky tabs ( which aren’t how the photos are attached to the foam blocks in the first place). Fast forward, when I put the photo tiles on the wall, several came detached from the foam block and went crashing to the floor. Thankfully I had a carpet down!! Overall, I’m disappointed and will not be doing business again. Hopefully they respond to my concerns and issue the refund I was told was being handled by their BOT. Never even finished ordering.Finally decided to get a “free” tile ($8 shipping). As I was checking out it said I could add 3 tiles for $19 more. I decided to do it so I could start with a set to build on...but when I got to the check out it became $27 more and still the $8 for shipping. I tried a couple times and could not figure out why it wouldn’t give me the lower price (advertised as no promo required.) When I sent an email I was informed that it really was only $19 more because I receive 1 free tile, 3 tiles at $9 a piece (aka $27 or $19+$8, and then free shipping. The rep clearly didn’t check my account. With the lack of clear terms + extra charges not dealt with by customer service when I first reached out, I decided this wasn’t worth my time and canceled my order..ChrrrrlVersion: 6.0.2

More than disappointing.Some months back I ordered about six tiles made from favorite photos from my library. To say that the product I received was disappointing is a gross understatement. Most of the the tiles were obscenely off-center, others included dates, names and other random marks that often are printed on the margins of snapshots. As is, these are useless as gifts, which is why I bought them in the first place. I would like a refund and would gladly place them where they belong- - in the trash. Apparently, there’s no one looking at the product before it ships to the buyer. Like where is their quality control ? I would never buy these items from this buyer again.
