Terrible cashierI visited the Ruler store in Springfield, Illinois today to purchase a gallon of 2% milk. While standing in a line of about ten people the cashier called for assistance for another cashier. Being at the end on the line, I stepped over to the new cashier. The new cashier told me that another customer was next. He had a shopping cart full of stuff! Quite rude, since I was there first with only ONE ITEM. Needs fixed!I love Ruler and Kroger, and this app used to be great! Just like Ruler, straight forward and to the point, but now I can’t do anything on it. It tells me “we’re experiencing a few technical difficulties, please try to view this feature in a few moments.” And it’s done that to me on every function for a long time.
