Love the grocery pick upI have only amazing things to say about on line click list!! I never have received anything I was unhappy with! I have ordered produce and I can honestly say it’s always picked with care, I have never had anything that wasn’t ripe , or too ripe , I feel like the 5 time I have ordered one line for grocery pick up they have done it with time and care! I love how the groceries are packed neatly and everything is together . Frozen items are packed in a double packed paper bag , in Az summer I appreciate that greatly ! Bags aren’t over stuffed . All dairy is packed together , all breads are packed together , not like when you go to the store and random items are in random bags. I absolutely love that frys offers this service and hope they never get rid of it! I also have had extremely friendly and helpful staff every time!! Thanks Kroger!.Version: 14.2.3

I use this all the time but it doesn’t work well with substitutionsI’ve been doing pick up options since the pandemic. For high risk people who still require precautions regardless of what the “current guidelines” are, this is the most economical way to get groceries. The substitutes portion is horrible though. Often the suggested items are not the same food but the same brand. Using the search doesn’t result in anything populating. I have to select “do not substitute” then write in comments to “you PLEASE SUBSTITUTE” and type in the item specific details. Then it’s up to the store to determine if they “want” to provide the substitution you requested. That varies depending on how often you use that store and know the staff. It’s been a constant glitch. By not providing a workable search tool, it limits the purchase options and causes more frequent trips or delays. It’s difficult for people who are disabled and/or still struggling with pandemic issues. There’s a huge population of customers who have to do a work around. I’m not the only one, and hopefully I’m speaking for others, that this is has a simple solution if you would put in the time to broaden the database offered. Improve the substitution choices please!.Version: 64.1

Frys app /InstacartI am thankful that there are apps to arrange grocery/food delivery as I’m unable to shop or prepare food myself due to ongoing medical issues. Frys has mostly been lovely. Ive seen some snarky comments from delivery people from different companies re customers who are just too lazy to shop or cook for themselves. If only. So I’ve discovered that if my local store has in stock certain items I need, I have to shop the Frys app for delivery instead of Instacart if I want to be sure to get those items.. This has happened to me with several stores, there’s no way to ask that an Instacart shopper please go to a specific location. I’m not sure why as I thought it was Instacart doing the shopping for Frys even though I’m using the Frys website. As I pd to get free delivery through Instacart, it’s irritating to have to shop again and pay a $9.99 delivery fee and another tip when the Instacart app shopper could have gone to a store 5 minutes from my house that had what I needed in stock...not a store 30-40 minutes away depending on traffic. What I do like about the Instacart app and wish the Frys app would do is the ability to order +/- 1 lb of deli meat etc. Being limited to ordering 1lb of deli meat, I don’t eat that quickly and it spoils. Worth the waitI managed to grab a set of Pioneer FS-52 floorstanding speakers on a special promo deal for $62 each with free shipping from California to me in Maryland (normally they are $199 each). Best deal on these speakers I have ever seen (read reviews on how good these speakers are) It said they were in stock when I ordered them back in early June. Mid-September they finally arrived. I still cannot believe this deal. Shipping these from California to me in Maryland had to cost what I paid. I wish that the website was accurate when they listed these in stock, but the second they were they were shipped quickly to me and were worth the wait. These are some of the best speakers you can buy for the money (@$199 each), so for $62 each shipped I stole these things. I wish they came faster, but good things come to those who wait. Fry's did try to cancel my order twice. I know they made almost no money on this sale, but it came through and I couldn't be happier. Speakers sound amazing and nearly as good as my KEF's (which I find to be the best sounding speakers I have ever heard. I was able to move my KEF's for living room music duty and these Pioneer's for my home theater. I found a matching center channel on eBay for half price as well. All in for around $100 I made a night and day difference on the sound systems in my house. Highly recommend getting on their email list to get promo codes allowing you to get these deals. I normally would be upset about the wait, but they kept me updated via email and I know they can't control when they get their inventory. Thanks so much fry's and I'm sure I will be buying more promo deals from them. A+ for customer service. Beware you might have to wait but for the price savings well worth it..Version: 12.6

Good app , bad search feature , horrible delivery svc ..I like the new app ok. It changed. It takes some getting used to from the previous one. The prices are not as easily found on shopping cart as individually listed as before. Only the total. I get delivery, as am a Senior Citizen and Disabled, which I assume is a majority of the delivery market, so should be more tailored to us as easier to navigate and read. We are older, ha. Also, I noticed entering a ‘search’ is a lot more difficult than before. It is very frustrating and many more frustrating steps. I almost cancelled my order and used Safeway ! I have shopped Fry’s/Kroger for over 50 years!! These changes are not good. I don’t know if it’s Instacart or Fry’s, but we don’t like them. Please take note of this, as I speak for many Seniors...we talk amongst ourselves.. us Baby Boomers.. you know. We are many. Also, the delivery people are changing and aren’t as nice as they were. In a hurry, and rude. Last one didn’t use the temperature controlled container for my frozen items, ice cream, etc.. and brought all my 60+ items and about 25 bags inside in 2 loads!! She dropped several bags at my door and crushed my bread.. I am very displeased, but what do we do? I am about to pay the extra and switch to Safeway!! This needs to change!! I did call in and told Customer Service and the representative noted it and promised it would be escalated.. no one got back with me. I just ordered again and I can assure you that I will be taking notes, as I pay delivery fee and tip. These are my thoughts and feedback. Thank you. APPS??Much to my surprise-I today learned that I haven’t been getting most of the DEALS that Frys has been advertising, and promoting!? I’ve used this same store on Bell and I-17for about 8 years-and even have a Frys credit card to completely get all the best!!? WRONG!! Today, I saw Raspberries for about $1.47/container!Wow, that’s great! When I scanned them-I noticed that I must have an APP in order to get that price!??Well-i thought that by using my scanner on my key chain AND my Frys CC-I could get the best dealWRONG AGAIN! They told me that I don’t have it-so I had to pay $3.27/container!? They wouldn’t even assist me with a download, or show me how to do it- so I left the raspberries and walked out!!! Guess I’ll use WINCO just up the street-at least I know exactly how much it’s costing at checkout!! By the way-I’m not the DUMBEST, just because I’m not good at all these computer generated pricing!? Frys orderingI find the Frys ordering website to be a tad bit challenging but I am a 60 year old woman who has a new iPhone. But I have ordered twice before which those shops went well. Today I was unable to order steaks. I chose a larger family sirloins pack (4or5 steaks)& I also ordered another smaller pack of two steaks I believe. All I know is that it wouldn’t allow me to have it delivered within 5 hours or 2 hours. I think you’re really missing the Mark on this item which has to really hurt the sales. I just wanted 5-8oz steaks but I wasn’t being picky. I think it was going to be 6 steaks or so but it’s quite a big order. Makes me wonder what the sales look like on that particular steak. It’s really too bad. I will continue shipping at Frys because everything else is fantastic. I’ve yet to decide if I’m going to shop only at Costco or do we still need Frys? Pick upI am really liking your pickup service. It was trying at first but you have made great improvements. The people coming to my car are always smiling, upbeat, and able to answer any questions I may have. My only comment: picking out vegetables and fruit. I think all of us like our fruit different so I realize it is hard to please everyone. I would recommend at the end of this pandemic to improve quality would be to have a fruit and vegetable specialist who is trained to pick out quality food handle filling these orders. I quit going into the store because too many customers where coming in without masks. Even though I came at 6:00 am I found my self still in the store after 7:00. I appreciate your employees wearing masks and I thank them for doing so. It isn’t fun to wear a mask all day. Thanks again. I love Fry’s prices!.Version: 22.2

The bestI'm a single mom who works two jobs. I scrimp and save everywhere but my time is my most valuable asset. Even with paying the $4.95 pick up fee, this app and Clicklist saves me hours each week making a list and going into the store shopping and checking out. I build my cart throughout each week and just checkout when I'm ready. 150% worth it. FYI your cart total doesn't include your Fry's coupons but when you pick up it correctly calculates so my total is always less. You can bring paper coupons and they'll add those in at pickup as well. Also offer Clicklist-only deals & coupons as well. Link your shoppers card & home page has a list of everything you've ever bought so you can quickly add regular items to your cart. I have raved about Clicklist for two years. App is so quick & easy to use. Perfect..Version: 15.2.1

PickupFrys has made a tremendous effort to offer shoppers a safe and convenient way to shop. I have been using their service weekly for over a year now. The website has been easy to use,especially allowing updates until the end of the previous day, the availability of timeslots has never been an issue, and the best part have been your handler/deliverers. They have all gone out of their way to remedy any issues that have come up. My only complaint is that they aren’t allowed to accept tips. They’re really very special, and have put their own safety at risk during these uncertain times during the pandemic. I hope they are receiving compensation for their efforts. Process is not user-friendlyI think navigating from your shopping list to adding them to the cart is not user-friendly. I’m not sure why there is a “list” option. If someone is going to place an order they don’t need to create a list and then add it to cart. Obviously if they are shopping they are wanting to put in directly into the cart and proceed to check out. I couldn’t find an easy way to navigate and I ended up with duplicate items in my cart and then I had to go through and edit each item back to what I originally wanted because my cart and list somehow combined itself. now you may be sitting here reading this thinking oh my God how could you not figure this out. but I’m guessing that you are familiar with this procedure so it’s easy for you but for somebody that is not familiar with us and goes to place an order this is not user-friendly..Version: 49.1

Online pick up noticesWell I spent on hour online shopping (first time online user) I shop onsite with frys once a week for the last ten years. I was disappointed to find out at the end of my online experience the items I purchased would not be ready until tomorrow morning. I should have just did what I always had done and went to physical location. It would have been nice if there was a notice saying items for pick up will not be ready until the following day. Then I would have gone in. Now I have to call work and tell them I’m going to be late because I’m picking up groceries. Ps forcing me to leave a nik name to submit a review is also frustrating since it seems every nik name I think of us taken..Version: 18.1.1

Happy Fry’s provides these services but...During covid I was skeptical going out but this had made things so easy and I love this service. I don’t even have to get out of my car! I don’t have to spend an hour grocery shopping and my social anxiety being spiked by being around people. However, there have been a few times where groceries were forgotten and even though I can come pick it up by 8pm, it makes me upset when I don’t have that kind of time and I have to call Kroger to get a refund. It would be easier if I didn’t have to call Kroger, I didn’t mess up on this. It should be that the click list team scans all the groceries back and whatever is scanned can be refunded to those people. Other than that, convenient, fast, very easy!.Version: 33.3

Easy shopping appI’m really liking the updated look and ease of the click and go frys shopping app. I like that they added the coupon add button to each product but it’s on every product. So you don’t know if there is truly a coupon sale or not. So that’s confusing me. So I blindly pick the coupon on every product that I add to the cart hoping it’s got a coupon discount. Because honestly I don’t have time to go through the Digital coupons. I know what I want or need for my groceries. So if there is a coupon sale...great. I might be tempted to buy a different brand of the item if there is coupon discount but frys app will have to get more creative with their app to lure me in to choosing that sale item..Version: 17.0.1

Life saver!As a working wife and mother of two school age kids, who is also expecting, you can imagine how much time and energy I don’t have to go grocery shopping. Click list has been such a blessing for my family and I. As I start to get low on an item I add it to my cart in click list and finalize it in the morning before I send in my order. It also saves me money because I’m not trolling through the isles looking for things I don’t need and it gives you a total every time you add something to your cart so you can budget better. App does not exclude categories properly and categories are badI do not like the coupon format change, which went from seeing coupons in particular categories in an expansion type menu (using + and -) to one that now forces the user to select which categories they would like to see, particularly because this selection feature does not work in the first place. For the past few app updates, I have been trying to exclude the ClickList Bonus section because I don't shop online, and although I have selected to exclude that while browsing coupons, it continuously shows up in the list. In the past, I would have just left that section closed and expanded the categories that are relevant to me, but that is no longer available and is not user friendly at all. Please fix this. Difficult to useI’ve been using this app for a couple years now and it’s unintuitive. I don’t have trouble creating lists, but pickup orders are difficult. Every item is flagged with select a backup item and the default is Best Available. To select a specific backup or No substitution, you need to do that for every item. The specific items also list, find a backup. In placing the order, I had to sign-in twice, during which it switched stores. It took a few tries for me to be able to change the store location. I realize this has to be complex, but it’s definitely a deterrent to pickup orders..Version: 47.0

Fry’s PickupI appreciate what is done for me. Generally, I have no problems ordering or picking them up. A couple times I have gotten home and spoiled food has been given to me such as overripe Campari tomatoes on my last order which had to be thrown out. They were split and squashy spoiled. Strawberries and gold potatoes were over spoiled and not good either at two other times. The strawberries cost was refunded but I didn’t report the other two times . The pickup persons need to watch more carefully?? Maybe this will help the service to fully improve on what is chosen inside becore it gets to my car trunk. Happy customerI’ve shopped at the same Fry’s on Cooper and Warner for about 6 years. I love my Fry’s, know the order of the store well, and love many of the workers there. From my favorite deli female manager, to the check-out staff, the best baggers and cart guys, I‘m very happy with this store! Even the sweet guy that sweeps the floor is friendly. Now that I have started click list I’m even more obsessed with Fry’s and tell my friends it’s the only way to go. The guys who bring out my groceries are so friendly, kind and efficient. 48th St. in Carefree highwayWe were camping and went into town to the fries on Carefree highway to get some of the things I always forget at the checkout I realized I forgot my wallet so I called my friend to loan me the money till we got back to the camp when a man named TED Who is I believe an assistant manager walked up slid in his personal debit card and paid my bill it was $62 by his actions I was blown away I have done it for other people but never has anyone done it for me as I told my friend when he got there we tried to pay Ted back but he would not except it he just said pay it forward So with that being said I have and I will continue it gave me a whole new outlook on people.Version: 31.0

Best grocery app however.....I have praised Kroger/Fry’s for having the best app for grocery shopping (and I still think it is!) however since the update before the last, my app has been glitchy in that when I remove items from my “Cart”, several keep appearing when I navigate back to the Home page to look and/or add more items. I have been trying unsuccessfully to remove two items prior to sharing the Cart with my daughter so she can go shopping for me. I also have one suggestion which I realize may be difficult but the last thing that I think this app needs in order to be perfect is to show when items are out of stock at “my” Fry’s location..Version: 19.3

Like this service, but there’s a few drawbacksThe pick up associates are very polite, helpful. I continue requesting a shaded area over the pick up parking. It’s too hot for their employees to stand in the hot sun, on the hot asphalt, unloading groceries. I turn off my car engine to lessen the heat. I’m a big fan of their rotisserie chicken. I wish they were ready before 11 am. I make my pick up time for 11:00, but I wish those delicious chickens were ready sooner. 🍗🍗🍗 They updated the sale items to post in the same window, which is very helpful. Be CarefulFor the most part, I have no problems with this app/service. But it’s not without problems. Coupons don’t always work, sometimes they just won’t apply. The search results aren’t the best or most accurate. But Fry’s uses instacart shoppers and that’s where you need to be careful. If you use delivery, CHECK YOUR RECEIPT IMMEDIATELY! I’ve had way too many delivery people make up random substitutions, you don’t get notified, then you get charged for something you didn’t order and the driver likely kept it for themselves. This has happened multiple times. Fry’s window for getting refunded on those items is very small so act fast. At least the refund process is mostly easy..Version: 70.1

Why not five stars?I would definitely give it five stars if the website wasn’t so confusing. But search drives me nuts. Half the time it can’t find what I’m looking for when I know that it’s there. Example: search for “cat food“ results in “no item found.” An hour later it lists over 300 items. Wow! That was a fast restock! It’s also difficult to understand where you are on the website. Are you on Click List? Apparently not, since the list sometimes vanishes. There have been improvements since I first started using the website but it still needs some work. Don’t get me wrong, I love Click List. For handicapped people it is certainly an improvement over riding around on electric cart. The Click List employees are great..Version: 13.2.1
