Best Smart Lock!I love having options to unlock with a key, or code, or RF card or the phone! I’ve setup specific codes for contractors and I like being able to see when the codes were used under history. Also when guests stay over, I have RF bracelets so that they don’t have to mess around with the code. I also like having the backup of a physical key in case I forget to change the batteries. It’s okAuto lock options DO NOT WORK. The app shows the option to turn the auto lock on and off and change the amount of time it auto locks. None of it works. The door always locks immediately when closed no matter what I do. Customer service suggested I remove the auto lock magnet. I do not want to remove it!! I stuck it to my brand new WHITE door trim. Now my kids have to leave my door hanging open when they take the dogs out so they don’t get locked out or remember to take a key fob. Same thing with bringing in groceries. This app broke my lockI’ve had this Oaks Blue smart lock for years now and had no issues with it. The new app came out, and I have been locked out of my property ever since then. Emailed customer support, with no response. Guess I’m gonna have to destroy my own lock just to access my property. Whatever update they made, it makes my lock only respond “the lock has been reset” and flashes the numbers “1,3,5,7,9” whenever I put in the passcode. Worst product in categoryMy lock doesn’t work and I had professional support to install it. The documentation is pitiful and they provide NO support whatsoever.
