It’s Good, but needs a HUGE feature.I’m the General Manager of the number one fine dining restaurant in Chattanooga. We use Resy, and for the most part it’s great.
But ONE FEATURE IS ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY TO ADD
WE NEED A BLACKLIST! When I have to kick a guest out for sexist, racial, or perverted garbage, I want to block them from being able to make a reservation again. Sure I can tell them, “you are no longer welcome here,” but just last week had a banned racist couple come in and the host was new and didn’t know.
For the love of all restaurants countrywide. We reserve the right to refuse service, but Resy does not help in any way toward that end.

Works half the timeResy constantly has issues on both the customer side and the restaurant side. Half the time when we try to book a reservation it says lock timeout fail ID. We have no idea what that means but it’s extremely frustrating to not be able to make a reservation for a guest on RESERVATION app! I’ve contacted them countless times and it’s still not fixed. New update sees daily crashesEveryday since the update there have been major issues. For a platform backed by AMEX it it’s quite silly that they can’t get this fixed.
