It’s fine but here’s the problemI have downloaded and deleted this app several times because there is a new problem. I used to be able to pose the clones and new characters with no issues. I am unable to rotate the ankles of the clones and the new characters that I am allowed to use without the ankles suddenly elongating. This problem occurs when I make the new characters and clones taller in the morph tool kit. The first original character doesn’t do this but any clones and new characters have this problem. In the beginning I had a problem with rotating the characters that got solved by deleting the app and reinstalling it. This solved the rotating problem so I thought that it would solve the new problem. It didn’t. This wasn’t an issue before and I know that it got an update. It seems that the new update caused the problem. Please, in the next update fix this issue. I plan on getting the full version since it’s not expensive, I get to keep the paid version without monthly payments, and I love this app despite the new problem. I don’t want to have to delete and reinstall it again since it’ll take away my purchase. If there is a new update coming out please fix this issue..Dr RoblesVersion: 1.5.3

What this game needs pleaseThe game is not bad. I've bought the pro version, but I might need some fixing please. 1. Posing tab is not too stable 2. Please add "place the models feet on the ground" which means the character is properly in the ground same with objects too so no need to struggle like having to swipe up, down, side 3.please add a rot snap which moves or rotates any entity once every 15 degrees Please fix the game thank you. One of the best posing appsI don't know why this has such low reviews as it's easily one of the best apps for posing and modeling out there. First you can morph your models, which is something none of the other apps I have found let you do. You can create all manner of characters this way and get very elaborate with it. It has a fully morphable expression mode. Models are easy to pose. You can actually get nude models. You have a variety of shapes at your disposal to make scenes with. If you are creative you can get very elaborate. There are some cons. Your choices of clothes and hair styles are very limited. While I haven't encountered many serious bugs, it does have a few quirks that you have to work around. It could use a UI redesign and some updates to make it better..Zick WadVersion: 1.5.3

Glitchy but does as advertisedOkay so I recently bought it and it's REALLY glitchy but useful. I don't like the controls of the posing its bearable but needs to be fixed maybe much more free posing. Also it'd be really useful to be able to permanently switch the controls to a rotator instead of having to do it every time I load the app. The joint dots are ugly and get in the way and when there is more than model in a scene the dots are indistinguishable from another models joint dots I suggest making them different colors or something. The mesh tears when morphing facial features and the eyes roll to the back of the head and don't wont move when I try to move them in a different position also a joint eye movement morph would be a great and easier. The model will stretch sometimes stretch when moving it's joint and will only go back to normal if I reload the app. The finger movements are very limited and the sliders are inconvenient. The app is useful but all the features boasted about in the app description are a little broken. But I do love the app it's convenient and at least does somewhat of what it's advertised as. ❤️.FontswanaVersion: 1.055

Probably the bestAfter messing around for a couple of hours, I think this is the easiest to use and most versatile (and fun) of the three that I have, which include Art Model and Artpose. I’m not so happy with the anatomical distortions when twisting and bending the model in some cases, and I hope that will be improved upon. I urge other reviewers to desist from giving low ratings based on the lack of features in the free tryout version. I suppose that there could be more features in the free version to better demonstrate the app’s capabilities, but that’s the dev’s call. Pro is definitely worth the price..JareditorVersion: 1.051

Is this still active?Great App. I teach art and perspective and this app is the easiest for creating a number of scenes with perspective and other elements/principles. I’ve been using it for a couple years and have been waiting for some changes in hair and other features. Are there any changes coming, is the team managing this onto other projects, is there a future to this app? Very goodThis is a very good posing program. At its base, I think its 5 stars. The posing and morphing versatility is as good as I could ask for. Missing Previous PosesThis app is successor of Art Model. It is better overalL, but has only 1 quarter of poses available in Art Model. I especially miss the couples poses. Because of this, we can't delete Art Model, and it takes up much needed space on small hard drives. Please include all poses from Art Model. Fantastic FeaturesTried a bunch of the other apps like Art Pose Pro and Manikin, and this is the best. Allows not just multi-figure poses but face morphing and expressions. I use this to model characters for my graphic novel rather than creating character sheets. My only gripe is that it needs to be able to open/save scenes to a file instead of the fixed number of *save* slots. UI & UX needs work (but powerful app)Buy this, it’s good. I can tell this must be a single dev or a small team. The effort is extremely noticeable. This is my new pose app. 10 minutes in, I bought the pro version. IN-DEPTH REVIEW: I’ve owned Manikin for awhile, which I think at the moment, is the number one app for poses on iOS. That said.. Pose Maker Pro snuck up on me in a very good way. I was tired of having to redo the same poses over and over again on Manikin that I need to use on my Photoshop as I create some concepts for a game, this is due to Manikin lacking save poses. Work flow is important to me, my time is important. I finally decided to search the App Store to see what else the industry has to offer. Enter.. Pose Maker Pro DEV... If the developer(s) of Pose Maker Pro can spend some time updating the low fidelity / resolution of the UI (it looks real cheap) contract somebody on upwork if need be. The cheap look and strange placement of some UI elements really degrades the UX aspect of the UI. Not even 10 minutes in the app, I have ran into UI elements overlapping other UI elements. UX/UI: Took me over a minute to find out how to buy the app. That should had been a clear call to action “click here to buy button” I found out I had to click on one of the pro models in order for the “purchase to appear” That said, it’s easy to get to stuff if you are familiar with these kinds of apps. It’s just the way you go about doing things (UX) which makes the experience of going about things - not pleasant here. MODEL LIMB MOVEMENT: The model limb movements are slow, even with the sensitivity turned all the way up. This speed needs to be “one to one” with my gestures / Apple Pencil. However, Manikin.. the current leader on iOS when it comes to pose apps, lacks quite a few things which Pose Maker Pro offers. Manikin lacks - Save Poses Manikin lacks - realistic human models Manikin lacks - add background Manikin lacks - a simple camera movement gesture These things Manikin lacks.. unfortunately costs Time and increases workflow steps. My opinionI like the app, sure it crashes every now and then, but it’s quite useful, I just wish there was more options on clothing, hair, props, and other things to add into the app. Like armor, and shields, spare lighting effects, like turning down the lightings, and adding in glowing spots for campfires and torches. Other animals would be helpful too, like snakes, bulls, cows, chickens, and others, as well as flooring for grassy plains, stine tiles, rocky roads, and cliffs and walls too, cave tunnels would be neat as well. But trying to turn down the crashes would be a challenge regardless, an auto-save would help, so every now and then our work is saved in case everything crashes.
