I’m encouragedI’ve had this app for about 2 weeks. I am 75 years old. I had piano lessons as a child. After listening to several easy and more advanced piano selections, I will attempt to play pieces at beginning, and intermediate levels to ensure fluency. I find that I can read the notes w It’s only 1-2 notes that I will have to memorize again. I would happily recommend this app to anyone. It would help if the student has had piano lessons in the past, and if they can read notes. I’m glad that I bought this app..ConniemvVersion: 1.4.6

WonderfulI really have enjoyed all of Simply’s apps. I use Play, Piano, and Guitar. The one thing that annoys me is the difference between songs on Simply Play when using multiple devices. For example, I will find I song I want to learn on Simply Play while practicing on my iPad. I pick the “basic” version. I will then use a different iPad and be logged into the same account and the song is not the same, even though it’s the “basic” version. If I’m on Simply piano and I go to Simply Play through that app, the “basic version of the song is different as well. So I end up with three different versions of the same song while trying to learn “basic”. It can be frustrating that I need to remember to stick with the same device while learning..Frisby88Version: 1.4.6

New sheet musicJust when I thought SP could not get any better came up with this new Piano Sheet Music with so many new songs and levels. Thank you for this new option. Actually goodI saw this from an add, and thought “wow, free music!” I went to download, and saw the was for piano only. As a violinist, this upset me. But, I have some pianist friends I could recommend it to, so I might as well check it out. I downloaded it, and filled out the settings, and looked at one song I’m familiar with (Bella Ciao). The system for learning new music is GREAT! I honestly wish MuseScore or other apps did this. But, I do think the select is a little thin. Again conspiring to MuseScore, I’m pretty sure the creators add music, so some less popular stuff won’t be on there. This, it’s a great app, and worth it for any pianist..TheBelkanVersion: 1.4.5

Works ok on a phone but not on tablet. In addition it is not free for iPadIn first tried it on IPhone and it was nice, but not enough space to see more than 1 line of notes. When I switched to IPad it appears to be that I need to pay for premium, which is completely inconsistent with IPhone. In addition to that on IPad notes are huge and you cannot zoom out so you still see normal only 1-2 lines. Amazing!Had no idea after this app existed until today. I can use it to play songs as well as singing songs too. It also plays songs a different levels of piano experience. Great App for Intermediate/Advanced PlayersGreat app to move on to once you “graduate” the regular Simply Piano app. I hope they keep adding the “full” difficulty versions of classical songs. Doesn’t help to learnThe app itself is okay, but it doesn’t actually teach you how to play the songs. I guess that’s because it’s free, but it can be hard to learn new notes.
