Having so much trouble I was connected with an angel by the name of Jasmine at customer support. She walked me thru ever single step. She was on the phone with me for hours. After doing all the application process she took the time to explain how to find shifts, sign up if interested and even talked me thru how to send my resume via email. She is GREAT.
