Not fast enough withdrawsI still give you a 5 star because its got really good wins But at the same time I still look at the down fall because the with draws are not as fast as DraftKings. Not my favoriteI am on several casino apps, and out of all of them I have to say this one is probably pretty close to my least favorite. They offer deposit bonuses quite often… Sometimes even daily, but they are pretty insulting. All I have ever seen on here is the offer of $5 in casino credit for a minimum deposit of $50. Occasionally, I will see an offer for anywhere between 10 to 50 free spins (usually 25) but those free spins are only worth between 10 cents and 20 cents per spin. Another thing that I find odd is their referral bonus. As of right now it says if you referred somebody and they sign up, deposit a minimum of $10 and wager that $10 then the person that referred them will get $125 in casino credit. Meanwhile, the person that signs up gets something like 125 or 175 free spins on a certain game but they can only use 25 spins per day at 20 cents per spin. AVOID THE CASINOI’m not at all someone to complain due to anger or frustration, I totally admit that I’m the type to take a big payout on a sports bet and gamble a few hundred on the casino but there is - 100% - something off about the casino, particularly the blackjack games. Although an internet search states they must be compliant with state gaming board regulations, there just isn’t something right about the way the cards fall. I was robbedI contacted several representatives due to a pop-up screen saying inactive while I was actively in a game and a pop-up screen saying technical error. This occurred after trouble shooting so the team called it a connection issue on my need even though it didn’t occur on an other game ever . My internet provider also informed me that it was impossible for it to be my connection and there was not a break in service . In addition the screen shots I provided all confirmed that my connection was secure. My location wasn’t reverified as it is when there is actually a connection issue.
