Awesome place!!I give Crimson Cup in West Chester a 5 STAR rating! Always personable, and the Hot Chocolate Freeze is my favorite and they are helpful when you order coffee for catering. Helping you carry it to your car. The only complaint I had is a two day battle with the app….it did not like the “tokens” I would put in and gave me Errors for two days…I finally got my app working and BAM….it’s amazing and easy to navigate! I am not a coffee drinker and I love that they have things other than coffee…like chocolate!.Version: 4.012.0001
Poor communication to storeLove the coffee and the staff at the shop in Clintonville, unfortunately there seems to be some poor communication between ordering on the app and it getting to the store. I order a regular coffee on the app 15-20 minutes before I arrive to the store just to make sure I can quickly walk in and pick it up, and I get asked by the staff if I placed an order while I’m waiting inside for it almost every time..Version: 4.012.0001
Just okayThe app is adequate. You can tell there wasn’t much thought put into it. A couple things that could be improved: 1. It’s frustrating that you can’t click “I’m here” for curbside pickup until after your order is ready, so you have to keep refreshing while parked if you get there early. It would be nice to be able to click that whenever. 2. The app also doesn’t convert the recent order into items into your cart for the current order if you want to purchase again. That bug should be fixed..Version: 3.11.701
ConvenientI love being able to order through an app and pick up on my way running errands or if I don’t want to wait in line. The only thing I don’t like is that you can’t see how much money is left on your gift card, and you can’t use whatever balance is left and pay the rest with a credit card. So I would recommend just using a credit/debit card as your form of payment..Version: 3.6.0001
The place to go!I love this place! I am a regular customer where most of them know who I am. They have the best coffee and tea in the area! I love that they are local and their app is so user friendly. The people are all so nice and make me feel at home when I’m there. The west Chester staff is amazing and now I can get my coffee super fast for my weekly meeting! The app was super easy to use.
