Solid App and Amazing SupportI upgraded to Tap Forms Pro (IOS) and Tap Forms Pro for Mac as soon as I heard that it was available, and am loving the new look and feel of the program. I started using Tap Forms for Mac 5.0 in April 2021 to manage the database of Geodetic Survey Marks that I have found and documented, over the past four years my database has grown to 3,166 records and I would be lost trying to keep track of these without Tap Forms. Each of my records contains 20 fields of various types including entered text, photos, map locations based on the survey marks latitude and longitude, and web links to National Geodetic Survey data sheets. All of these elements were easy to setup and are seamlessly integrated. The search, sort, and reporting functions make finding a particular record in my database a breeze. While I do all the heavy lifting of data entry on my Mac mini, I have a real-time synced database at my fingertips while I am in the field. As a ‘lifetime’ license holder of Tap Forms for Mac 5.0; I didn’t even blink when upgrading to the subscription based Pro Version; given the product’s quality and support, it was a no-brainer. Brendan has always been, and continues to be, super responsive to questions and supporting the Application. Beautiful new interfaceThis is much more than an update to Tap Forms. It looks and acts like a whole new app, but with the same basic structure of the Tap Forms I have known and used for many years. Still getting to know some of the amazing new features, but so far I’m not having any issues navigating. I did have some problems - mostly of my own doing - when I first installed and I was surprised at how responsive and helpful the developer was. That’s always reassuring! When I saw that Tap Forms Database Pro required a subscription, I sighed deeply, but after getting in and using it, I am happy to pay the reasonable yearly fee. Tap Forms was always a workhorse database but with the new UI, it’s visually appealing and that makes it a pleasure to work in..Neva.deeVersion: 1.0.2

Revamped and back in businessI’m a long-time user of Tap Forms. I had a couple of hiccups in upgrading to the new Pro version, but Brendan helped me get straightened out and running in no time. It’s an excellent product, excellently supported, and I’ve found nothing like it. I use it for d@mned near everything—grocery lists, home inventory, credit cards, medications I take periodically, pet care log, pet information, driver’s license info, blood donor card, list of ebooks, software licenses, home insurance, memberships, MAC addresses—all kinds of things. Work in progressThe developer’s previous app, Tap Forms 5, was a great resource for building databases, and this one will eventually be even better, I think. Right now it’s in its first release so there are actually a number of bugs that are currently keeping me from using it to make new databases, but I’m going to give the app 5 stars anyway because this developer is very responsive to the needs of his users and I have no doubt he’ll have some fixes ready for the more common issues in no time. Powerful, well-built, versatileThis is a great app. I needed an easy-to-use, relational database to develop a fine arts photography exhibition tracker of my photos, prints, clients, and orders. With TFDP’s intuitive interface, I was able to create one “form” containing four tables establishing 1-many and many-to-many relationships to allow me to link images to prints to orders by clients. And it’s versatility to edit fields as needed, upload my images into each record, and sync across multiple devices (macOS and iOS) give me access when I’m away from the desktop..KEinSeattleVersion: 1.0.4

Awesome Product and GREAT support!I’ve been using various versions of Tap Forms for years. It’s easy to create custom databases for collections and such. Brendan, the developer, is top notch! There have been some functionality-related questions that I’ve had over the years. He always responds surprisingly quickly. He’s super friendly as well. I especially like being able to sync my databases between my MacBook and iPhone. Super convenient when on the go. If you’re hesitating to buy this…don’t! Great Mac/IOS DatabaseTapForms User for many years with 2 small, 1 medium and 1 large databased. Nice to see a refresh and excited for more frequent enhancements to come. Awesome OverhaulThis is a long awaited upgrade. Tap forms has always been a key component of my work. This new version is awesome! Yes as with all new things it has a small hiccup here and there but as always Branden is on top of it and extremely responsive. Customer service is top notch. Awesome update!While I’m not a big fan of software as a service; in this case, I’m more than happy to switch to a recurring charge for using this application. Best Apple database appI have been using Tap Forms for years. I believe it is the best and most cost effective MacOS and iOS database app out there. I upgraded to the Pro version and although there is now a yearly fee it will be worth it as the developer continues to add new features. This database rocksI was in love with Bento until it passed away and found Tap Forms. It did everything Bento did and more but retained the “smallness” of Bento. It is easy to learn, navigate, and data collect. But powerful reporting and the variety of databases that can be made is endless. I use it daily. Top FlightI’ve been depending on earlier versions of Tap Forms for years to store passwords and all kinds of important notes. Recently I upgraded to the Pro version on both an iPad and a Mac. A Great Product Made GreaterI am a senior citizen who was looking for a database program when I came across the original version of this iconic program. Through the years I have created and used many projects with this product. It has steadily improved with each update and its creator is available to answer questions in a fast and easy to comprehend manner. I have only just started to use the Pro version and I have to say even without starting a new project yet I am blown away by this update. It is seriously beautiful. Exploring the various menus etc., I see that it maintains its easy to use quality that I and I’m sure others appreciate.
