Slow processI’m not getting my claim s paid in a timely manner. This is not a great way for us as veterans to go on line and put in our claims and still have to wait a month to get them paid. I also noticed that there is no way to removed the paid claims to a file so we can know what has been paid. I am very disappointed in this system , we could have continued to file a paper claim and get it this slow way. I thought that doing it on line was supposed to make it easier and quick. Travel payThis app is almost useless for travel pay. But this mobile app is now the only option for applying for it. It clearly states the mileage I requested round trip from home to my appt. It also clearly states the amount of reimbursement. But when I pressed ok, the total reimbursement is stated as exactly half of the requested amount… as if the trip was one way only. Look for a restroom like it suggests and it says no results found. Now you have to search for it but it only gives you the option to change your personal information or password. Another way of making or lives miserable.
