Outstanding application providing access to self-information to be able to go forward and successfully complete the required target. Thank you for a simple and good application.
Unfortunately this site is always down
The improvements to the app have made it absolutely wonderful. It is now virtually flawless, and the added audio was a brilliant idea
This is my first time using the app and it coincided with a first visit to a large VA medical center. Way finding got me to the right spot with no problems at all!
I’m a first time user and all seems to be operating smoothly

Portal is simple to navigate once you do it first time , quicker than filling out paper work for claims.
First time using the was very educational and helpful to me I like thanks so much
Unable to file a travel claim thru the app or the app it sends you to login to try to file a travel claim. Phillip
The inside hospital navigation was pretty handy. I always get turned around in this Mar, but not this time.
Finally a way to navigate the VAMC - Charleston. I find the app to be very useful and easy to use. As I said, FINALLY 😀
Still getting used to it, I’ll revisit a review after I know where everything is
Easy to use and don’t have to get on a pc
Thanks
Easy to use. Large graphics.
Great app, little difficult to navigate
Perfect.
Mileage problem it is calculated from far north of me
Good but slow…..😃😃😃
Excellent tool for accessing all aspects of VA Care + Travel
Great App For Veterans That’s Know Technology For Short Way To See Things
Get me where I need to be.
Great app to file claims
VA ME & Wayfinding Negative Reviews and Ratings
I like the app it does help when you look at the overall map of the facility but when you start moving in the direction of your location it will start recalculating and it take less than a minute to catch-up. At time times you can navigate yourself just by looking at the overall layout.
VA ME App. Dumpster Fire.🔥 If Kafka designed a mobile app, it would look like this. The VA Health and Benefits app is a masterclass in digital dysfunction—clunky, fragmented, and so riddled with usability failures it feels like a deliberate parody of government tech. Taxpayer-Funded Inefficiency With a budget that could fund a moon landing, this app still can’t deliver basic functionality. The Department of Government Efficiency (DOG) should treat this app like a crime scene. It’s not just inefficient—it’s insulting. Developers: Who Approved This? Whoever greenlit this monstrosity should fired. Veterans deserve better than a glorified error page masquerading as a health portal. The Obvious Solution: MyCharts by Epic. Epic’s MyCharts is already a proven, secure, and user-friendly platform used by leading health systems nationwide. Why reinvent the wheel with a square? Ditch this disaster and transition to MyCharts before more veterans suffer the consequences of digital monstrosity! Even the ‘Give Feedback’ button is a cruel joke. It launches your email client with no recipient address! What a joke. Paul
Please return the app to his original form where it had community based out which clinics as well as patient clinics. it makes it easier for VETERANS to check in without having stand in line at the chaos and also makes it easier for us to find our way. Removing community clinics and outpatient clinics has made the worse and make sure not want to use it. In fact, the 4.0 version was much better. It allowed community-based clinics and outpatient clinics were listed. You could do pass you schedule appointments. Please return it back to the future. Thank you.
I’m not getting my claim s paid in a timely manner. This is not a great way for us as veterans to go on line and put in our claims and still have to wait a month to get them paid. I also noticed that there is no way to removed the paid claims to a file so we can know what has been paid. I am very disappointed in this system , we could have continued to file a paper claim and get it this slow way. I thought that doing it on line was supposed to make it easier and quick. Maybe if these things change I can give you a better review.
I have to turn off my phone then turn it back on. Just to have the location finder close out. Because I’m not using it anymore when I leave and go home.
This app is almost useless for travel pay. But this mobile app is now the only option for applying for it. It clearly states the mileage I requested round trip from home to my appt. It also clearly states the amount of reimbursement. But when I pressed ok, the total reimbursement is stated as exactly half of the requested amount… as if the trip was one way only. There is no option for help.
The navigation is just horrible most of the time can be in the building and it says I am not in the building. Or thinks I am on a different floor. Look for a restroom like it suggests and it says no results found. Accessibility wise they asked for feedback and what they implemented made the problems even worse does not listen to half the gestures.
You can login. Good luck finding how to create a travel claim. It use to be an option to click on. Now you have to search for it but it only gives you the option to change your personal information or password. Another way of making or lives miserable. Congratulations VA, your doing a great job
More hoops to jump through than a circus act. Stuck attempting to get an appointment paid, went to the VA for help but they said contact BTTS. Travel pay say they paid me. Where’s my money? It’s not in my bank!
Great Idea, but took me down several blind alleys. Had to ask directions, which would have been quicker in the first place.
Need modifications to some of the functions within the apps, it’s hard to edit info especially when you are doing mileage expense and if you make a mistake on something, unable to modify it.
Not user friendly for travel reimbursement. No clear directions regarding what documents to upload. Why are documents required if veterans have already checked in for the appointment?
The directions for inside the hospital got me more lost
I am simply trying to submit my travel voucher and I’m getting all kinds of questions and information that I don’t want and didn’t ask for!! Just let me do what I came here to do! I don’t even see an option for travel vouchers!
Too difficult to login when I can login easier from web page.
It still isn’t user friendly. Keep getting caught in loops and the wheel of death. I have wasted too much time trying to navigate the app.
Downloaded the app today to file travel claim but once I log in, I don’t have the option to go back to fill out the claim. When I go back to select travel claim, I continue to be placed in a loop to sign back in.
I have this app for the purpose of filing my travel vouchers. The app has no search option and no travel voucher option. It even denies my VA appointment while I am actually at the appointment. So, how does a veteran file a travel voucher now?
It’s very hard to find things. Pages move fast but not detailed enough to find stuff.
This App has had a “Please try again later” notice pop up whenever I try filing for mileage reimbursements or appointment reviews for the last 7 months. ANOTHER VA project DESTROYED by a corrupt orange president.
Travel claim needs work takes a long time to figure it out and also doesn’t show My VA clinic.
App not fully functional at this time. Might be good when bugs have been worked out.
The whole site is so outdated. Way too difficult to navigate. Takes way too long (@ days to weeks, or until one quits trying).
I’ve tried unsuccessfully since 3 April to file my first travel claim. Consistently received a yellow exclamation “sorry for inconvenience; try back later. The VA reps were unable to help. Pathetic
Useless piece of garbage. I been trying to log in for at least 30 minutes switching back and forth from Ap to msg. Junk.
Unable to Process anything on this device or access
I feel like they could’ve at least put in every major hospital in every city before they release this app
I login and it gets stuck on that page: never lets you past it.
