I was a little hesitant to download the app with the low rating, but reading the reviews I realized that no one had mentioned there’s a separate account for the ebooks portion of ARC. When I received my email to receive my ebook I too was a bit frustrated initially. My Red Cross log in wasn’t working! I have an account! Then I read the email and it explains that you are creating an account for the ARC ebook service. I used the same credentials, and it worked. I downloaded the app and put in the ebook credentials and bam. No issues. Does exactly what it is supposed to do.
At first i had trouble signing into the APP but after i signed into the website with my credentials it allowed me access into the APP and i downloaded the content so it’s available always even without internet service connection

Stupid scrolling doesn’t even work
This app does not recognize my credentials and will not let me sign-in. I have valid credentials and can successfully sign-in to the web site, but not this app. I have tried this repeatedly. That this app remains available for download in such an incomplete and unusable state speaks volumes about organizational decision making. Please fix this app. It will help the Red Cross community with broader access and simultaneously restore credibility in digital publishing.
I typed to set up account but is you sign and do not have account the app locks up you can back up to set up new account user. I deleted the app and downloaded it again it starts off at the locked up page I was on.
I’ve typed in every variation of my password possible and no matter what it won’t let me in. My in person session is in a half hour. I need this fixed
I’m signed in, and attempting to fill out a review of a chapter, and it consistently signs me out every few minutes, and makes me redo the entire thing. I’m on my fifth attempt.
Have not received and email to reset password for this app even though I have clicked Submit
I’ve been an American Red Cross Instructor for 6 years. I can log onto the webpage fine, but unfortunately the app will not accept my login. BUMMER!
It’s too bad the the epub doesn’t even load. So much for getting a tool that you can’t even use and brush up on your CPR.
App won’t let me log in with any of ARC credentials.
The title explains it all.
I'm unable to log in
