Not for that priceI’d pay good money to own this but no way in Helena I’m paying that much a week for an app I may use once or twice a week. Maybe give free users 1 a day or a few a week but the nerve it takes to ask for that much money. I actually paid for it for 2 months because it helped me once a week but I decided to see if there was a cheaper alternative and it turns out there is a free one that works just as well for me. This app was amazing at counting pills but.. so is the free one and for that reason.. I’m out. Hopefully you quit trying to take advantage of your customers in the future. Even if you do though it’s far too late for many of us. I won’t be coming back.

All Marketing. No product.Does not work. Period. You are first met with a VERY expensive subscription offer before you even try the product. I gave it a simple task: count four identical pens on my well-lit desk. The pens are the same color and oriented the same way. It failed on all five of my tries, several of which simply led to the app force-closing itself or freezing. The tries that managed to finish counting, it counted four pens as one (very obviously wrong!) and it then counted four horizontal pens as five vertical pens--orientation of the bounding boxes was COMPLETELY wrong. I genuinely hesitate to say this product is even real. There may almost no AI whatsoever, just a marketing hail mary in the hopes that some people will buy the product before they try it. 5/5 for functionality but 1/5 for the overall scoreI tested this app out thoroughly and out of the 10 different tests I performed to evaluate the app & its claims it scored a 10/10 on those tests!!!!
However, I came across another app that also scored 10 out of 10 during the same test, but did not require and upfront cost(not does this app btw) & unlike this app that requires a $6.99 a month payment to continue using it the other app was free to use. So I followed the “unsubscribe process” that was laid out during the install procedures approximately 36 hours after downloading this app so that I wouldn’t be charged the $6.99 monthly fee. They advertised a three day trial. With no charges to your account as long as you unsubscribed during the trial period.
Which is great grand and glorious but even though I followed the directions provided I was still charged $6.99… I have also yet to hear back from the “owners” of the app, or a customer service representative for it. so, as far as it being able to do what he claimed it to do, 5/5 stars!

Neat idea, doesn’t work well, very expensiveI downloaded and tried this app out. After I got past the first VERY expensive subscription screen (yes, it’s subscription only), I tried the app out on a very well-defined grid of vent holes on an electronics cabinet. No matter what I tried, it always missed about 10% of the holes. These are black holes on a white piece of equipment, I can’t imagine a more “vanilla” test. But it failed several times in a row, then started sending me back to the subscription screen on each trial.
I would use this app fairly often — if it worked. However, there’s no way I’m going to pay the outrageous subscription price. I’d buy it for a one time $5 or a monthly $0.50 or so subscription. But the current price point is insane for a non-functioning app..ItsAllGoodsVersion: 1.17
Shockingly Bad for a Simple TaskI tried this multiple times with eight brand new crayons, all the same brand new shape on a flat black perfectly uniform clean table with great, non reflected, uniform lighting from all sides. Basically an ideal scenario for this app that should have been a ridiculously easy task.
It failed to count the objects correctly every single time. In fact, when it tells you to tap an object to initially calibrate the count, it often sends the selection outline it generates off in some random location though roughly the same size as the object (but never actually the same size as it by the way, I had to adjust it to the size of the crayon every time).
I never leave reviews and luckily I didn’t pay for this app, but I felt compelled to leave a review here to stop other people from spending their money on this.

Really? My opinion is that if it worked they wouldn’t ask for a subscription. They are trying to do a money grab before you find out it’s not useful to most of us.
For me, I never could get it to work properly. I tried to count pieces of cereal in a bowl, it made me zoom in so close that I was easily able to see, 6… 6 pieces of cereal. It counted everything, even things that were not there. It doesn’t count small things unless you zoom in close enough that you can easily see how many there are at a glance. I guess I’ve never had a need to count the logs on the back of a truck (for a subscription price) while driving.

The first time it told me there were three DVDs.
