Customer ServiceLong time gambler here, short time using this App(less than a month). A notfication appeared on my phone stating a deposit deal of "Get a 100% up to $500 Deposit Offer Bonus.." I thought it'd be a good deal and I looked through the in-app notifications, promotions section, and email... nothing. Thought, okay maybe a mistake. Then another notification 3 days later stating "Time is running out..." for the same offer. Checked the same things, nothing. Confused, reached out the the customer service reps. which seemed like they were helpful, but failed to elevate my case until after a week.
Then they simply state the offer is expired.. well yes, of course it would be expired since they neglegently delayed over a week to assist my situation.

Good until there’s a problemI’m very been playing on this app for years and everything is good-until there’s an issue. A week ago I was playing and got kicked out mid game with a message that said I couldn’t play because I needed to check my location or finish signing up.
