DI have tried using this for over a year and for some reason I could use it the first couple of months. Now after the year is up I no longer can use this service. I have contacted everyone on this and still no help. They say my work place will not work with them. It says my hours have not been reported. I work 40!plus hours a week and for this not to work on occasions I need a bump until the next week really defeats the purpose of allowing companies to have this. Honest, Incentive.This is an incentivized but honest review. BBB complaint has been filedI’m seeking the app creators and maintenance technicians to contact me. 6 months of ongoing intermittent issues with wages importing and careless customer service representatives that don’t even read the full emails before responding with scripted answers and asking redundant questions has gone far enough. I pay $2.99 per transaction (because the netspend card is TERRIBLE) and am limited in the transactions (per your contact with my employer) yet my wages repeatedly don’t import on time and correctly. DOES NOT WORKThis app is so frustrating. It’s a great idea, especially if you’re in a pinch. But you know what would be better?? IF IT ACTUALLY WORKED. With any button I press and if I try to add my debit card, a blank white screen will pop up. You have to exit the app and restart it. Customer service is just as unhelpful. Recently there was an issue with Netspend getting paid and they paused my account. They said to contact customer service via chat. So I did. They responded twice and that was all. Netspend loves to misleadI started using this service after it was offered by my employer, shortly after using it I began having issues with cash out dates as well as inaccurate amounts taken that resulted in my withdrawal being paused due to that accounting error.
