No results foundFirst your app was advertised as 100% free and instead I was required to pay in order to even try it. Now I’ve paid and everything I’ve scanned so far isn’t giving any information. I’m going to try another 8 items but if they don’t yield any results either then I want my money back. Thank you for getting back to me. The problem is that I already had to purchase in order to even scan anything. So I spent $35 on your app and nothing I’ve scanned has told me anything aside from identifying the item I’m holding to scan. For example: I scanned a shirt with tags. Maybe you have to endure a few ads, but you don’t need to pay after using the service a few times. Unless you find this app does something that the free ones don’t, it’s not worth taking that first taste with their attempt to addict you to their drug. Developers, change your subscription to ads and offer a subscription to eliminate ads like everyone else. I bet you end up with more revenue from ads than subscriptions and the revenue per user will be higher from the ads than from subscriptions. That’s where a smart developer goes for the cash stream.
