-Press lightly with your fingers. Pressing too hard may affect blood flow and hence making it more difficult to obtain accurate results.
-Hold your iPhone steady until the measurement is complete.

Misrepresentation of Product features in Trial and handling of Subscription CancellationThe vendor is unscrupulous. The marketing hyperbole indicates a blood pressure monitor and it isn’t available during the trial period. The cancellation script indicated that one can manage the cancellation; and this is untrue. When that option is selected nothing happens. When I checked the subscription status it was still active.
