Our Customers HATE Toast.The only way to see a menu is to give your phone number, and Toast will text you a link to the menu. Our customers see this as an invasion of privacy, and HATE it.
We have had to print new menus because most of our customers ask for them instead of giving their phone number for the digital version. We’re totally going backwards with this system.

Less than half baked !!Toast is well known for trying to do everything ,but almost all its programs are half baked . Seriously get it together Toast !! If you are bringing a product to the market and we are paying for it , make sure it is 80-90% on par with other programs , not like 30-40 % . This app lacks many basic functionalities . UnusableTitle says it all. I want to use this product, but can’t. No way to create a new account. Worse, I have used “Toast” to order food many times over several years. I always use my phone number, never an email to login.
