App kind of worksI have been using vault card for a while now and the app crashes consistently. Upon relogin, Face ID is no longer recognized and when entering password when prompted it gives an error. Once the app is hard stopped and restarted, the Face ID is still turned off but I am able to login with password. My Vault Card Negative Reviews
Really, really bad customer service.I could barely understand what he was saying to me. I was trying to communicate that it would not let me sign up for an account on the app and that it said my security information was incorrect, even though I checked several times to make sure I had everything correct. I'm not trying to be rude, but the customer service representative got mad at me and impatient when I couldn't understand what he was saying. Then he transferred me to another line, but that then just made a loud beeping sound like 10 times before the call just hung up. Don’t do itNot great, wasn’t able to transfer there is a 1k withdraw limit unless you go to the bank which is most likely closed by the time you get off work. Customer service is mediocre and can’t help you except tell you there is nothing they can do. You have to go to atm in their network not to be charged then atm may have a limit. I have to drive to the ghetto and pull out 400, 400, and 200 to get my daily max and I have everyone staring at me. Doesn’t come in 2 days early like they claim usually 1 day. Disputed fraud charges DENIED!At all times for your car to get hacked, mine was hacked on Christmas with around $600ish charges from Uber eats from which I have never ever used!!! Probably one of worst experiences I’ve had with a bankSo my job was depositing my paychecks into vault for a while and they have failed consistently to send me a new card.
