Tragic U.S. open in every respectThere’s no way people should be double digits under par in the U.S. Open and the cut being +2 people at +3 could have won the tournament There is no reason why a long hitter should benefit over a more talented golfer. Great commentaryMy cable tv on Friday stopped broadcasting the live coverage, unless you had Peacock. I refuse to submit to big conglomerates taking over everything. So I looked around and found out you had live coverage of featured groups on the USGA app. So I downloaded and started watching. It’s nice to watch every shot of a group for all 18 holes. Most tv coverage is mostly putting or sand shots. Enjoyed the commentary, on point and entertaining. Thank you USGA for your coverage. Now that’s growing the game. Thx Steve F..StugogVersion: 3.4.3

Great for the US Open!Been using the new USGA app through the US Open so far, it’s really made the live experience better. Live stats and alerts were perfect for keeping up with my favorite players while I was on other parts of the course. The video highlights and shot tracing were handy for catching up quick - and the map was a lifesaver for finding my way around to watch the players. Would’ve been totally lost without it. US Open Ticket Sweepstakes mistake?Got an email to enter “US Open Sweepstakes brought to you by Lexus” which shows pictures of the US Open trophy and Payne Stewart statue. After clicking on the link in the email it took me to an entry form for name and email submission. Hit enter button and it says you are entered in the 2024 WOMEN’s US Open!! Don’t get me wrong I love to watch all golf but initial email content led me and probably others thinking they were entering the MEN’S 2024 US OPEN at Pinehurst!! Great App!Such a great app for scores, it makes it simple by keeping the colors white so it is very easy to see. Love the scorecards and how you can access all of the national championships and how I can watch highlights from a long time ago. I hope you guys don’t change much. MapsWe like following groups. However we only received a map on the last day. Aside from that and the fact that I was dumped out of a cart and on to my arm, which was already in a sling. Deloitte should go bankrupt for building this horrific appFirst of all, I attended the tournament and found the ux of the app to be poorly designed, especially the map, which is not calibrated correctly and will send you on a goose-chase with the arrows not even facing the correct compass direction or correctly calculating distance. Additionally, the player finder was not updated live, half the time the icon for finding players would be in the wrong place on the course or the wrong group would be displayed. But where this app really fails is the stream, I constantly got “something went wrong” errors, or wouldn’t load certain videos at all even at home on 1gbps wifi. Stream would cut out randomly, especially at ad breaks. Please contract someone other than Deloitte in the future, as this prevented me from watching several of my favorite players at the tournament. They aren’t a tech first company, they are consultants and accountants with a horrid reputation for delivering on their promises..VavabavabababbVersion: 3.50.1

Constant update…Each time I try and open the app it requires me to go to App Store to update. Every…single…time. Lame. Once the app is up and running it is fine, not great, but fine. You have to work to get up-to-date scores…constant refresh. There could be better stats and views of shots. I don’t understand why this is so hard. The Masters seems to have it figured out. Their app is great. I can watch every swing of every player. It can’t just be a money issue. The USGA has 51 weeks to clean this app up of all bugs and UI issues. What are the chances they do? Searching for things on the siteIt is not very user friendly. Hard to negotiate. Trying to find committee chair and assignments. I originally I did not use my email as my login and now my login is all goofed and is very hard to login. It does not accept my password so I have to go I have to go to forgot password. It then sends a verification. Once I enter that it says email was verified but says password and email do not match ultimately it let’s me in. It does not ask or allow me to change my password. Makes my new iPhone overheat with 5 minutesGot this app to watch some of the 2024 US Open. Within 5 minutes of starting the stream my phone is hot-hot to the touch and I was shown a warning that my phone won’t continue charging until the temperature returns to normal. USGA disappointingTry to catch each major tourne. Each time I open one of the major apps I fully expect an experience the Masters App. Full coverage of the entire 4 day tourney. Worthless AppDownloaded the app to keep up with the US Open. After downloading, you go through the initial selections, it defaults to ‘Oooops something went wrong’ then the app is locked and can’t do jack with it. Not good.The biggest problem I have is adding new golfers. You enter a few letters of the last name and it says “can’t be found “ so if you’re looking for Jones, after the Jon is entered it stops and says not found. Difficult to useFor me, I am working with our tickets and transferring them for the US Open. The back button doesn’t work, so I get stuck and have to close the app out. My friend can’t get it to go back, and when he closes the app and restarts, it takes him back to the same place, so he’s in an endless loop.
