GlitchyTried scanning an ID several time, sometimes it wouldn’t recognize it, other times it just didn’t do anything after taking the image. No easy way to cancel subscription in the app, when I tried to it took me to an offer for a cheaper version. Tried both skip and just letting the clock run out and nothing goes right back to the help page. No confirmation of subscription was cancelled. Ended up doing it in settings on my phone. App says won’t be changed if your cancel subscription so hoping I don’t get charged for the 10-15 min I was testing the app.JohnthedogtrainerVersion: 2.0.1

Very rudimentary scannerI tested this app with my collection of my own ID cards. I still have almost every drivers license and state ID I’ve ever been issued. Here are my findings: 1) it correctly reads the info from the scan; 2) it claims it cannot read the temporary paper IDs (Illinois); 3) the ban feature can be circumvented. ReviewThis app absolutely did not work. It only utilizes a front facing camera (away from the screen of an iPad) not the rear. In addition, when we did pull our iPad from the holder to utilize the camera, it distorted the camera considerably and scanning the ID took minutes to be able to have it aligned properly. Fake IDs PASS!!Been looking for an app that will catch a fake ID. This one DOES NOT!!!!!!!!!!!! Will not detect Fake IDsBut will record that you scanned and potentially allowed a good fake to pass for a sale. “Free”trial was an ad supported “trial” that we used on a known Fake ID that scans Valid. But the drivers license is a bad number on the state DMV site meaning it’s not real.
